@O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

@ChantelleSeddon @tomclearwood @O2 If you get a decent signal on O2, switch to Giffgaff, as I did a couple of years ago. They use the O2 network, but do not tie you into a long contract. You will have to buy your handset outright but monthly costs are tiny in comparison. btw I have no connection with them.

@O2 been receiving enforcement letters for the last month and atleast 6 letters for someone who as never lived at my address, rang your customer service after each letter and to be honest they’ve not been very helpful and not sorted it out.

@O2 May I gently suggest that customer service consisting of a text telling you to call 202, and a voice on 202 telling you to text... followed by Twitter support with 30+ minutes between replies... isn’t good enough?

@O2 my wife had her phone stolen and O2 helpline is absolutely the opposite. I would like to speak to someone based in the UK as soon as possible - your customer service operative seems to think O2 shops in the UK are open

@O2 I did and I spoke to a great Operator who passed me through and then I got cut off, after 40mins of waiting. I’ve been trying for days on end to get my issue sorted
