Day 5 now without a phone! Little or no action from both @O2 or @DHLParcelUK who were supposed to deliver my nice new @SamsungMobile s10. It's somehow gone missing in transit & nobody seems to be able to resolve this situation. Poor poor service. 😠

@anna_fatania @O2 Don’t trust o2 After 2 yrs & 4 mths & 100s of complaints they sent an aggressive rude email saying they can’t find the original complaint because they have ‘archived’ it so aren’t going 2 help & aren’t going 2 refund the money then told me to go get a lawyer if I don’t like it

@O2 Appalling customer service, 2 week’s waiting for phone number migrating to new Sim after idiotic staff migrate to wrong phone and then wrongly cancel a number we have had for over 20 years! to then be told Every Single Day to wait 24hrs and nothing done.

@O2 's approach to customer retention is faultless. call them to end the contract and get the PAC and they cut you off. use the live chat and say they're too busy to answer.

Just got stuck at Five ways station for 10 mins because evidently it's an @o2 black spot and I couldn't access my train tickets. @WestMidRailway Staff were no help, even though I showed them the email which proved I purchased the tickets.

@O2 It said that there were technical faults and O2 know of the problems and we're fixing it. Just over an hour later u had and it worked 👍
