Day 5 now without a phone! Little or no action from both @O2 or @DHLParcelUK who were supposed to deliver my nice new @SamsungMobile s10. It's somehow gone missing in transit & nobody seems to be able to resolve this situation. Poor poor service. 😠

@O2 Last week I switched from @Vodafone to @o2. After a week of misinformation, spending half my time in a queue to your customer service to rectify your mistakes and no internet outside my home, I’m switching back. AVOID O2 AT ALL COSTS.

Well done @O2 . I call to unlock my phone and when ask to be put through to a supervisor you hang up. Brands like yours will not survive much longer with this kind of customer experience. Poor

So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help
