@StagecoachEScot @O2 A case by case basis suggests this is down to driver discretion. That discretion resulted in me being denied entry despite explaining the circumstances. Common sense would state the ticket expiry counter, not requiring internet access, running down, would warrant entry 2/2

@O2 45 minutes in a queue, 10 minutes of the handler trying to get better signal to hear me & then I get hung up on. I was looking at upgrading. Not sure about that now.. 🙃

@O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

@O2 It's non-use then , I needed it tomorrow . That's the only reason I agreed to the up grade . Your staff are also quite Rude when I tried to cancel the order as you've mis sold it to me . I've logged a complaint and I wish to take it further. I'd advise everyone to avoid 02

@O2 I can’t get 4g indoors, some days barely 3G. I have to reset the network settings 2-3 each week. I’ve been with @o2 a long time but I’m considering moving elsewhere once this contract ends

@O2 Not just my house. 4G anywhere I go so unless I’m on the WiFi I can’t really do much even stream music. Phone signal is anywhere near where I live not just the house and when I use your coverage site it says I should be fine

@O2 - please help o2! I've gotten locked into an additional phone contract and now paying two airtime/device payments each month. Is there a way to stop airtime payment on the second device as the device is not functional? ie - I'm paying for a service that I cannot access?
