So sick of not getting any signal with @o2 whilst at home. Calls either drop out, unable make a call or cant receive calls and they go straight to VM. So frustrating! 🙈 reported & get told 'everything is fine' - so embarrassing when on calls with work. #timetochangenetwork

@AppleSupport @O2 Hi! My Apple Watch is losing charge super quick (it was fine before) and when it’s charging it’s literally burning up! It’s too hot to put on! My old one never did this 🤔

@O2 it is impossible to get a hold of someone. I have called 12 times and the time waiting is 1 hour and 30 minutes and none take responsibility. @O2 charged me for an unauthorised payment. Who could help me?
