    @O2 have tried several times to ring and keep getting automated response and then cut off. Very frustrating as have added my partner to my account at the weekend and his number has not transferred which is a problem as he uses it for work!!! Really need to speak to somebody!

    @O2 Hello, do you reply to your messages and actually help? You've yet to respond on DM, your phone lines send me in an automated loop until sending me to the app which also sends automated replies that don't help. My phone number should've changed a week ago now!

    @O2 frustrating call to you! Connection issues for last 4 days, self employed & this has adversely affected my business! Spoke to an assistant who kept referring to me as “my angel” (having already confirmed to call me by my first name). Didn’t understand my concerns!! 😩

    OMG @O2 !! Utter incompetence! All I want is an upgrade and now one on yoru team can seem to solve this problem. It’s not rocket science! For a telecommunications company, your internal comms leaves a lot to be desired. Customer Service department, feel free 2 contact me

    . @O2, Any update on the mast that needs fixing in Hull? It's been down a couple of days now and today I have no service at all unless on WiFi. Not much information on the network issues page.

    @O2 I did but the first time I didn’t work and I was charged. I requested a refund. In the meantime I tried the code again, it worked and I had the confirmation email. In all that confusion it’s now been cancelled again. Please help.

    @O2 So, someone who has had a 500 minute contract with you for at least 10 years and has never exceeded it, and then out of the blue suddenly uses an additional 650 minutes in the space of three weeks… you don’t find this odd and maybe contact them? No you just bill them #wrong

    @O2 how do i speakto a human at o2! Iv been trying all day. Automated keeps cutting me of. Start chat sends a list of questions then refers me to community. Iv had enough an want to cancel my contract now. It used to be easy to tlk to a human, not anymore
