    @O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

    This is my mobile no +447938443978. I topped up 30 £ on February 2nd but i still haven't allowance. @O2 I will be glad if you help.

    @O2 Yeah store is not possible. I can't drive at the moment. I've been on hold for over 2hrs today and yesterday with no answer from the payment team. I don't know why I stuck with O2 again... If only their customer service was as good as their social media!

    @O2 The following site cell ID 1990790 LTE Band 20 is off air. The site has been going in and out of service since Friday 4th Feb. The 4G router attaches to the network obtains an IP address, then disconnects. Same with the mobile phone. Location M281yr. Shared Site Voda.

    @O2 Hi sent DM. Happening since last night, every 5-10 min.first time ever had an issue. Iv deleted most recent apps & clearing what I can from phone.
