    @O2 when I took out my new phone contact few weeks ago, I chose my 6 months free @disneyplus (just within the 30 days I had to decide which to choose) as my “reward” - but I can’t find ANY means of activating it... Can you help please?

    @O2 Hi, unless you are able to apply the discount at the purchase then there is no point of a DM. When entering into a new contract I want that agreed & set in stone at the start. Bit late for me and my 3 contracts but maybe 1 for you to review for the future to help other customers.

    @O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

    @StagecoachEScot @O2 A case by case basis suggests this is down to driver discretion. That discretion resulted in me being denied entry despite explaining the circumstances. Common sense would state the ticket expiry counter, not requiring internet access, running down, would warrant entry 2/2

    @O2 Hi I’m New York on holiday & my reception is awful. It’s continually dropping out 4G. No signal at all. I keep having to turn airplane mode off & on and still aren’t getting any signal. It sometimes shows T-Mobile. I’m really disappointed as only just switched to O2.

    @O2 You are offering 10gb of internet at an expensive price which is ridiculous Plus this internet doesn't work in 50% of places in London. Unfortunately I have internet with you because I was tempted by the mix with virgin broadband. I can't wait to leave you when my contract ends

    @O2 Why does O2 make it impossible to get older bills online? The system is antiquated, hasn't been updated for years, is confusing at best, only shows a total and requires customers to reach out to customer service. This IS basic customer service! Please fix asap!

    As an existing @O2 customer they set up a new account for me. Migrated my old number to new account. Then subsequently charged me for the number on both old and new account for the same period. After hours of calls no nearer to a refund for the double payment #complaint #poor
