Day 5 now without a phone! Little or no action from both @O2 or @DHLParcelUK who were supposed to deliver my nice new @SamsungMobile s10. It's somehow gone missing in transit & nobody seems to be able to resolve this situation. Poor poor service. 😠

@O2 No response from O2 regarding concerns about potential fraudulent activity appearing on my Clearscore report. Email sent 25/09 after a lengthy, largely pointless conversation with a customer support advisor (no facility to transfer calls to their own Fraud Team!).

I am now being told £100 will be covered but I am expected to pay the remaking £139 because "we sent you a new SIM on the 11th". How is this acceptable @o2? I reported the phone stolen, the separate payments never should have been made as I was told the SIM was blocked

Fast forward 20 days and I still hadn't heard from them. Phone customer support today to be told no block was made and no record of me contacting @o2 was on my account. After being on hold for 10 minutes I am told a new SIM was sent on the 11th. I knew this
