@O2 You have no reported issues. I just have zero signal meaning I have missed important calls today. Annoyingly its somehow still legal for you to put in your contracts that you don't guarantee service so im stuck @Ofcom

Really, really regretting leaving @O2 and moving to @tescomobile . Tesco service has been absolutely shocking. I've been waiting for them to port my number since 6th Dec. Multiple online chats, conversations with staff in-store, DMs on here and zero progress.

@O2 upgrade and see if my connection issues are fixed if I upgrade. My internet and signal are so poor when I’m not connected to the internet that I cannot make calls or texts in certain areas that only have 4G.

A bigger issue at @O2 is how badly they fail visually impaired customers. Trying to make a payment for 20 minutes constantly put on hold, then asked to enter details via my keypad. #a11y

@O2 cracking service been with 02 approx 20 years still can’t put phone in married name or business name but Samantha happy to put me thru to get me PAC code to ******* - doesn’t give a fk!! Then I got Ilyaas and Craig two lovely guys who sorted everything out 🙏🏼🙏🏼

@O2 it’s truely insane how terrible my time with this company has been. I couldn’t honestly recommend them to anyone. From signal issues in a city centre, to finding it next to impossible to speak to a human when you need to. Go anywhere else
