    @Christo59860743 @O2 Totally, which is what I said in my first post. But I’m wondering how long it’s going to take to fix it. Also, it’s ridiculous that their marketing team was so out of control to cause this problem.

    @O2 I can’t log in to my O2, it even told me at one time my number wasn’t registered. I’ve been with you for 10+ years. I click customer service, it tells me to log in to my O2, I go round in circles.. help

    Hi @o2 @virginmedia Ive been trying to access #volt but had some ridiculous phone calls. Issue is I’m Chris Bird with Virgin, but christopher bird (lower case) with o2. They can’t change on the phone, so I emailed ID - no reply. O2 say they couldnt capitalise christopher?! Help!
