ok so my phone broke last tuesday, a week ago and I got in touch with @O2 on wednesday to get it picked up, they never arranged someone to pick it up so they said they would get someone to pick it up the day after and then again no one picked it up, they finally picked it up /1

@O2 took my number from my last network across after switching to you guys but I don’t have access to network/mobile data (was meant to be this evening) and it’s disabled on my old SIM also. Any chance of fixing this?

@o2 What is going on with your network at S74 0PB. Multiple devices have full signal on 4G getting sub 1Mb down and up is so poor I can't even test. Vodafone and EE at the same location (full signal too), 50Mb+!

@O2 my 71yo mum has received 27 letters since August threatening legal action and bailifs for a fraudulent account that used her address. She has called & emailed but they keep arriving. She's so distressed. This is harassment! @mtpennycook @BBCWatchdog Please help! #harrasment
