    @O2 How they hell does one report fraud to your company? I’ve called you today and been told I cannot report a fraud because I don’t have an o2 account, yes indeed, I don’t have an account but someone’s fraudulently made one using my personal details ?? What a **** show @Ofcom

    @O2 - I contacted you because I can't send text messages from my Apple phone to anything that isn't an Apple phone. You said 3 days to investigate and then followed up with a customer service survey via text message - which unsurprisingly, I CAN'T REPLY TO! See my problem?!

    How frustrating… 20+yrs as @O2 customer, best deal for me to renew = £15 + annual rises, for new customers £8! So much for looking after customers! @giffgaff @£10 no price increase here I come!! (which is O2 coverage anyhow - but I’ll have more data now!)
