Day 5 now without a phone! Little or no action from both @O2 or @DHLParcelUK who were supposed to deliver my nice new @SamsungMobile s10. It's somehow gone missing in transit & nobody seems to be able to resolve this situation. Poor poor service. 😠

@O2 appallingly poor service moved to O2 recently signal strength patchy issues with signing up and after more signal issues you ordered a new esim and then disabled mine before you had dispatched the new one! And now want over £400 in early termination fees! Back to @ThreeUK

@O2 Hi there Just wondering are you having any network issues in London? As on Tuesday I was up there for hospital appointment after I came out at 2pm I kept getting cut off and also my dad noticed today the line was bad as he's in London today working.
