@DHLParcelUK paid for urgent afternoon delivery of @O2 phone on Weds - you try to deliver in morning & it’s now Fri and no phone !! Inefficient and terrible service & lack of any communication from you .

OMG @O2 are doing work nearby so no 4G in the office. Had to sign a form last week to say we wouldn’t use the office internet either, other than for professional stuff. Work‘s awful when there’s only, well, work to focus on. It’s like the olden days 😳

@O2 Just spent 4 days on holiday with little or no ability to load up data on my iPhone - check and you have a tower problem register for alerts, you message me on the the day of my return home to say all is fixed. This is getting repetitive and will affect my contract renewal
