    @O2 Why can you not give me an upgrade, comparable with new deals, I've been an O2 customer for 15years+. Yet I can get Nord2 for £27 /45gb/no upfront cost/24m contract, but all you offer as an upgrade is Nord2 £35/5gb for 36m!!! Sort it out 🙄

    @O2 Slow data in the LA1 area, is there anything wrong right now? it always seems slowish through the day, and then picks up at night.

    @O2 @micky_quinn They are most certainly not available 24/7. I spent 3-4 hours on call trying to sort an issue out yesterday and also today I am on hold 40 mins.

    @O2 I haven't received an email telling me the phone has been sent, that's part of the issue. I received a text yesterday telling me I'd been switched to the new tariff and on MyO2 it shows the order as completed yet I haven't heard anything about the device itself.
