    @O2 I've done an upgrade but unfortunately the new phone doesn't work for me (no Google play app on the latest huaweis). I've arranged a return now with o2 but I had already swapped to the new sim. Do I now need to try and swap back to my previous sim? Thank you

    @O2 absolutely shocking service from o2 today! Failed 3 credit check’s firstly for address not being registered with Royal Mail now sorted and o2 have failed it again, customer services have said they cannot discuss the reason for this.

    @O2 as a long standing customer for 2 x mobile phones, I am receiving shocking service from your resolution expert team. I have spent many lost hours on the phone and waiting for you to respond to email - resorting to Twitter in a desperate attempt to arrange to speak - HELP!

    @O2 - shocking customer service - after 32 minutes waiting to get through, and then being transferred twice, and then after 43 minutes being cut off - this has happened now twice, and I’ve been trying to get through for 2 weeks now

    @O2 I was on live chat yesterday & for the issue I was told to call. But the phone lines direct me back to the website? Now live chat isn't working. Going round in circles here?

    Been with @O2 for over 15 years and they have overcharged me for a contract I have cancelled months ago and when I get to someone on the phone the women is so rude!
