@AmyJoSays @O2 Massively down. I wonder if there's anyway of finding out. Freedom of information only applies to government organisations doesn't it.

  • Brexit_Refugee
    Brexit Refugee (@Brexit_Refugee) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 One thing that bugs me in UK is the terrible signal. Next thing is if you have an “open reach” router it reserves 30% of your bandwidth for broadcasting a public 5G hotspot onto the street for Open Reach customers using the WiFi hotspot app…. Utter con.

  • 62BigEd
    Big Ed (@62BigEd) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 UK is so bad with mobile phone coverage. I've been to Iceland and had a full signal with 5g driving through a tunnel or way out in the wilderness.

  • Hughtying
    Hugh (@Hughtying) reported

@Happyengland79 @O2 @BBCWatchdog That is utterly shameless. Admitting you're right just to pull the exact same stunt again is pure bad faith. Drop the formal deadlock letter and take them straight to the Ombudsman—they can't just keep raiding your credit!

  • StuartWall34
    stuart wall (@StuartWall34) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 I switched from o2 to EE because of poor coverage

  • LordoftheSplash
    Darth Wader (@LordoftheSplash) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 02 are ****, we’ve moved to Smarty this week as it happens, just fed up with the terrible service and constant price rises.

  • rocknroller912
    rocknroller912 (@rocknroller912) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 Hills, tall buildings, metal frame buildings all block the signal.

  • WiggilyWiggles
    Winston (@WiggilyWiggles) reported

@Ofcom I had a scam call from “@O2 ”. The scammer knew everything I had just discussed with a real o2 rep I had just had a conversation with. I raised a complaint with o2 stating there must be a data leak or o2 employees acting as scammers. 3 years ago - nothing. What can be done

  • MattHuddyHudson
    Matt Hudson (@MattHuddyHudson) reported

@pmiddy78 @VodafoneUK @O2 Don't do it you'll regret it , been trying to upgrade for weeks and can't . Signal is awful .
