@O2 when I was at the scene of an accident with emergency calls only, why would my phone not connect to the emergency services? Not just mine but multiple phones all had the same issue. This could have cost lives.

@O2 never had an O2 SIM card we tried a while ago but ur customer service is impossible to deal with, ever since u’ve been harassing & threatening my 11yo over a unpaid bill no matter how many times I call it keeps happening @MarkEvansO2 cant know how useless the staff r #TeamO2

@O2 my daughter can't #roamfreely - she's in greece - on the correct international tariff and her phone won't work. I pay the bill. To make matters worse, your disability link is not working so i can't get through. Your voice recognition can't understand me saying 'NO'

not me ringing @O2 for the past 2 weeks regarding a phone that has no service+can’t receive calls or take calls. then when they ‘tried to get in touch’ they rang that fkn phone with NO service to let us know !! it’s a ******* piss take+their lack of knowledge is embarrassing

I still can't understand why @o2 have customer service non existent in the UK,it seems to be south Africa,you can tell reading from script (except retentions,sales,complaints UK based) yet @tescomobile @SkyUK (mobile) have 100% UK call centres no price rise and cheaper yet are 02
