@DHLParcelUK paid for urgent afternoon delivery of @O2 phone on Weds - you try to deliver in morning & it’s now Fri and no phone !! Inefficient and terrible service & lack of any communication from you .

@O2 Nothing else currently, the sim swap issue was caused by myself over using the esim code forgetting I’d scanned it many times before on my android and apple. I’m hoping maybe one day we can download the esim profile as backup with unlimited count of installs on individual device.

@O2 your post sale customer service is horrendous. After you’ve admitted taking extra payments, mis-sold insurance, online chat system that consistently cuts out and a call centre with operators that cannot deal with contracts made in branch and not online. #badservice

@O2 You make it as hard as possible to get through to a real human, even the automated advice cuts you off? I have had no signal when I'm at my home due to a signal fault, since early Feb, which I've been assured by text, is being resolved...no improvement since 17th Feb?!

So an @O2 agent called Chris gave me a price then the called ended after about 15 mins. I called a 3rd time and this new person doesn't want offer the same price. Like @02 fix up man kmt. I want the same price 🙄🙄😷😷

Having the worst customer service experience with @O2 . Difficult to speak to a human on the phone and when you do, all the staff tell you different things.Terrible. I’ve been trying to get a simple issue resolved for over a month and I don’t seem to be getting anywhere. Dm sent.
