@DHLParcelUK paid for urgent afternoon delivery of @O2 phone on Weds - you try to deliver in morning & it’s now Fri and no phone !! Inefficient and terrible service & lack of any communication from you .

OMG @O2 are doing work nearby so no 4G in the office. Had to sign a form last week to say we wouldn’t use the office internet either, other than for professional stuff. Work‘s awful when there’s only, well, work to focus on. It’s like the olden days 😳

@O2 Absolutely appalling Service, changed from PAYG to pay monthly, told the agent I Absolutely must not lose my previous number as its my business contact number. And it now no longer exists! And almost impossible to speak to anyone. Definitely need to find another provider.

@O2 Just had the most abysmal experience trying to upgrade a phone with you. Mobile customer with you for 20+ years trying to renew to a premium phone and contract, and your processes are so bad i gave up and cancelled the order. Complaint submitted.

@O2 shocking customer service 😡 i noticed fraudulent activity on my account yesterday and called straight away to report. Accounts haven't been blocked as I received an email today to say they have managed to set up a direct debit!

@O2 I turned off the auto renew on my extra on the 11th September as it was due to auto renew on the 9th October. My upcoming bill however is showing I will be paying for the extra still. Any help on how to ensure this is not charged? Thanks

I transferred my number to a new iPhone but the eSIM didn’t activate. My old SIM is already deactivated and my iPhone 17 Pro only shows ‘Set Up Mobile Service’. Please can you re-provision my line and push a new eSIM profileto my device I have no service at all right now. @O2
