    Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

    Part 1 - My dispute with @o2 is due to a £75 credited payment I recieved in compensation for a complaint, in 2015. It has now be listed as an amount I apparently owe O2. I have phoned customer services and on the phone each contact agrees it's O2's fault.

    Hi @O2 I just had what I think was a scam call from 01233 466027 A guy with a very heavy accent started rabbiting on about customers complaining about high Monthly bills. It took me 3 attempts to interrupt him & tell him I was on PAYG, then he just hung up! Hope this is useful

    Problems with @O2 In November I needed to change the account my bill comes from so went on the website, entered the username and password I was given. There were no devices or accounts there. I attempted to call them 5 times during November, December, January 1/

    @O2 and this month. Each time I gave up after waiting 45 minutes- 1 hour in the queue. The O2 store I visited (Crawley) told me they couldn't help. O2 have now passed my debt to Moorcroft. Moorcroft kindly gave me details of how to contact O2 quicker and I finally 2/
