@O2 Hello, do you reply to your messages and actually help? You've yet to respond on DM, your phone lines send me in an automated loop until sending me to the app which also sends automated replies that don't help. My phone number should've changed a week ago now!

@O2 have tried several times to ring and keep getting automated response and then cut off. Very frustrating as have added my partner to my account at the weekend and his number has not transferred which is a problem as he uses it for work!!! Really need to speak to somebody!

Now that @O2 and @virginmedia have teamed up I really hope O2 doesn’t lower its service standards to match virgin’s. As there’s ANOTHER fault with virgin in Belfast. waiting on the expected repair update to move from 6pm tonight to 6pm on Christmas Eve.

@O2 why is your customer service so useless? I've been trying to return a phone for weeks, can't manage to get through without getting hung up on or disconnected. Went in to the store and the EMPLOYEE LINE is on gold for an hour and then gets hung up on.

@O2 Signal in Redcar is so slow at TS10 4. Dropping to Edge some times. Even with Virgin Media on another device it’s poor. Website says congestion, but it’s been like this for a week now!
