That discretion resulted in me being denied entry despite explaining the circumstances. Common sense would state the ticket expiry counter, not requiring internet access, running down, would warrant entry 2/2

Martin McCann (@martin_1983) reported@O2 I’m being refused a mortgage because of a ‘defaulted’ account on my credit file. It was an error caused directly by O2 in 2015. Unknown to me as O2 never contacted me. O2 admitted fault but haven’t authorised the correction to my Experian credit file.
