-
KevyD (@askthedood) reportedSeems @O2 you’ve broken the fairly ok ish My O2 app as the poorly integrated webpage integration when you go to make a payment, rather than built in as before, isn’t working properly. It doesn’t link multiple accounts to outstanding balance (still) and Apple Pay doesn’t work.
-
TheCaptain (@andrewpm1) reportedLooking for a new mobile network provider as had enough of @O2 just not working where I want to be. Who actually covers the south of the UK well, particularly the New Forest and Cornwall?
-
Resurgence | Conservative Libertarian Voice (@UK_Resurgence) reported@RichardGCorbett Switch to 02. Competitive pricing, good service and free data roaming in Europe. The rest will soon twig and offer the same… @O2
-
Mr J (@Mr__J_J) reported@O2 @paultownsend81 Never is a fault, just poor signal. Now you launch satellite and expect us to pay for that to get better signal.
-
Barry Munckton (@bmunckton) reported@mhewson_MCH @O2 Or better still. 50gb data for £1.21 a month. Go figure. I didn’t scroll down enough lol. Try beating that. 7 months at that price. No contract.
-
Lilith Tuylor (@lilith15016) reported@O2 You have 0 customer care, and no regard for PAYG users. I was left very upset. Your allowances are poor also. Cue the ‘sorry you feel that way’ dismissal from O2
-
Freddiefrazer (@fgz176) reported@O2 my account was locked for unknown reasons 2 months ago. 6 calls and 6 promises to sort later it is still locked. You have the worst customer services of any company I’ve dealt with
-
Squall Loire (@squall_loire) reported@O2 The complaint wasn't really related to my account, it was related to the behaviour of your agent in your chat service, which was predatory and full of lies. The entire transcript accompanied the complaint, and was sent from the email attached to my account.

Kiff (@Himynameiskiff) reported@O2 I don't want to get rid of the handset, I just want to know if I can get rid of the airtime? I'm in a 30 day rolling contract rather than a 12/24/36 month contract. The signal is so poor round where I live and I just can't manage with it anymore and have considered leaving.
