    Hiya @O2 i just brought a contract online from you & payed my upfront cost + for a plug, however the first attempt of payment was apple pay which apparently declined so i then payed using a different card - however you’ve taken both payments so ive been overcharged - help? 😢

    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    I’ve since moved to @O2, who responded helpfully, respectfully, and actually listened — even when I had no service and had to rely on a family member’s phone (without Relay UK, and with encouragement). This outage was caused by Three failing to provide porting info, leaving me without service for around 10 hours. In contrast, Three left me feeling ignored.

    @dealatrip @DanielJHannan I find it hilarious how @O2 cover their shops in Pride **** isolating many potential customers then instantly have a sale to get them back on the 1st of July :)

    @O2 when I signed upto priority their was a magazine subscription sign up but it failed and now I cannot find it please help
