Very frustrating as have added my partner to my account at the weekend and his number has not transferred which is a problem as he uses it for work!!! Really need to speak to somebody!

I've had no 4G for over 2 weeks now and I'm paying for a service I can't use. I want some money back for this. Sadly Brits gave up a really decent landline system for the "convenience" of mobile without thinking about quality.
