@O2 so I make an insurance claim, which i pay for monthly and you can't replace it as not in stock, nearly 2 weeks waiting. Poor. I ring today to get told lines are closed, its 11:41 on a Monday. Poor. What have you to say

  • lilsss_x lily (@lilsss_x) reported from Kesgrave, England

So called @O2 to speak to someone with a general query, apparently this is no longer possible. This is unfair for the people who have no access to the internet! I understand there being a wait time due to it not being urgent but to have the phone just hang up is a bit of a joke

  • m7hompson Matty Thompson (@m7hompson) reported from Ipswich District, England

What’s the deal @O2 trying to make an insurance claim but been on the phone for 45mins and spoken to 5 different advisors which keep telling me there going to transfer me through, is this something that can’t be down in the #o2 shop?

  • MattyCrane Matt Crane (@MattyCrane) reported from Ipswich District, England

@O2 Understood, for a day or two that would make sense. But service down for over a week with no timescale for resolution as you have said, is pretty poor you must admit. Oh well we continue to pay the bill for a service we can’t use. 🙄

  • JemmaWishart Jemma Wishart (@JemmaWishart) reported from Felixstowe, England

  • Geobadger1 Christopher Chapman (@Geobadger1) reported from Ipswich District, England

Hi @O2 just had a bizarre call from a call centre thinking I’m still an O2 customer. I’ve not been on your books for 6 or so years, so it’s either a scam or your records are quite out of date.

  • 09AndyWalsh Andy Walsh (@09AndyWalsh) reported from Kesgrave, England

OMG @O2 are doing work nearby so no 4G in the office. Had to sign a form last week to say we wouldn’t use the office internet either, other than for professional stuff. Work‘s awful when there’s only, well, work to focus on. It’s like the olden days 😳

  • RichJ1980s Rich Puttick🇬🇧🇪🇺 (@RichJ1980s) reported

@Angel_McLachlan @O2 Hey sorry to jump on your post but did you get this sorted, I’m in the exact same situation and you’re the only other tweet i have seen about this issue

  • DeviousPL PL84 (@DeviousPL) reported

@O2 You prices aren’t competitive and your network sucks - it wouldn’t even be acceptable by late 2000s standards and totally unusable during peak times round here. No idea who you are trying to kid but it doesn’t wash. Thanks for an easy decision to leave end of term…

  • gorners Phil Gornall (@gorners) reported

Been with @o2 well over 10 years, whilst not the cheapest always felt value for money with the good overall service, price rises reasonable as per their T&Cs, but whichever idiot signed off a close to 12% annual ‘standard’ price rise at this time is either brain dead or sadistic

  • misssophc Sophie C (@misssophc) reported

@O2 yay, 20 minutes on hold for the call to ‘fail’. Can someone call me so I don’t have to wait ages again? Want to cancel my contract

  • melwilks Mel Wilks 🏏💻☁️ (@melwilks) reported

@O2 Your network is terrible. Your 4G barely works in Devon. 3G if you’re lucky. No sign of 5G. So what exactly are you investing in other than your profits?!? No answer to either of my questions. I’ll be leaving at the first possible opportunity once your restrictive contract allows

  • GeneveGor Jennifer (@GeneveGor) reported

@VodafoneUK @O2 @ThreeUK Hey Trev just had a painfully long call I really feel like Vodafone don't want my business with 3 lines and broadband I feel super let down with no options

  • _tbond Tom Bond (@_tbond) reported

@O2 am at post code Mk43 0, your network bandwidth is shocking. Signal OK but never data transfer. Any plans to fix? If not, how do I leave? Watch on a 3-year, phone on 30-day. Many thanks!

  • tsh2 💉💉💉 Sean Houlihane 🕷️🔶🕷️🇮🇪 (@tsh2) reported

@DuncanManton @DarwinsWetDream @O2 People no longer need to have any tie to their network provider. Days of number being used as identity are fading.

  • iain_bruce_iow Iain Bruce (@iain_bruce_iow) reported

@O2 thanks for the email confirming your double price rise. Please get in queue behind every other sucker pleading how hard it is to keep costs down #inflation #consumer #squeeze

  • DuncanManton Felonius Dunc (@DuncanManton) reported

@DarwinsWetDream @tsh2 @O2 They rise their prices by inflation plus a set percentage. Except the bill increase is a measure of inflation. Which they then add a set percentage to. Which drives up inflation. Which they then add a set percentage to… See the issue?
