I've had no 4G for over 2 weeks now and I'm paying for a service I can't use. I want some money back for this. After nearly a week of trying (and failing) to get anywhere she eventually managed to buy a new phone in an O2 store and have her cards unblocked. All very stressful and unnecessary so she will make an official complaint when she has time!
