@O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

@O2 45 minutes in a queue, 10 minutes of the handler trying to get better signal to hear me & then I get hung up on. I was looking at upgrading. Not sure about that now.. 🙃

@virginmedia @O2 Why are you sorting priority access instead of working on actually providing the service people are paying for? Absolutely awful internet service and all the help desk say EVERYTIME is ‘it’ll be sorted in 24hours’

@O2 you need to sort out your automatic emails to customers, my mum had to cancel my dad’s phone because he passed away and now keeps getting emails to him asking to rate his service, why he left and who hes moved to. Bloody traumatic and keeps upsetting her please address this.
