@O2 when I was at the scene of an accident with emergency calls only, why would my phone not connect to the emergency services? Not just mine but multiple phones all had the same issue. This could have cost lives.

@O2 So are you going to be refunding all those O2 customers in the Wigan area that have had issues for well over a week now? O2 network update says 31st August as an expected "fix" date. Dropped and missed calls, poor reception, bad service. Not what we're paying for. Sort it O2!

Should I be surprised that @virginmedia can’t supply a decent broadband and when it’s really rubbish take the help service offline and @O2 can’t provide a 4G signal in my street, but happily take my monthly payment? I should be appalled, but I now just accept it.

@O2 It’s never happened before and after my phone call on Saturday was the first time I’ve ever ‘reset’ my data… My ave usage is 7ishGB.
