So I saw the Pixel 5 was in stock on @o2 so as it’s payday I paid off my device plan early to treat myself to an upgrade. After waiting several hours they tell me it’s out of stock and 6 week wait. Spoke to online chat asking if I could collect in store on Monday instead because

@O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

@O2 45 minutes in a queue, 10 minutes of the handler trying to get better signal to hear me & then I get hung up on. I was looking at upgrading. Not sure about that now.. 🙃

@O2 I changed network manually many times and finally more than one call/text went thru. Finger crossed that it’ll work from now on. I missed an imp call; bit of a nightmare to sort out the fallout. Thank you.

@O2 I have to say I am royally fed up with the constant battle for signal! I have to go out into my garden to attempt to have a phone call. I actually dread making a phone call due to the battle I have to keep my signal. I will have to find another provider on renewal.

@O2 Sorry it wasn't a call from the store as it couldn't be sorted there. It was a complaint the store put through to o2 to then ring me to try and sort it. Issue was I was told I could get the discount but then it said my phone wasn't compatible so I was given false information

@O2 your network and coverage is a load of S**t in my area. It never works, my phone keeps cutting out half way through a call. rang up customer services and been into the store many times and all me & my wife get told is we will look into it or address it to the relevant team

Txt after text saying it will be fixed in this many days that many days but nothing. Myself and my wife missing calls text and can’t use our data is so inconvenient 😡, a few time speaking to @o2 expressing this issue to be told a manger would call back as I raised a complaint.

@o2 I cannot believe the shocking customer service I have received from@this company, I’ve had an issue since April and was told to get a sim replacement…the person didn’t even look at the area and there’s a mast down which wouldn’t work with a new sim anyway

@O2 Yes I redeemed the code while in the long queue and it said I had 25minutes left. The cashier scanned my QR code and said it didn’t work so instead he typed the code in and it still didn’t work. I’m not getting any luck as last time the code didn’t redeem. Is going late the issue
