    Day 5 now without a phone! Little or no action from both @O2 or @DHLParcelUK who were supposed to deliver my nice new @SamsungMobile s10. It's somehow gone missing in transit & nobody seems to be able to resolve this situation. Poor poor service. 😠

    @O2 I ordered iPhone11 64gbBlack on Friday. Website said phone in stock. Received an email yesterday saying it’s not in stock. Received a text today, still not in stock but you hope to get some. Please let me know when you expect to get some or how I can cancel the order. Thanks

    Really want to know how @O2 have the ******* nerve and audacity to increase their prices so ******* much when I can’t get signal ANYWHERE making my phone unusable unless I’m attached to Wi-Fi WHICH DEFEATS THE POINT OF A MOBILE PHONE. First chance I get I’m moving elsewhere.

    Yet like clockwork @O2 will put your bill up while not being able to deliver on the service you pay for. They would honestly shake your hand while spitting in your face. Disgusting company and I can’t wait until my contract ends.
