@O2 Would not recommend O2 after what’s happened to me this weekend Absolutely fuming.Cut me off made me pay a bill that’s not due till the 18th Dec. Promise to restore my connection and over 24hrs later customers service is shut and I’m still disconnected Absolutely disgusting

@O2 I ordered iPhone11 64gbBlack on Friday. Website said phone in stock. Received an email yesterday saying it’s not in stock. Received a text today, still not in stock but you hope to get some. Please let me know when you expect to get some or how I can cancel the order. Thanks

@O2 when I was at the scene of an accident with emergency calls only, why would my phone not connect to the emergency services? Not just mine but multiple phones all had the same issue. This could have cost lives.

@VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp You’ve set it up as a new connection, not a house move. So I have to make sure you’ve not put me on a new contract. You offered unlimited data in the meantime but only if I’m a phone customer of yours. I’m not. I’m with @O2 and their customer service puts you to shame.

@O2 @phorenzik They will never allow you to cancel your account in any other way because it's a sale opportunity for them... And if they don't sell you something they will make it as hard as possible until you eventually give up and keep on with it... Customer service only exists at the start

@virginmedia trying to log into my @O2 priority app after changing my phone. App won’t let me sign in as a Virgin customer. Just spins and closes. Tried delete and re-download, still the same.
