    @O2 What fabulous service at the O2 shop in Eastleigh today, breath of fresh air from other stores I have been in recently. Not convinced I will stay with 02 due to 36 month contracts but the staff here have gone a long way to making me think twice about leaving. 👏👏👏

    @virginmedia @O2 If you don't have both bills in same name you can't get Volt. Neither co. allows joint names. Bills out the same joint account, same address for over 20 years. VM expects us to cancel, send everything back & pay £35 to get new contract in my name so we can claim.

    Obviously @virginmedia and @o2 have not thought of the optics how this looks, and all we've had is computer says no rubbish from either company. It looks like a good service, but if it's made this difficult to get, why bother?

    @O2 how difficult can it be to settle my device plan? Apparently, incredibly difficult. Nobody to talk to, nobody available on chat, automated 202 number is useless and can’t do it online. Your customer service used to be excellent, since joining with Virgin you’re now useless!

    .@O2 How can a customer (since 2001) get you to deal with a problem? I need to stop paying for a dongle I have never used or even know how to use. It is out of contract but, after 3 months I STILL can’t get anyone to stop payments on it. HELP.

    Absolutely disgraceful customer service from @O2, causing huge amounts of ongoing stress for months &every time they offer reassurance they will resolve the issue they created, they fail to do so. Unable to speak with a manager for months. One to avoid!
