@virginmedia @O2 Between the pair of you I pay £100+ a month, every month. If I don't fully pay, you bill me a penalty charge, if I don't pay, you disconnect me. You are providing an equally very poo service that isn't that cheap. Are you going to apply automatic discounts?

@eleanorchar_ @O2 @eleanorchar_ you need to speak to retentions and request an PAC code if you want to keep the number but on a different network or an 30 days notice cancellation if you don’t want the mobile number anymore or request to move to O2 Pay & Go.

@O2 I’ve been with O2 for a good few months now. Signal is garbage at home (G445), unusable at work (G200) and also in Shawlands in the main shopping area. 4G and 5G both useless. Now that Virgin is down as well my phone is almost useless. I’m paying for nothing.

@virginmedia Ridiculous!!! Not only @O2 mobile signal went poop since you merged, now even my broadband is horrendous! 16:54 i still have no internet connection! But hey, we have to pay on time! Might have some "technical issues" when bills arrive and maybe i will "merge" with other provider
