@O2 placed a click and collect order on the 10th March as it said we could collect same day, still nothing despite numerous chasing. I was assured the latest it would be available is today but again nothing. 🤦 it wouldn’t be too bad but the current phone is no longer working

@O2 Honestly no, for a couple of reasons 1) o2 signal near me is shocking at home 2) I’ve always found your data speeds to be err slow at best. So I’m not gonnna commit to pay monthly just for a proof of concept. Thanks anyway

@O2 Hi just recieved my new sim card, transferring number from virgin and sent PAC code on Friday. My virgin sim has now gone to Emergency Calls Only, how long will it be until my new sim has that old number?
