@O2 My wife left her phone at her mother’s house in Lincolnshire. So we wanted to call O2 to see if we could redirect calls until the following day when we’d retrieve it. Help information on @O2 website useless. Difficult to find a phone number.

@O2 Hello, do you reply to your messages and actually help? You've yet to respond on DM, your phone lines send me in an automated loop until sending me to the app which also sends automated replies that don't help. My phone number should've changed a week ago now!

@O2 Would not recommend O2 after what’s happened to me this weekend Absolutely fuming.Cut me off made me pay a bill that’s not due till the 18th Dec. Promise to restore my connection and over 24hrs later customers service is shut and I’m still disconnected Absolutely disgusting

@O2 have tried several times to ring and keep getting automated response and then cut off. Very frustrating as have added my partner to my account at the weekend and his number has not transferred which is a problem as he uses it for work!!! Really need to speak to somebody!

@O2 #o2 how do i go about getting you guys to unlock the phone I bought from you to other networks? The pay and go SIM card I currently have with you is terrible and phone calls cut off after 5 minutes every time. Can you please advise.

@O2 Please help me. My phone broke dec 1st so i ordered a new one, was sold a new contract and insurance with this. 2 days later phone hadn’t arrived so I cancelled contract, insurance, delivery, everything. Within my 14 days cooling off period. 1/2

Unbelievably bad service from @O2 After holding for hours to get through, told they could not take our call because my wife, who is not the a/c-holder, picked up the phone first, spoke & passed it to me, the a/c-holder. The call-handler then rang off mid-call (because 6pm?...)
