Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

So can’t call either of my parents or my sister on @giffgaff or @O2 networks Their numbers apparently don’t exist, or so the recorded message says ! They can all call each other so appears neither network recognises calls from other networks

Be very careful joining @O2, they do not let you cancel your airtime if you have device plan left to pay. I’ve left the country and am happy to pay the device plan, but naturally had to change network. They won’t let me cancel the airtime and never tell you that when signing up!

@O2 Log in via desktop worked no problem thanks. Deleted app and data, restarted phone, reinstalled app and still the same issue

@o2 Wow, I'm a new customer paying for your service that I can't yet even use, and yet I can see you prioritising and responding to low importance and low urgency queries. If that's what customer service is like with you then I'm just going to cancel within the cooling off period

@LauraMDietz @O2 Yes, I checked I could log in a few minutes before 2pm which I could, but at 2pm I had the login screen to login via O2 a bit of a delay, it was 14:01 and all the Odeon tickets were gone.

Mistake of the year: yesterday I got a pack code from @EE as @O2 was much cheaper. Provided a pac so number moves tomorrow. Went out to my usual places today & did some sim swaps between ee/o2 eSIM and wow is @o2 slow! I’m now on the phone with ee & trying to stop the port!
