    Congratulations. Been an @O2 customer myself for 15+ years and recommended their service to family and friends. The only thing they've done for me is take my money each month for unused data, texts, minutes etc.

    @EE @O2 thanks for cutting off mobile service to my and my son’s mobiles as soon as PAC codes requested while we’re still on airtime we’ve paid for and before we’ve got @VodafoneUK sims. Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!

    @O2 I’ve tried to use my @ThreeUKSupport pac code to bring my number to o2 and all the online form says is security error and it won’t do it via text and the phone line won’t connect me to anyone, I’ve had my new contract sim a day!! If it’s not sorted today I’ll just cancel it!

    Noooo heard on news please @O2 don’t merge with @virginmedia best thing we ever did was leave @virginmedia and I’ve been with @O2 for years with hardly any problems and on principal when the problems we had with @virginmedia we will have to change networks PLEASE Don’t Do it xxxx

    @O2 Its using saved details from previous payments. Never had a problem before with it 😂 I have a direct debit set up but I like paying it on payday so I dont end up over spending 🙈

    @mellypeters @SoulFireMage @O2 If I'm honest they're all doing the same fleecing of customers so it's just a case of get a decent deal to start with and maybe swap network if you can get a better deal elsewhere.

Everytime I complain I get another sim sent out its a joke its not the sim its not the phone its your network its a joke and now a 17.5% contract increase. Visiting the o2 store Saturday to cancel I suggest everyone does the same boycot o2 products

    @jodielouiseart @O2 The mast by us is down. Has been for months. 02 cancelled my contract on the grounds I was able to prove I can not get service where I live and it is their fault. The mast is still broken and they're upping everyone's prices? Knowing the service isn't possible. It's theft
