    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    @O2 HOW?! I don't know anyone who managed to even access the app yesterday (or today - still not working!) let alone get anywhere near tickets. Sounds like the touts are the only winners here! 😡

    @O2 can you confirm if any apps are working , my o2 won’t accept my password or send to my phone for a new one, and o2 priority is still down after 24 hours, how could you not have planned for the amount of traffic when you added virgin users to o2 priority and Peter Kay overload

    Finally get logged into the @o2 priority app and there are no events showing (of any description) for tickets. So poor - it was obvious that demand for @peterkay_co_uk was going to be high, but they can’t cope!?!

    @O2 I still can’t log into priority. It has signed me out. I keep getting sent a code to sign in but then throws me out and makes me request a new code. App is updated.
