Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@O2 interesting that your customer service advisor sold me an essential ‘pack’ for my new Apple upgrade which includes an iPhone cover and new charging pad (for £45). Whilst Probably knowing you can’t charge your phone with a solid hard cover on. Feel very duped today.
