So I saw the Pixel 5 was in stock on @o2 so as it’s payday I paid off my device plan early to treat myself to an upgrade. After waiting several hours they tell me it’s out of stock and 6 week wait. Spoke to online chat asking if I could collect in store on Monday instead because

@O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

@O2 I tried to use my priority reward for 2 drinks at an ember inn this evening but it wouldn’t work, it kept saying the code wasn’t valid at the checkout and it’s subsequently expired without being able to use it. Is there an issue with it’s the app tonight?
