Day 5 now without a phone! Little or no action from both @O2 or @DHLParcelUK who were supposed to deliver my nice new @SamsungMobile s10. It's somehow gone missing in transit & nobody seems to be able to resolve this situation. Poor poor service. 😠

After 10 years of using Android I yesterday received my iPhone 12 Pro Max with my upgrade,all seemed great with the phone until evening when I wanted to charge it, no wire included and no means to charge leaving me without a phone to use, very poor service @Apple @O2
