    @O2 Would not recommend O2 after what’s happened to me this weekend Absolutely fuming.Cut me off made me pay a bill that’s not due till the 18th Dec. Promise to restore my connection and over 24hrs later customers service is shut and I’m still disconnected Absolutely disgusting

    @O2 have tried several times to ring and keep getting automated response and then cut off. Very frustrating as have added my partner to my account at the weekend and his number has not transferred which is a problem as he uses it for work!!! Really need to speak to somebody!

    I’m rather concerned about @TelefonicaUK / @O2 trying to oppose #PrivateRelay for #iPhone. Almost like they dislike the idea of customer privacy, which sounds suspiciously like @Facebook disliking user privacy so they can sell our data to advertisers.

    @reastty @O2 Hi Robert, Unfortunately the website was slow due to the high volume of demand caused by the offer. As stated in O2's Ts&Cs, the offer is only available subject to availability and this morning was sold out in a record time of just over ten minutes. - Tony

    @TheatreTokens @O2 Possibly not your fault but maybe an issue with @O2 as on all priority deals only the number of codes released for the number available. Its very misleading as gives you 6 days to use and I was on your website at 10am but your website was obviously struggling!

    @BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 Not free. EU roaming regulation capped the average wholesale charge that the visited network operator may levy on the roaming provider. Now that protection gone UK MNOs need to mitigate. Some passing the costs on as direct roaming charges, 02 pricing this in less transparent way.

    @TheatreTokens what happened this morning with @O2 priority offer. Website was rubbish (stupid cookies) and was so slow. When I got on the site, code was no longer valid.
