@O2 Would not recommend O2 after what’s happened to me this weekend Absolutely fuming.Cut me off made me pay a bill that’s not due till the 18th Dec. Promise to restore my connection and over 24hrs later customers service is shut and I’m still disconnected Absolutely disgusting

@O2 when I was at the scene of an accident with emergency calls only, why would my phone not connect to the emergency services? Not just mine but multiple phones all had the same issue. This could have cost lives.

I’ve not had cause to contact @O2 customer service for years. Well I did today. They gone from some of the best customer service to the worst, they’ve outsourced all to India. While all their agents speak English, they don’t understand it. It was literally an awful experience!!!

@O2 took me an hour to explain I have no signal for both my numbers at home due to a faulty mast, to be given a tenner compensation, then get told I cannot upgrade or renew my sims unless I call from the number registered!! Time to leave o2 I think
