Completely unable to use any data at all today despite 4 bars of 4g. Utterly sick of it now @O2 it really has been months and all O2 users I know here having the same issues. Had enough. Just going to consumer affairs programs and local media to see how many others affected.

That was a bad bad move. Over 12 years, @O2 cheerfully siphoned more than £5000 from my account. When I discovered this recently and stopped the DD, they sent the £75.82 due to a collection agency (Lowell) who continue to hound me.

Check your direct debits! 12 years ago, I apparently opened an account with @O2 through @CPWTweets. I never ever used the account or the number Being a trusting person, when I saw DD's from 'Telefonica', it didn't occur to me I was being charged for an account I wasn't aware of.

@O2 how come despite being an O2 customer for many years my upgrade deal is nowhere near as good as if I’m a new customer for the exact same package? #riddlemethis

@O2 I've lost count on how many times I've unsubscribed from network updates over SMS & I still get them. The number hasn't been on your networks since 2019. CF644QS. If I DM U, Can U please make sure it is removed?

@O2 @O2 it’ll work randomly for about 5 minutes and then stops. If I manage to get data it’s often 3G or extremely slow. I’ve been contacting you about it since April.
