So I saw the Pixel 5 was in stock on @o2 so as it’s payday I paid off my device plan early to treat myself to an upgrade. After waiting several hours they tell me it’s out of stock and 6 week wait. Spoke to online chat asking if I could collect in store on Monday instead because

@O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

@O2 45 minutes in a queue, 10 minutes of the handler trying to get better signal to hear me & then I get hung up on. I was looking at upgrading. Not sure about that now.. 🙃

@O2 Hi. Whenever I check the coverage/ network issues checker for PL1 and PL2 areas in Plymouth it says network is very busy at mo etc. Is there no way 02 can invest in more transmitters in area to give better coverage for customers here? Been like this for months now

@O2 is there a problem with your website and app? Can’t log in to view my account on the website, just times out. Every other website works. The app lets me on but can’t view upgrade, change tariff or bolt on options. I have tried deleting/reinstalling.
