    @O2 I think it is absolutely ridiculous how you’ve made it impossible to get through to someone over the phone for help. There isn’t even a live chat option anymore. I will be leaving o2 over this. My phone isn’t working and I can’t even get any help . What a joke you’ve become

    @O2 reception in Worcester is poor. It's the main town for Worcestershire & a University town. As such it should have better reception.

    dont be paying nearly triple figures for a phone to have constant poor signal. @O2 sort it out.

    @O2 for contacting you people demand payment before I'm spoken to, after going around the houses for almost 3 hours on my wife's no. we was told the problem was fixed "just turn your phone of and on again", that's 3 renewals with another provider February, can't come quick enough
