    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    @O2 I’m so disappointed in O2 costumer service. Got hacked nearly a mth ago and still heard nothing from the fraud team. My call plan changed by itself yesterday evening, I’ve been locked out of my account and have tried to talk through private message and no one got back to me!!

    @O2 @Curlykidlife @virginmedia But only if you're in the 53% of UK addresses VM currently cover - half of the UK isn't eligible for anything - even if you're a loyal customer.

    @O2 seriously o2 fix your god damn data coverage!!! It is getting worse and worse everyday and can’t even work properly in non peak hours when towns aren’t busy. Can’t even get decent coverage when I travel to different parts of the UK!! Your service has become a joke 🤬
