    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    Hiya @O2 i just brought a contract online from you & payed my upfront cost + for a plug, however the first attempt of payment was apple pay which apparently declined so i then payed using a different card - however you’ve taken both payments so ive been overcharged - help? 😢

    @O2 what is the issue with the signal around S62 area? It has been dropping constantly for months, it’s fixed for a day or 2 then goes ago. Today I have no signal at all. Again.

    @O2 what is going on??? Still no update on my phones, no one answering at your “phone” store and even your so called “resolutions” team won’t give me an update! I guess you feel the money is in the bank so don’t have to bother with any level of customer service?
