@O2 have tried several times to ring and keep getting automated response and then cut off. Very frustrating as have added my partner to my account at the weekend and his number has not transferred which is a problem as he uses it for work!!! Really need to speak to somebody!

@O2 I used to be an O2 customer, so I know 100% that you do not have any kind of security policy that stops you from contacting your own customers. Otherwise how are you able to make sales/marketing calls and send SMS's ?

@O2 Iphone delivered in march.. not worked properly since received. Passed between different tech support technicians for months. O2 finally agree the phone has to be faulty & will exchange under warranty. no phone turns up after several broken promises. Disgusting service

@O2 Not sure what you need to look into further I gave you the company name and number - you are giving out customer details to a third party without there consent. The number that called has been reported by others and clearly harasses people. I don’t trust O2 with my details
