Tony Brugnoli (@Bruggers100) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Vodafone just as bad down south, dead spots in and around my hometown, can’t get a phone signal at all at my son’s school. The companies will not invest in infrastructure. You can get a better signal in the Lake District because the infrastructure supports emergencies!
-
Eggrolls (@EggrollsByam) reported@kokeshimum @O2 I’m with EE and around where I live there are many large areas where I get zero signal. In my house I get one bar of 4G on a good day.
-
crb (@casualsocials) reported@GavinMcCarthy21 @sky Down for hour and a half also @O2 mobile down for me also
-
Brexit Refugee (@Brexit_Refugee) reported@kokeshimum @O2 One thing that bugs me in UK is the terrible signal. Next thing is if you have an “open reach” router it reserves 30% of your bandwidth for broadcasting a public 5G hotspot onto the street for Open Reach customers using the WiFi hotspot app…. Utter con.
-
Grendel (@wakeyrule) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Because big companies care more about servicing their manager bonuses and shareholders dividends than providing a reasonable service.
-
PeterW (@PeterW4tw) reported@DominyRichard @kokeshimum @O2 This, very much this. OFGEM should cross-reference mast plan objectors and those complaining about poor cell service, them name and shame
-
Paul Steen (@PPSBude) reportedAvoid @O2 just tired to do a basic upgrade on a device. The website is shockingly poor. Continually drops out. Get to end and you have to call them to complete. You then have to go through whole order AGAIN! 2 HRS of my life lost. Order Cancelled!
-
Skimo (@SkimoBeats) reported@O2 I struggle to accept that you don't know about this issue already. It's been over a week now. I moved to O2 from 3, because I thought your service was better. I'm quickly finding out, sadly, it's no different.
-
🏴English Rebel - Kingdom of England (@TheEnglishRebel) reported@kokeshimum @O2 You might find the problem is with O2 if anything. It was fine in London, but hopeless in Devon.
-
Victoria 🦊 (@VickiMilly) reportedHey @O2 it's been almost a month now of not being able to log into priority and after three calls and a visit to a shop it's still not working. They workers in the shop weren't even aware of the issue.
