  @O2 why do I have to raise a complaint just to get an issues resolved when your app glitches and I end up purchasing 2 bolt ons I don’t even need. You state that the purchase follows a text or email regarding the purchase and how to cancel but I didn’t receive anything. Very poor

  @ungodlywheesa @O2 What phone are you using? Most phones from the last 5+ years support eSIMs! If yours does, you could be set up in under 2 minutes — no store visit, no paperwork, no SIM tray needed.

  @O2 Happens at your call centres in Mumbai daily. Stop tjem from selling. Or move call centres away from Mumbai. Its long been suspected data agents get their information from these call centres. And as you dont have an O2 official stationed permanently in Mumbai trust is an issue
