    @O2 Hi there Just wondering are you having any network issues in London? As on Tuesday I was up there for hospital appointment after I came out at 2pm I kept getting cut off and also my dad noticed today the line was bad as he's in London today working.

    @O2 your customer service is absolutely shocking. Its take me 2 hours to give me a £25 credit despite charging me the full billed amount for a device that's already paid off last month, expecting me to pay it this month when it shouldn't be the case. No complaint was logged

    Yet another 90 minutes on the phone to @O2, funny how they never take into account how long you've been a loyal customer, hope it costs you thousands to mend your roof & I hope you've lost so much business, terrible customer service from this company.

    @O2 very angry 3 days of trying to cancel an upgrade to be told i cant as YOUR SYSTEM has taken the order too far even though you have no stock and the phone doesnt actually get released till 11th so i have to wait for a consignment number that could take 3weeks to receive 🤬🤬🤬

    @O2 customer service going down to drain. I'm this company customer over 17 years and I'm paying 5 lines ,today I ordered something online , their took the money and after sent me message saying , something went wrong , but my money gone

    @O2 so was told by customer service at 17.00 hrs wednesday phone number would be ported over in 24 hrs and here I am still not able to recieve calls what is happening!
