@O2 I ordered iPhone11 64gbBlack on Friday. Website said phone in stock. Received an email yesterday saying it’s not in stock. Received a text today, still not in stock but you hope to get some. Please let me know when you expect to get some or how I can cancel the order. Thanks

@O2 Hi thank you for that. It was just a strange anomaly. Have had it happen before. I send a text and it doesn't reach the recipient for a couple of days, which can be a problem if you think the person has got the text when in fact they don't. Lo.l

@O2 Been jumping through hoops all day to try and actually speak to someone at o2. With the automated system apparently that is not a possibility. Live chat was unable to help. Anybody?

@O2 I have done an esim swap so i can access 5G with my new phone. It told me it would be done in 1 hour max 24 hours! Its been 3 days now! I am extremely disappointed. I brang my partner to 02 recently, his phone and network are working fine. This needs to be actioned ASAP 😔🥺

@O2 Called to cancel two contracts with you two years ago and I am still being billed. I spoke to one of your reps on Friday and was promised a call back by Sunday 14th March..still no contact
