Day 5 now without a phone! Little or no action from both @O2 or @DHLParcelUK who were supposed to deliver my nice new @SamsungMobile s10. It's somehow gone missing in transit & nobody seems to be able to resolve this situation. Poor poor service. 😠

Had enough of @O2! I pay monthly for data & it literally doesn't work anywhere. Strong 4G signal, nothing loads. Strong 5G signal & it's terribly slow. I wouldn't pay for anything else that didn't work yet I'm charged every month for this. It's absolutely shocking!

@O2 hi O2, please help, why do I keep getting booted from 5g onto HSPDA when downloading using my 'unlimited' data contract? I never had this problem when I was on 3 network and I'm not getting what I paid for? How do I complain please?

No been able to use my phone for 3 weeks unless connected to wifi. Cant be reachable for my kids and cant do my job properly. All because @O2 are changing their towers to 5g. That sounds like an o2 problem as I am paying for a phone I can not use. Is anyone else effected by this?

@VMO2News @virginmedia @O2 After Virgin did planned work in my area my landline did not come back on. 7days now. Tech has been out numerous phone calls several on line complaints ignored, No landline. Noone bothers to get in touch. Appalling service. AVOID!
