    @O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

    @O2 Falkirk I pay £92 a month and for last 3 weeks absolutely no network. My business needs. What on earth is going on!!

    @O2 @manansaddique How is it ive been trying to contact yous for over 24hrs about me having absoloutly no phone signal at all but you can answer someone in 1hr and ask them to dm yous? Does not being a good paying customer not mean anything?

    @O2 @eyeshoot Sorry to hijack your thread but I’ve had same problem. You need Settings-Mobile Data- Mobile Data Settings - scroll down to Reset button. Unfortunately, as I found out it may not resolve the issue but it’s worth trying. Good luck

    @O2 I have tried again and it’s the same, it is a card I have used before, also I put in all the details again just in case. Plenty of funds on the debit card so that’s not the issue

    @O2 can you tell me why it is that we have no services in certain areas of South Down area & we will not have them until the 25th of February. Many people in this region rely on their mobile as their primary phone what should they do in a medical emergency @EnnisSinead #o2down

    We are disappointed with @O2 service, overcharging and broken promises. Waiting time to speak to their help services takes one hour without reply. Online help is too busy. There is no one to talk to. Shame #O2
