@O2 My wife left her phone at her mother’s house in Lincolnshire. So we wanted to call O2 to see if we could redirect calls until the following day when we’d retrieve it. Help information on @O2 website useless. Difficult to find a phone number.

@O2 have tried several times to ring and keep getting automated response and then cut off. Very frustrating as have added my partner to my account at the weekend and his number has not transferred which is a problem as he uses it for work!!! Really need to speak to somebody!

Hey @O2 how do you escalate a complaint? Spent over 4 hours on the phone and 1 visit to a shop all to keep being told someone will call me back! Who is this someone as it’s been 16 days???? The only person who has tried to help is Jenny at the Oldham store! 😡😡😡

@O2 hey guys. Tried to place an order last night for a new connection via the o2 app. Payment was taken but transaction wasn't completed and has now disappeared. I called yesterday and the sales team weren't open. Was promised a call back which didn't happen. Can someone help ?
