My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

@O2 insurance can **** off, I was honest but yet not good enough, should’ve been sneaky and lied and switched my phone of for a couple days and I would have got it sorted. Shows doesn’t it 🖕🏻🖕🏻 #WontRecommend

@O2 @GoodThingsFdn @virginmedia Had no signal or data since August and complained. Complaints team always give you money to shut you up. Finally cancelled my contract. Sort your network out before giving free data and tickets away.

@katie_louise_b @O2 O2 have rely on a generation, who remember when a loyal customer meant something. Todays customer shops around and seldom use O2. I’m also an O2 customer, who thought loyalty meant something. If everyone who has been with them 15 yrs + left them, they’d be struggling. I’m off.

@O2 @GoodThingsFdn @virginmedia Your having a laugh my mum was disconnected 4 7 weeks missing important hospital calls hundreds of calls trip's 2 local o2 store with no help no apology absolutely disgraceful staff! Wouldn't bother ever buying an 02 device!!!
