@O2 My dad died in October and I informed you a week later. Why are we getting default letters (addressed to him) for £8? This is very upsetting and we can’t get through on the phone to anyone who can help

  • stringofears stringofears (@stringofears) reported

@O2 I'm sorry, but there is no way I am providing you with my address and phone number over social media. Also, you're missing the point. "Looking into it" won't change the fact that you do not respect your customer marketing choices and you should be reported to @Ofcom .

  • Cynicofsinope1 Cynic Of Sinope (@Cynicofsinope1) reported

@O2 Can you speak to your customers, your phone lines are ridiculous, I’m a new customer and your service is like hell, 30 mins to get through to someone and then they cut you off! To make things worst the robot cuts the call off in the call waiting. Then you have to start all over

  • DSM888 Dr David Mitchell (@DSM888) reported

@O2 well you didn't help any - you have oversold your stock clearly and nothing you can do ? 🙄 you did manage to bill me yesterday however....seriously.... ??

@O2 so I bought tickets to see Coldplay only to find out as I was sitting down at the O2, that they are not coming. I couldn’t care less about the rest of the singers. They were advertised and not performing , need a full refund !
