@O2 Hello, do you reply to your messages and actually help? You've yet to respond on DM, your phone lines send me in an automated loop until sending me to the app which also sends automated replies that don't help. My phone number should've changed a week ago now!

@O2 have tried several times to ring and keep getting automated response and then cut off. Very frustrating as have added my partner to my account at the weekend and his number has not transferred which is a problem as he uses it for work!!! Really need to speak to somebody!

@O2 My wife left her phone at her mother’s house in Lincolnshire. So we wanted to call O2 to see if we could redirect calls until the following day when we’d retrieve it. Help information on @O2 website useless. Difficult to find a phone number.

Onto a second complaint with @O2 as the first complaint handler didn't leave the correct instruction. Told it will be minimum 8 working days (over a bank holiday weekend) but all the while still paying despite the phone I was sent having a known fault. Awful customer service!!!!!

@O2 when in store I purchased a new contract and was told the the nhs discount would be added on with the next two months. Now when I’ve been told to I have to do it myself they told me I don’t qualify as it’s too late. Could someone help please ??
