    @StagecoachEScot @O2 A case by case basis suggests this is down to driver discretion. That discretion resulted in me being denied entry despite explaining the circumstances. Common sense would state the ticket expiry counter, not requiring internet access, running down, would warrant entry 2/2

    @O2 hi I’ve had emails saying my Apple Watch has been dispatched and that I can track it from my account but when I login it’s not showing up as an order so I can’t... bit confused
