    @O2 45 minutes in a queue, 10 minutes of the handler trying to get better signal to hear me & then I get hung up on. I was looking at upgrading. Not sure about that now.. 🙃

    @O2 Hi, unless you are able to apply the discount at the purchase then there is no point of a DM. When entering into a new contract I want that agreed & set in stone at the start. Bit late for me and my 3 contracts but maybe 1 for you to review for the future to help other customers.

    @O2 Cannot thank manager Chris & the rest of his team at the Falkirk store enough. Went above & beyond all my expectations, provided amazing customer service & genuinely left me feeling like they truly cared about me as a customer. Very happy, will certainly return to store again

    @StagecoachEScot @O2 A case by case basis suggests this is down to driver discretion. That discretion resulted in me being denied entry despite explaining the circumstances. Common sense would state the ticket expiry counter, not requiring internet access, running down, would warrant entry 2/2

    The customer service I have had the last 2 weeks from @O2 has been absolutely shocking. Disabled mum has been without a phone for 9 days now and getting no help when I call. ABSOLUTELY shocking service especially when we need to have a mobile for my mum! #Disgraceful

    Been trying for 3 days to pay an @O2 bill using an @n26 @N26_Support card. Something to do with a German address format that it won’t accept payment. I’m in the UK... please fix. Tried multiple times .

    @O2 Have had the *worst* customer service experience I have ever seen in the U.K via the call centre. It was disgusting. I can’t even DM as the O2 account isn’t working. In my opinion this issue has wider public interest and safety issues. Can someone in O2 get back to me today.

    @O2 spent 5 hours trying to get through to your customer service department today with no joy. I either get someone refusing to put me through because I don’t know the answer to the security question or when someone or if they do agree to put me through then I get cut off 😡😡😡

    @O2 not impressed with the service I had 14gb left when I topped my phone up before my anniversary date and never received my new 7GB to roll over plus I received a message saying I would receive a further 10GB for being a loyal customer

    So my data stopped working on my phone... A month of calling @O2 with the issues they send me a new sim to try. They ask me to call them when I apply new sim! No network! They need to clarify the sim but I can't call. No network...! 2 hours I've been waiting now on phone
