Day 5 now without a phone! Little or no action from both @O2 or @DHLParcelUK who were supposed to deliver my nice new @SamsungMobile s10. It's somehow gone missing in transit & nobody seems to be able to resolve this situation. Poor poor service. 😠

Well. @O2 have been truly astoundingly unhelpful. It will now take until Tuesday to port in my number. The customer service line kept telling me to say 'yes' then not understanding when I said yes, took me round in circles and then I got hung up on by the agent. But it's done.

@O2 She has been all day long and is being told lots of different things, I just find it quite contradicting when it says a 3 month contract but are told to wait longer then that, also I’ve been facing issue myself on my own contract and nobody has come back to me either?!?

@O2 I’ve just switched to O2 but I didn’t realise you don’t support SMS on WiFi calling. I have barely any reception here & rely on WiFi & not being able to send or receive texts is causing big problems. Is this likely to be introduced soon please?

@O2 are absolutely shocking Haven’t replied to my complaint since 5/1 and yesterday was the 21 day “deadline” to reply to Equifax. That didn’t happen either. Causing me more problems as an ex customer than for the many years (since iPhone 3G) I was with them Never going back.
