    Hiya @O2 i just brought a contract online from you & payed my upfront cost + for a plug, however the first attempt of payment was apple pay which apparently declined so i then payed using a different card - however you’ve taken both payments so ive been overcharged - help? 😢

    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    @O2 It says there are ‘upgrades’ going on and I won’t have signal until tomorrow night - that’s two full days without service, will there be a refund on my line rental bill?

    @O2 Just checked. AT&T was the only one it registered with but calls still don't work. I think it was connected to AT&T anyway but just for data. 2 other people have DM'd me since I tweeted this having the same problem and someone else in my hotel has too. All with 02 from UK.

    So be careful ppl…if u buy a package deal with @virginmedia and @o2 and neither provide the service u bought, they will still lock you up in a contract they aren’t adhering to and charge you. Thank god for @ThreeUK or I would be completely without internet for 5 months at home

    Absolutely RAGING at O2 @O2 over some sketchy fraudulent behavior going on. Getting hung up on right at 20:00 because they hadn’t figured out their issues in over a hour. #fraud #shitservice
