    @O2 frustrating call to you! Connection issues for last 4 days, self employed & this has adversely affected my business! Spoke to an assistant who kept referring to me as “my angel” (having already confirmed to call me by my first name). Didn’t understand my concerns!! 😩

    @O2 My wife left her phone at her mother’s house in Lincolnshire. So we wanted to call O2 to see if we could redirect calls until the following day when we’d retrieve it. Help information on @O2 website useless. Difficult to find a phone number.

    @O2 have tried several times to ring and keep getting automated response and then cut off. Very frustrating as have added my partner to my account at the weekend and his number has not transferred which is a problem as he uses it for work!!! Really need to speak to somebody!

    @B_Smythe77 @O2 Sadly it's probably not O2 but one of their "partners". Companies out there that buy your details to tempt you with offers of new products and deals. Some poor soul (in every sense of the word) who has to phone people on a list and try and tempt them. But yes bloody annoying.

    @O2 I’ve been trying to get my PAC code the last week. 1st was told it’ll be email to me, but never received email. Call few times, either your call centre person was unable to give it over the phone or hung up on me. What’s going on??!!

    @O2 I am disgusted! I am physically disabled and I can’t change a SIM card over on my own. So when upgrading my phone I decided to do it in a store as I wanted my family and friends to see I could do something without their help. I haven’t upgraded in 6 years so when the shop 1/3
