    Day 5 now without a phone! Little or no action from both @O2 or @DHLParcelUK who were supposed to deliver my nice new @SamsungMobile s10. It's somehow gone missing in transit & nobody seems to be able to resolve this situation. Poor poor service. 😠

    It’s absolutely unbelievable that normally my internet with @O2 is rubbish and now I have been since Friday night with no signal at all. Unable to receive calls or to use internet if is not WiFi around. I can’t wait to leave this company ASAP

    @bfafleck @O2 I’m O2 and 6 miles outside Chester city centre and the phone signal is appalling now. Cant even get 4G in Chester itself at times. Daughter has changed to EE recently and it’s so much better.

    @tescomobile @O2 This is absolutely disgraceful, to be honest it's bloody disgusting. Why are we still 1 month later without signal when your mast apparently has been fixed. Can only use my phone on WiFi 😡🙄

    @O2 I have not had any phone signal due to a phone mast down for 2+ weeks.I have emailed & live chat multiple times but have not had any response. It is not due to come back until the 7th. Please confirm I will be getting a refund for the service I am paying for but unable to use
