Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@O2 I ported my O2 Pay mnthly number to Lebara. This morn I could send texts & make calls. But still not receiving calls or texts on my ported number. When people call it doesn't go through. Lebara say number only half ported? Can someone help please?

Hiya @O2 i just brought a contract online from you & payed my upfront cost + for a plug, however the first attempt of payment was apple pay which apparently declined so i then payed using a different card - however you’ve taken both payments so ive been overcharged - help? 😢

@virginmedia @O2 I qualify for Volt & have had my 02 data doubled as promised by 02, but not my broadband by Virgin Media, my Contract speed is 200MB & I should get next level increase to 350MB. My property could take 1GB if it wasn't so damn expensive, is Virgin bluffing about free boost ???
