@O2 Hello, do you reply to your messages and actually help? You've yet to respond on DM, your phone lines send me in an automated loop until sending me to the app which also sends automated replies that don't help. My phone number should've changed a week ago now!

@O2 have tried several times to ring and keep getting automated response and then cut off. Very frustrating as have added my partner to my account at the weekend and his number has not transferred which is a problem as he uses it for work!!! Really need to speak to somebody!

Further refund for the prolonged period without service. This, I was told, would be calculated by @o2 . This turns out to be untrue. Last night I again spent time with customer service. Last night I was told I could have the month's charge refunded. I didn't reply for 14 minutes
