    Hiya @O2 i just brought a contract online from you & payed my upfront cost + for a plug, however the first attempt of payment was apple pay which apparently declined so i then payed using a different card - however you’ve taken both payments so ive been overcharged - help? 😢

    @O2 same thing happens every month after I pay my airtime and device plan, still cut off from making calls. Even got a PAYG sim Inthe phone too now getting this hacked off with this service. All because of a Samsung watch that never linked up to the device. Sort it out please

    @O2 Love that little guy! Tried those steps and not really made much of a difference, although I did find there is an issue with a mast in the area, do you know on average how long it might take to get that fixed?
