    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    @O2 I called 0344 809 0202 at 1.50 pm on 15th December to port my old number to my new O2 PAYG sim card. Gave them all my details including the PAC code. Now 48 hours later and I'm still stuck on my old network. Not impressed.

    Ha! @O2 advising “we’re working in TS11 so your signal might come and go”….really? I’ll not notice any difference as it’s a rubbish signal period.

    I’ve never known a phone service as bad as @O2 it’s shocking in centre of liverpool and on 2 bars and can’t even get on certain websites. Can’t wait to go back to @e_emobile
