@O2 just had a call from you trying to sell me an upgrade - when I said I’d upgraded (stayed with O2) last week your customer sales guy just cut the line; a “thanks anyway” would have been polite! 🙄 #customerservice

@O2 why do you employ numbskulls. Got a notification saying my 4g was cancelled. Rang and a girl told me no problem. Just a system migration issue in discussion I arranged to get a 5g sim. She told me I would have to do a sim swop when it arrived. Next day I had no service.
