@O2 have tried several times to ring and keep getting automated response and then cut off. Very frustrating as have added my partner to my account at the weekend and his number has not transferred which is a problem as he uses it for work!!! Really need to speak to somebody!

@O2 @Ian57586675 Hi @o2 I have the same 4G issue in Harrogate as does everyone else I know on O2 here. It’s been like this for years. Usually in town centre can only get very slow 3G. I’ve messaged you several times about it, always get the same reply about the mast issue. Will it ever be fixed?

If Sky mobile is ran by @O2 then they need a new provider because damn, there data is shite!!!!! Shouldn’t take up to five minutes to download an app on 4G, yet my wife who’s on @EE can download an app within seconds!!!
