OMG @O2 are doing work nearby so no 4G in the office. Had to sign a form last week to say we wouldn’t use the office internet either, other than for professional stuff. Work‘s awful when there’s only, well, work to focus on. It’s like the olden days 😳

@DHLParcelUK paid for urgent afternoon delivery of @O2 phone on Weds - you try to deliver in morning & it’s now Fri and no phone !! Inefficient and terrible service & lack of any communication from you .

In Mexico, roaming on Movistar (a Telefonica network) and none of @O2 voicemail numberS work. "I'm sorry, your number is not permitted to use this service". @O2 weren't able to help. Anyone know if this is a temporary problem? There's a vm in my inbox and I can get to it!😡 Argh!

@O2 Wifi calling would be great, WiFi would solve all my issues……. I wouldn’t have any issues if I had WiFi at work 🙃🙃🙃 ps…..iDONT HAVE WIFI 😭😭😭😭😭 I’ve literally no signal in work, most it’s seen today is 2 bars of “E”…But has spent most of its time with no signal at all

Honestly @O2 need to sort their customer services out. 3 calls transferred and cut off, 4th call was advised I wouldn’t be transferred/cut off, was placed on hold for a further 45 minutes and then call disconnected. #bye
