@O2 have tried several times to ring and keep getting automated response and then cut off. Very frustrating as have added my partner to my account at the weekend and his number has not transferred which is a problem as he uses it for work!!! Really need to speak to somebody!

@O2 Well in that case, your CSAs need better training on how to reassure a concerned customer in a world where telephone scams are rife. I politely asked why he'd need the full number to be told I was being awkward. He told me I could call back and speak to a different CSA.. (1/2)

@O2 shocking service, phone arrived 36 hrs late, despite charging me fee for on day delivery and waiting in for 12 hrs. You haven’t ported my number as requested and instead have given another 3 day wait- and when I call you can’t help. Not a great start…
