@O2 My wife left her phone at her mother’s house in Lincolnshire. So we wanted to call O2 to see if we could redirect calls until the following day when we’d retrieve it. Help information on @O2 website useless. Difficult to find a phone number.

@O2 have tried several times to ring and keep getting automated response and then cut off. Very frustrating as have added my partner to my account at the weekend and his number has not transferred which is a problem as he uses it for work!!! Really need to speak to somebody!

@O2 frustrating call to you! Connection issues for last 4 days, self employed & this has adversely affected my business! Spoke to an assistant who kept referring to me as “my angel” (having already confirmed to call me by my first name). Didn’t understand my concerns!! 😩

@O2 Because your 4G sucks ass and so does your O2 gurus. I've had no 4G for over 2 weeks now and I'm paying for a service I can't use. I want some money back for this. I've done everything the O2 gurus, your technical department and even been in store and still cant get it soted 🤬

@uberwatch @O2 I have had the same issue for the past 3 days. Spoken with customer services who basically said it is Disney's problem. Strange how it's o2 website. Latest I got today was that the problem has been escalated ! Whoopy doo let's all rest easy knowing it's been escalated.
