    So I saw the Pixel 5 was in stock on @o2 so as it’s payday I paid off my device plan early to treat myself to an upgrade. After waiting several hours they tell me it’s out of stock and 6 week wait. Spoke to online chat asking if I could collect in store on Monday instead because

    @O2 45 minutes in a queue, 10 minutes of the handler trying to get better signal to hear me & then I get hung up on. I was looking at upgrading. Not sure about that now.. 🙃

    @O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

    @O2 I’m trying to report a 2nd case of fraud but your customer services totally fail to grasp the details so I have turned to social media I’ve previously reported a fraud case & told it was closed & yet today I received a cheque in the name of the fraudster Pls contact me

    @O2 @O2 , clearly does not take fraud seriously. I’ve received a cheque to my home made out to a fraudster I’ve reported previously & they won’t help me contact their fraud dept Speak to customer services and they can’t grasp the situation, the last guy told me to cash the cheque 🤦🏻

    @O2 All of these just get you to a form of customer services, which I’ve already given up with If you take fraud seriously you can give me a U.K. telephone number that goes straight through to your fraud dept I have received a cheque made out to the name of a fraudster Over to you

    Hey @O2 why is your coverage in Devon getting WORSE? Every month it’s getting worse and worse. Why would anyone from here want to stay with you when you provide such a TERRIBLE service? Please tell me what’s going on because i can’t even send a WhatsApp message.
