    @DHLParcelUK paid for urgent afternoon delivery of @O2 phone on Weds - you try to deliver in morning & it’s now Fri and no phone !! Inefficient and terrible service & lack of any communication from you .

    If your on O2 becareful there are spam callers again I had another voice mail saying "Hello Francesca" then hang up @O2. It sounds forgein usually when I get miss calls a number comes up and suddenly not getting it. 🤔

    How bad are @O2 with their customer services? I don’t think in my lifetime I’ve ever experienced such disgraceful service. Gross negligence of the highest order. #shocking #onbudsmantime

    @O2 Gone back into store last week and they were as helpful as you lot. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Cannot wait for this contract to be over.Took weeks to receive the device, lied about pricing & haven't applied my blue light discount even after going into store to do it

    @AliHamidi @O2 Terrible, when i left , their cudtomer service manager , asked me why i stayed so long 😩😩 it was that bad !! . Good luck Three not been great either though

    @O2 15 years of loyal service with O2, three contracts with them and we can’t even get a call back whilst halfway through a payment after being disconnected, TWICE! Furious!
