    OMG @O2 are doing work nearby so no 4G in the office. Had to sign a form last week to say we wouldn’t use the office internet either, other than for professional stuff. Work‘s awful when there’s only, well, work to focus on. It’s like the olden days 😳

    @DHLParcelUK paid for urgent afternoon delivery of @O2 phone on Weds - you try to deliver in morning & it’s now Fri and no phone !! Inefficient and terrible service & lack of any communication from you .

    @O2 Understood, for a day or two that would make sense. But service down for over a week with no timescale for resolution as you have said, is pretty poor you must admit. Oh well we continue to pay the bill for a service we can’t use. 🙄

    Turned on data roaming to try to sort issues with a missed pickup at airport in Riyadh. No notification of costs until a text saying is accumulated a £50 bill within about 10-15 minutes. At least I have a cap! @O2

    @O2 These 'good morning to everyone except...' tweets are so last old & overdone. Maybe o2 should assign their staff to customer service or use the money to improve infrastructure. Customers paying £70+ contracts & have signal/data connection issues every day, it's unacceptable.

    @O2 Are there any plans to support family setup for Apple Watch? Also why does requesting an esim need me to go instore or get something mailed out. EE support the first and on the latter it’s done online via a QR code!

    @O2 mobile coverage in my area (Harrogate) has been down for a week. Signal check shows it’s a known fault. Can’t get through to customer services. Your chat bot is useless. No timetable for a fix. Will be leaving 02 if this isn’t sorted out. #O2

    @Joeeh69 @O2 I don’t even bother with 5G cos all it does is slow the phone down and drains the battery. I can only just about pick up 4G at home it’s an absolute joke, especially with how much the bills are!

    @O2 sooo annoyed!! Trying to do a webchat with an advisor on the app.. brings up options to help with them takes me to a website detailing it. I don’t need that I need a human!! Really wishing I hadn’t moved networks!!
