@O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

Hi @O2 you’re increasing my bills by over 14%, any chance you could actually have a network that you works consistently & actually gives the 4G/5G you claim. It’s quite something that I get better service outside of the UK when using my travel bolt on that I do at home!

So I joined O2 in December, “CONTRACT” says a price for 12 months . 4 months in the price increase is announced 😡 how is that a contract? on top of this the coverage in Coulsdon, Croydon , Tottenham is utter garbage. Useless really. Just let me cancel !!!! @O2

@O2 Hi, I was on hold for 40 mins, only to the told that it’s past 8pm and no one can help at this time. I tried to explain that I called before 8pm & can’t be hold for 40 mins every time, & asked how to get help only for your very rude colleague to hang up on me! Unbelievable!
