@O2 45 minutes in a queue, 10 minutes of the handler trying to get better signal to hear me & then I get hung up on. I was looking at upgrading. Not sure about that now.. 🙃

@O2 hi I’ve had emails saying my Apple Watch has been dispatched and that I can track it from my account but when I login it’s not showing up as an order so I can’t... bit confused

@O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

@O2 a relative has received a default notice but isn’t & never has been with o2. Your call centre said they’d investigate & reply by email to the email on the account - which is obviously the fraudsters - brilliant! When I pointed this out they said go to the store! @BBCWatchdog

@O2 I was first told it will take 48 hours, then 28 days, then I called back after 30 days only to be told it will take another five days. Then I called again after a week and was told it will take another five days. It's five days today. Still no resolution.

@O2 @SR28824681 Best network by a mile made a order mistake online which would left me with 2 phone contracts went to Nottingham 02 store very helpful early 02 refresh upgrade 35 pounds 45 watt charger 16 pounds back in my account and 30 from the cancelled online order, service impeccable thnks

@O2 three times I have now called and I've been passed from pillar to post, Had phone hung up on me, being told you can't take a payment. Getting beyond a joke all of this is now. The service you provide is shocking and as soon as I can leave the bloody better!

@FollowCmK @O2 @santanderuk what is it with companies being crap? tbh i was surprised to say the least when i opened the letter lmao. literally had a phone conversation with them less than a month ago telling them the direct debit is not being taken and to set it up again apparently they did not do it!
