    @O2 I ordered iPhone11 64gbBlack on Friday. Website said phone in stock. Received an email yesterday saying it’s not in stock. Received a text today, still not in stock but you hope to get some. Please let me know when you expect to get some or how I can cancel the order. Thanks

    @O2 I won't use Priority while you have a contract with @TicketmasterUK as they have no sense of what customer service is. This situation emphasises this. Do not renew and go with a more competent company. A tune who wants tickets @seetickets go on sale at 10am 12 November.

    @O2 How can you sell out when been down all day !!! Maybe you need to go on sites selling them of upwards of £500 and cancel them and reopen to legit people !!!!! Not good enough o2 @peterkay_co_uk also think you need to take control of horrendous re selling !

    @O2 How have you managed to sell all your priority tickets when priority customers couldn’t get on the website. This has been my 1st experience with o2 priority and will be my last. What a shambolic company. You’ve let people down today and you still can’t get your website to work
