@packlam73 @O2 @EE That's not how that works (speaking as an ex-network guy who worked on building the EE née T-Mobile / Orange 4G network.) Also, EE were the only bidder ;-)

  • LwtEmmaBird Sarah Harbour (@LwtEmmaBird) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Some buildings do have poor reception though. Our house is bad, and we used to have to hang out of a window to get reception. We've recently set it up to use the house WiFi though (on Android) but might depend what handset you have whether it will let you do that.

  • GarethIain Gareth Iain (@GarethIain) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

**** of @o2 Insure pointless expensive service

  • MJPalmer84 MJ Palmer - Mr Gay England 2021 Finalist (@MJPalmer84) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

  • LwtEmmaBird Sarah Harbour (@LwtEmmaBird) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Well that's several different networks at fault for our house then 🙄. Also don't get reception in our local Sainsbury's but that has a metal roof - I doubt that's anything to do with the network.

  • fergycool Chris Lindley (@fergycool) reported from Horningsea, England

@O2 Supposedly but I’m not spending any more time on your chat service. Just DM’ed you.

O2 Issues Reports

  • waqas_bey WAX (@waqas_bey) reported

Dear @O2 you have disconnected my service, which is clearly linked to an order of an e-sim this Morning. I have no way of making premium Brazilian phone calls now… Can you put my line back up asap. I sent you DM Also your company name is rubbish is it 0 or an O?

  • Payney26 The Guv'nor (@Payney26) reported from Bromley, England

@O2 3 weeks plus I have been having literally no service in my house! I have been with you over 26 years and never had a problem. Your site says there may be a problem with a mask and your engineers will probably already be on it! 3weeks are they on day rate? Help please

  • LadyOliviaFox Peregrine Nipsy (@LadyOliviaFox) reported

@O2 I know this. I told your support staff this. I'm without a working phone because no one could come up with a better solution than posting a SIM card, despite me being in an O2 store. ASAP means nothing.

  • BlueRuin81 Blue Ruin (@BlueRuin81) reported

@O2 @secondrowsilk4 Calls seem VERY suspicious, loud Asian cheap-Labour call centre asking for my details. Rude agent laughing when I said it doesn’t seem legit. If this is how O2 markets to existing customers they’ve got it very very wrong. Number blocked

  • bukko25 Bukko McBuckface (@bukko25) reported

@o2 worst customer service in the world

  • ThomasCumiskey Cumiskey (@ThomasCumiskey) reported

@O2 someone just called me on this number claiming to be from O2 and saying my number had been randomly selected and I’d have my bill reduced by 40%. As lovely as that sounded I’m pretty sure it’s a scam and put the phone down 020 8126 5440

  • yoonziya Ginny Yang (@yoonziya) reported

@O2 my network has been down since Monday when I temporarily blocked my phone. Apparently there isn't a block now but haven't had network on it since Monday? How do I fix this?

  • max_bygraves Max Bygraves (@max_bygraves) reported

@O2 left you after 10 years due to shocking customer service. In a nutshell refused click and collect by hull shop manager because I didn't have driving license on me. Its with the dvla, had passport and text/email confirming collection notice. Gone to vodafone

  • MintgomeryBurns Monty (@MintgomeryBurns) reported

    @strongjack @O2 Yes please help O2

Why is @O2 customer service so bad? I mean, how are you supposed to even contact them? Maybe they don’t like their customers?
