This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

@O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

@O2 hi I’ve just transferred from EE with the same number and my o2 rewards isn’t working it says we can’t opt you in at the moment. I try put my number into o2 rewards login screen but it won’t send me the code please hep
