Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@TomTugendhat @O2 iD Mobile - presently runs on the Three network, but should be on the VodafoneThree network eventually. Website account management is decent and pretty easy to use. I haven't tried the mobile app. The rates, particularly the monthly SIM plans, are very good.

@O2 @KanielShereen @O2 I was promised a refund of £669 on august 13 yet the money still hasn’t reached my account. I have called customer services ever night for past 2 weeks and the incompetence of the staff is insufferable. How can a global company like o2 operate in this way?

@O2 Hi. I used to get a full phone signal on my phone. You recently did some work on the phone mast in the area & now i can only get 1 bar on my signal. Its worse than its ever been. Can someone tell me whats gone wrong ? The work was done in BD22 0NH area
