Day 5 now without a phone! Little or no action from both @O2 or @DHLParcelUK who were supposed to deliver my nice new @SamsungMobile s10. It's somehow gone missing in transit & nobody seems to be able to resolve this situation. Poor poor service. 😠

@O2 Endless ******* loop with no help at all o2 is ******* useless. I used to think customer service was good until now. This is worse than virgin and that’s saying something at least I can eventually speak to a human on the phone

Hey @o2 Your Middleton Manchester store needs more middle of the road PAYG phones the ones they had were too expensive. They tried talking me into a contract... Sorry I'm a PAYG only customer.

May suggest @O2 that you do something to make easier to change the spend cap? What happened today was so annoying! I know that is not your fault that ran out of data but as a provider you should offer a service that could make our life easier.

Hello @O2 think there is something wrong with your phone lines. I have called twice this evening to try to resolve a billing issue patiently waited the phone answers then cuts off both times. Online chat is painfully slow too, waiting 5 mins to get a response to simple questions

@O2 I'm telling you something isn't working effectively, and I want a proposed resolution or O2 can keep covering my bill until this is resolved and adequate service received. Telling me to leave the network isn't a solution either fyi
