    Thank you @o2 for telling me now that you can’t solve my issue with @Apple Watch because “it is not a necessity device”. However when you publicised the deal “AppleWatch plus iPhone”, at the time of my purchase no one at the store mentioned “it’s not a necessity device”.

    I've decided to hang onto my @HuaweiMobileUK P30 Pro until the next gen of 5g phones. Was going to take an @O2 deal but it only shows 4g and says you'll then need to take a new chip and contract for 5G not guaranteed you'll pay the same price. A lot of 1st adopters are screwed.

    @O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

    @O2 with Vodafone for 15 years: no problems. Move over to o2 and am in disbelief at service I am currently receiving...4 stores in 2 counties, Staff not knowing how the systems work, store systems not updated to sync with phone and i'm £1000+ down in income. Appalling #NO2
