My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

@O2 Yeah, but it’s £3 to add on rather than the £1 offered on the call. He will have to call back when he has time, as I don’t have another hour to waste sorting it out. You sent a confirmation email with absolutely no way of sorting any issue.

@O2 are ridiculously bad at times. 30 minutes on hold to speak to someone. Changed my dads contract. Email comes through with confirmation missing a bolt on for international calls that was required and confirmed. Don’t have time to call back. Absolute joke.

@O2 It says to go to your help website which has absolutely no information on how to sort out an incorrect order. It’s beyond useless. Even an email address would have helped. Pathetic service
