    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    Hiya @O2 i just brought a contract online from you & payed my upfront cost + for a plug, however the first attempt of payment was apple pay which apparently declined so i then payed using a different card - however you’ve taken both payments so ive been overcharged - help? 😢

    @O2 since joining virgin media the coverage in Milton Keynes is terrible. I’m almost always on 1 bar. You’ve gone from being the best signal in the area to probably the worst.

    Is it just me or is 5G signal worse than 4G? Reception for voice calls is shockingly poor and getting worse in the Craigavon area @O2

    @O2 why is it impossible to access ones account, keeps asking to register my email then ask for a key chain I have no idea what that is, just going around in circles, will have to concider a new network at this rate.

    @O2 I can’t get through 2 customer service off my PAYG phone. 4445 keeps sending me to top up phone but it failed to top up 2 £10, but £20 has been taken from my bank account. HELP! Can’t receive text either.

    @MAUNConsulting @O2 I’m having the same problem been 2 weeks now. Turns out they’ve been sent to an old email address I no longer use but I’m unable to link my virgin account with o2 with the new email address. It won’t let me 😩😡

    @O2 Me & my partner both in 02 get nothing in town but we are paying a lot of money each month & getting no service at all in our home town it’s really poor, member of a tennis club had a social day 35 of us 12 had 02 all said they have the same problem, has been going on for a year
