@O2 No I’m afraid it’s Virgin Mobile. Simply put if it’s not resolved by tomorrow I shall look to move back to EE. I shall also take my two existing mobile accounts away plus my broadband, landline and tv. Absolutely appalling customer service over this matter and hours waisted

@O2 hello. Trying to redeem the benefits of being an o2 customer and virgin media customer, but each website keeps sending me back to the other, complete circles! What do I need to do?!

Anyone else having issues with @O2 ? My data has run out today (which never happens). Ordered a bolt on for 1GB and this ran out after a few hours yet is still showing as active on my O2 app.

@O2 Thanks for the reply but the 202 service states “If you have an urgent issue such as reporting fraud or a stolen phone…otherwise use MyO2”. That message sets a precedence and is incredibly misguiding. Having said that I’ve contact O2 billing directly and resolved my issue. Thx

Appalling customer svc from @O2 on the phone lines. Have been bounced around their phone system by various operators for 55 mins an unable to discuss my contract issues. Apparently there is a connection prob. Better warnings could be given on yr site. May leave after 15 yrs
