    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    @O2 Iphone delivered in march.. not worked properly since received. Passed between different tech support technicians for months. O2 finally agree the phone has to be faulty & will exchange under warranty. no phone turns up after several broken promises. Disgusting service

    @O2 customer services are an absolute joke, promised me next day delivery on a phone they don't have in stock for another 2 weeks, then offered me a curiosity wall adapter... for me to later find out the one they've ordered for me is incompatible with the phone I ordered.

    Honestly, good customer service is the best thing. Just spoke to Amy from the Exec team at @O2 and I think they should give her a raise. She was incredibly kind (after an awful experience with o2 in-store)! The first woman on the case & she sorted it in a 10-minute call!
