Day 5 now without a phone! Little or no action from both @O2 or @DHLParcelUK who were supposed to deliver my nice new @SamsungMobile s10. It's somehow gone missing in transit & nobody seems to be able to resolve this situation. Poor poor service. 😠

@MartinSLewis you're rightly insensed by @O2 mid-contract increase 'breaking' their contracted commitments. Theoretically could my mortgage company do the same?- a few years into a 7 year fix they say "'sod it' you can leave if you like but the rate we're now offering is 10%" ??

@O2 Agent agreed a ring back @ 4.30 /5.00 unbelievably rang back @ 8.08 answered after 2 rings but no connection I rang back - recorded message says will receive a call back Never received one Good customer service ???? Not impressed

@O2 clearly the worst signal ever. 40 pounds a month living in central Brighton and can’t use the data as it’s always blocked. You are thé worst phone company I ever used. Be sure I’ll be leaving soon. On Reddit you are recognised as the worst signal in southern England.
