@O2 when I was at the scene of an accident with emergency calls only, why would my phone not connect to the emergency services? Not just mine but multiple phones all had the same issue. This could have cost lives.

@O2 I ordered iPhone11 64gbBlack on Friday. Website said phone in stock. Received an email yesterday saying it’s not in stock. Received a text today, still not in stock but you hope to get some. Please let me know when you expect to get some or how I can cancel the order. Thanks

@O2 I cancelled my contract and said I wanted to keep my phone as pay as you go which the guy said he would send another sim to do the exchange and I never got the sim and till date nothing I called now for a puk code only to be told I can’t get one cause my contract is cancelled

@O2 simply the worst customer experience. Been trying to give you money for an upgrade since 9.30 am. Every customer touchpoint is broken. Payments, MyO2, update my details, customer service, chat, phone menus - everything!! ******* shambles. Any other networks want my business?

@O2 The @TheO2 saga continues. The complaints team called me directly but won’t discuss my complaint. I’ve waited 4 weeks for that call. Who would find this level of service acceptable. Stay away from this company

@Steph_Mayo @O2 It doesnt matter if it recognises what you put in, a few more menu layers later and it will just hang up on you! Im on my 5th call now and just chose the option for Stolen Phone hoping someone there will answer. Hope this is not the state of them now they are with Virgin Media.
