    @O2 Because your 4G sucks ass and so does your O2 gurus. I've had no 4G for over 2 weeks now and I'm paying for a service I can't use. I want some money back for this. I've done everything the O2 gurus, your technical department and even been in store and still cant get it soted ๐Ÿคฌ

    So once again Totally let down by @VodafoneUK Waited All day for them to call me as promised. Wonder what will happen when I donโ€™t pay my bill next week. Canโ€™t wait to find out. Why oh why didnโ€™t I go back to @O2 #TotallyUnhappyVodafoneCustomer

    @O2 My wife left her phone at her motherโ€™s house in Lincolnshire. So we wanted to call O2 to see if we could redirect calls until the following day when weโ€™d retrieve it. Help information on @O2 website useless. Difficult to find a phone number.

    @O2 I ordered iPhone11 64gbBlack on Friday. Website said phone in stock. Received an email yesterday saying itโ€™s not in stock. Received a text today, still not in stock but you hope to get some. Please let me know when you expect to get some or how I can cancel the order. Thanks

    @O2 frustrating call to you! Connection issues for last 4 days, self employed & this has adversely affected my business! Spoke to an assistant who kept referring to me as โ€œmy angelโ€ (having already confirmed to call me by my first name). Didnโ€™t understand my concerns!! ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

    @O2 Your service is absolute rubbish. You cut my mobile off tell me to pay bill thatโ€™s not due. I pay bill tell me Iโ€™ll be back on in 10 minutes Ring you up tell me itโ€™s sorted and Iโ€™ll be back on within 24hrs Iโ€™m still disconnected Appaling

    @O2 #o2 how do i go about getting you guys to unlock the phone I bought from you to other networks? The pay and go SIM card I currently have with you is terrible and phone calls cut off after 5 minutes every time. Can you please advise.

    @O2 have tried several times to ring and keep getting automated response and then cut off. Very frustrating as have added my partner to my account at the weekend and his number has not transferred which is a problem as he uses it for work!!! Really need to speak to somebody!

    @O2 thanks for sorting @ClareCorn_86 & I out with new phones this week. Ordered Thursday, Arrived Friday, all set up and old phones recycled by Saturday. Great service

    Just rang @O2 to see if they are aware of the problem with their app/website when people are trying to pay. The advisor didn't seem to know & sounded reluctant to ask her colleagues if they knew. I suggested asking her colleagues who are on @o2 but she said they were busy.

    @O2 This happens in Chester, Llandudno, Wrexham. My wife has the same problem, having a 6 month old and needing to check/updates things is impossible when out and about with O2. Very unreliable
