@O2 when I was at the scene of an accident with emergency calls only, why would my phone not connect to the emergency services? Not just mine but multiple phones all had the same issue. This could have cost lives.

@O2 Yeah that’s really no use at all…. My whole household runs on o2 or Tesco mobile network and only one room picks up 2 bars of 4G the rest are 3G so what about the forgotten people of switch off who will lose access to communication?

@O2 I went to my friends house to use her iPad & still the same, so it’s not my phone, not my broadband, iOS or anything else, it’s a YOU as in o2 are crap problem. After my current contract ends next year, which will mark THIRTY-FIVE years as an o2 customer I’ll be leaving! 😤

@O2 your complaints team finally called today but only one belled then left a voice mail at 1315 saying they'd call back within the hour, it's not 1650 and no call back. It's been 9 weeks and no resolution for a very simple complaint.
