@O2 Hello, do you reply to your messages and actually help? You've yet to respond on DM, your phone lines send me in an automated loop until sending me to the app which also sends automated replies that don't help. My phone number should've changed a week ago now!

@O2 Would not recommend O2 after what’s happened to me this weekend Absolutely fuming.Cut me off made me pay a bill that’s not due till the 18th Dec. Promise to restore my connection and over 24hrs later customers service is shut and I’m still disconnected Absolutely disgusting

@O2 have tried several times to ring and keep getting automated response and then cut off. Very frustrating as have added my partner to my account at the weekend and his number has not transferred which is a problem as he uses it for work!!! Really need to speak to somebody!

@O2 frustrating call to you! Connection issues for last 4 days, self employed & this has adversely affected my business! Spoke to an assistant who kept referring to me as “my angel” (having already confirmed to call me by my first name). Didn’t understand my concerns!! 😩

@O2 My wife left her phone at her mother’s house in Lincolnshire. So we wanted to call O2 to see if we could redirect calls until the following day when we’d retrieve it. Help information on @O2 website useless. Difficult to find a phone number.

@O2 Thanks, managed it before, no problems, maybe it was being in North Yorkshire that threw it out. In fact one service station we visited on the way up had banners up declaring itself a GiffGaff area, which means Jennifer R, BT and EE mischievous.

@O2 Hi, yes tried that a couple of times. The sim didn’t connect to the network at all when I first put it in. After called CS it now does but I can’t dial out or take any calls.

I was in an @O2 shop the other day. Brilliant customer service. Chap advised me that prices would go up in line with inflation and then added plaintively “but my wages won’t be….sighs”. I told him to join a union. He said the shop was a franchise and it didn’t work like that…

@O2 Thank you for replying I booked the tickets with 02. Priority when I was a customer. I’m no longer a customer so it won’t let me log in. Tickets are for westlife at Wembley next Saturday
