My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

@CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Some buildings do have poor reception though. Our house is bad, and we used to have to hang out of a window to get reception. We've recently set it up to use the house WiFi though (on Android) but might depend what handset you have whether it will let you do that.

@mrandrewdickson @O2 Been saying it for years. It’s a service we pay that is in my eyes below standard. For example if you paid for sky tv and it cut out as often as you can’t get phone signal, not many would be happy about it

@mrandrewdickson @O2 You have no interruption or anything blocking your signal on top of a mountain. It’s actually the best place for a reception sometimes. In London your so rounded by skyscrapers deflecting and blocking your connection
