Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@O2 @JMitchell1284 I've got this problem too, I received confirmation mu vodafone pac code was passed to o2 on 22nd Dec. I've now been cut off from both Vodafone and o2, with "sim not provisioned" since yesterday afternoon. I've rung o2 twice, yesterday and today with no progress. Please help!

When does misinformation become telling lies @O2 ? Agent on phone 1pm stated number port 'would complete by 6pm today', agent at 5.55pm advised of backlog and delay to Jan 3. Very unhappy @virginmedia customer contracted to port in.
