@O2 Is there an issue for WhatsApp videos on o2? Both mine and my other half’s WhatsApp has stopped playing videos were sent. I use some videos I’m sent for my job!!!! I’ve deleted the app I’ve contacted WhatsApp. Still nothing is working!

@O2 just went into one of your stores to upgrade my phone and experienced the worst customer service. Was told to recycle my phone with another shop in the shopping centre and be without a phone for 3 days cause they’d “give me a better offer” and told I could shop online instead

@O2 Hi, yes I’ve done both. Apps are so slow loading when wireless is switched off and service isn’t great on 3G or 4G. Used to be excellent

@O2 Tried that. Unfortunately because of when I took out my last contract (just before you changed your terms) I’m stuck with this old handset until I can pay off £700 remaining on device. Shame as the new amazing iPhone camera would help my burgeoning photograph business massively.

@O2 Yes I’ve had the iPhone since the 3G and never had this before - I’ve now tested on both front and rear cameras with and without HDR and it bleaches every time. Is the product faulty @AppleSupport or is this an iPhone 12 issue in general. How can I fix it?

Went to @O2 #TCR to swap my monthly contract onto a prepaid card. I was told it has to be done over the phone and they can’t issue a new SIM in store. Went to @EE and asked if I could transfer my number to them. The seem enthusiastic

@O2 I tried that but it happened to me when I tried to get the Odean ticket so when I looked on twitter to message 02 loads of other people was having the same problem. So refreshing it wasn’t helping it was a glitch on your side to do with the cinema tickets- it happened last week

@O2 I have now with the help of the nice people at the o2 shop worked out there is a fault with the phone. This phone was given to me in February by @O2 insure. They are refusing to fix it without me paying an excess. I did not cause this problem. The phone was faulty.

@O2 why does the local B90 4AJ mast go faulty EVERY week. 6 weeks in a row now, we get no service until it is repaired. You need better repair engineers as their repairs do not even last a week!!!

@O2 It's sorted now (after 90 mins of being shunted back and forth, and your call centre inadvertently cancelling the wrong number). Like so many large organisations, your staff are (a) extremely polite (b) frustrated with your awful systems; and (c) helpless to help customers.
