    @O2 when I was at the scene of an accident with emergency calls only, why would my phone not connect to the emergency services? Not just mine but multiple phones all had the same issue. This could have cost lives.

    Day 5 now without a phone! Little or no action from both @O2 or @DHLParcelUK who were supposed to deliver my nice new @SamsungMobile s10. It's somehow gone missing in transit & nobody seems to be able to resolve this situation. Poor poor service. 😠

    @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp You’ve set it up as a new connection, not a house move. So I have to make sure you’ve not put me on a new contract. You offered unlimited data in the meantime but only if I’m a phone customer of yours. I’m not. I’m with @O2 and their customer service puts you to shame.

    @O2 good to know you like looking after new customers…internal issue with my handset order and I’m being told to cancel and do it again rather than it being sorted?! 2 weeks I’ve been waiting - not a great start for a new customer

    @commsanddata @O2 I've quickly realised that. I'll probably just get the bank to cancel the direct debit. It shouldn't be this hard to cancel. I'll never go with them again.

    @O2 @phorenzik They will never allow you to cancel your account in any other way because it's a sale opportunity for them... And if they don't sell you something they will make it as hard as possible until you eventually give up and keep on with it... Customer service only exists at the start

    @virginmedia trying to log into my @O2 priority app after changing my phone. App won’t let me sign in as a Virgin customer. Just spins and closes. Tried delete and re-download, still the same.
