    @O2 is there a fault in the TN263BN area? On your website it says that the service is working fully, but I’m getting 3G and also ‘E’. There has to be a fault? This isn’t normal service for this area.

    @Christo59860743 @O2 Totally, which is what I said in my first post. But I’m wondering how long it’s going to take to fix it. Also, it’s ridiculous that their marketing team was so out of control to cause this problem.

    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    To @O2 please please sort my 4G/WiFi calling out asap! This has also been switched off since resetting my contract! It says I have to call O2 but given poor telephone customer service and experience I don’t want to do that. Reception here appalling so need WiFi calling always.

    @O2 I was told monthly for 5 months that they would add the discount. Then an operative just decided it wouldn’t be applied as they couldn’t see it in the notes and so for months I’ve been stuck with a contract at a higher amount than agreed that I never would have gotten.

    @O2 Pity the sarcastic live chat couldn’t tell me this, all I got was a very rude response telling me to look closer. Not helpful. I was sent a link that you couldn’t submit details on as it kept sliding down beneath my keyboard. I eventually spoke to someone. Rubbish experience

    @O2 any chance of being able to sign into the website some time this year? Can’t access my payment details on the app and the website just hangs and doesn’t load when I try to sign in. I need to change my payment details for my contracts. This has been ongoing for a while now.
