My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

How can @O2 justify 13.4% RPI rate of inflation to customers PLUS 3.9% when you barely get a bar of signal regardless of the forever works to the mast in my area.

@O2 I can't believe that my phone tariff is increasing by 17%!?! I've struggled to get decent network service for my I telnet ever since I change to O2, and now I have to pay an extra £5 for reduced service?!? Ridiculous! Thinking I should have stayed with vodaphone now. 😡

@O2 No reply on Insta 😔. Just spoken to 📞 support line who are sending out a new sim… but in order to activate it I need to send a text from the old sim which I repeatedly told them doesn’t work 😩 feel like I’m going round in circles

@AJeftech @O2 They’ve been incredible for their customer service and signal In built up city or large towns is great, but in your everyday town or smaller city, it’s awful. So I did the same.
