    @O2 Because your 4G sucks ass and so does your O2 gurus. I've had no 4G for over 2 weeks now and I'm paying for a service I can't use. I want some money back for this. I've done everything the O2 gurus, your technical department and even been in store and still cant get it soted ๐Ÿคฌ

    @O2 thanks for sorting @ClareCorn_86 & I out with new phones this week. Ordered Thursday, Arrived Friday, all set up and old phones recycled by Saturday. Great service

    @O2 My wife left her phone at her motherโ€™s house in Lincolnshire. So we wanted to call O2 to see if we could redirect calls until the following day when weโ€™d retrieve it. Help information on @O2 website useless. Difficult to find a phone number.

    @O2 Hello, do you reply to your messages and actually help? You've yet to respond on DM, your phone lines send me in an automated loop until sending me to the app which also sends automated replies that don't help. My phone number should've changed a week ago now!

    @O2 @ad_moran4 If you want a signal stick with EE! Sick of not being able to access apps on my phone, you know for critical things like charging my car or transferring money between accounts so I can pay for items! O2 are an absolute joke!
