    @SigniusNetworks @O2 @giffgaff Given that the latest Ofcom auction for 5G spectrum has only just taken place so the networks now know which frequencies they own,it'll be years rather than months before any network has any kind of meaningful national 5G coverage.

    @drharshvardhan my horrible experience. Me n wife were positive. At o2 95 made call for help your concern office dr Ramesh and s nand assured not to worry they are. @O2 88, I repeatedly called sorry I was left for dying no Dr, bed,oxi,icu. common man. God blessed miracle.see u GH

    Hey @O2 - why is it you’re sending out texts and tweets about how we can all buy new stuff, yet when we ring customer services to help use it you’re unable to deal with call volumes due to Covid? It’s like been over a year!!! How about reviewing your priorities???

    @MisterGreenwich @O2 I am on 3. Do get bars in Eltham on the high street. But guess what it's a cheap thrills. The only time it came in super handy was for a conference call I had to take in my car. Apart from that, today 5G is a solution looking for a problem. In a few years though...

    Customer service from @O2 is appalling. Added another phone to my current contract for my son. Too cut a long story short my son still cant use his phone as the o2 shop gave me an invalid sim card. 10 days into the new contract and still unable to get service......

    @O2 trying to find my PAC code so that i can switch network and you have literally made it impossible to do so! Not happy at all.
