Very frustrating as have added my partner to my account at the weekend and his number has not transferred which is a problem as he uses it for work!!! Really need to speak to somebody!

Example : A mast replacement was needed as it was broken/ vandalized and cause their system said nothing wrong with it (literally) they wouldn't send anyone. Unfortunately in the 6yrs since I left @O2 they’ve still not brought 5G to west wales.! Which is a deal breaker.
