    My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

Wow, seems like you need to improve your network coverage to 100% of the country or you need to review your policy of trying to rob poor families!

    @O2 I've sent them an email but have also sent further emails to add to my complaint via O2 complaints email. I've received a letter saying that I have made a voluntary payment towards my contract which I have never agreed to. This needs fixing now and my phone needs to be returned

    @O2 Thanks for coming back so promptly. I’ve already checked the status checker but it says I should be fine. I’ve registered a problem with them now but any help would be appreciated. There are two of us working from home currently.
