    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    @O2 I just LOVE my signal dropping out every 5 minutes. Paying £35 a month for 1 bar of signal. It’s actually ridiculous how such a big company has so many signal issues.

    @O2 Tried calling sales, rerouted back to main menu. Did live chat! Took ages and webpage didn’t work. 2 iPads finally purchased in Black Friday deal and guess what?…….. OUT OF STOCK email 10 mins after I confirmed rules and regs! Awful process!

    @O2 Help! Just order an item due for delivery tomorrow, but it's being sent to the wrong address. Can't talk to anyone, online chat seems to be closed, but the upfront payment appears to have gone through. Help! Urgently!

    @O2 next step, your complaints department. Your customer service is appallingly bad, you are selling phones you don't have in stock and 15 years loyalty down the pan. Jace tweeted my disgust so many times and I'm not sated. #poorcustomerservice
