@O2 Why is your network coverage so appallingly bad in SE England?🧐If I was a cynic I’d guess it’s because you couldn’t give a toss….

  • yamez_explores Yamez Explores (@yamez_explores) reported

@O2 any chance I can claim money back on my contract since your signal seems to be absolute garbage wherever in the UK I go these days?

  • Dxclannn Declan (@Dxclannn) reported

@O2 why am I being Ignored. Awful . Wow.

  • heygraeme graeme (@heygraeme) reported

14 upgrades and I’m firmly into my 14th experience of waiting a month or longer for my new phone to turn up - which has already been paid for. I really find it hard to accept that @O2 have the same issue every damn release. It’s embarrassing for them, from a customers POV.

  • cajogos CarlOOOoos 👻 cajogos 🎃 (@cajogos) reported

Anyone in the #MobileTech world can give me a hand? Customers on @ThreeUK are not able to call me since I moved to @O2. I have been sent back and forth each telling me to contact the other. I'm sure it's a simple routing problem. Anyone has any emails one can use? #ThreeUK #O2

  • harrysmaple97 P Maple (@harrysmaple97) reported

@o2 11 days to sort out a simple issue and still resolved. Its actually an embarrassment.

  • rsrikigrps Srikant Ravuri (@rsrikigrps) reported

@O2 Is anyone actually looking into this? or do you think you are providing the best service that you can? I am very surprised that a leading n/w provides such appalling service. What does it need to get a response?

  • richardfox92 Richard Fox (@richardfox92) reported

@virginmedia @O2 Also why is this happening on your site "Bad Request Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit." everytime I click on a link.

  • Jeddy_DaCosta JRF (@Jeddy_DaCosta) reported

@O2 I’ve been so disappointed about the service I have reserved from o2 insurance.  The stress of losing a phone should not be met with this much disorganisation. I pay for insurance so that if things like this happen I’m able to get my phone back smoothly. Shocking service !

  • alexandra_7 Alex (@alexandra_7) reported

My parents, stuck in Florida have had no power, water, internet & only patchy phone service. I've sorted lots out for them this week and have had to phone my mum to tell her where to go for water and supplies. @O2 have just msgd her saying it's £2 per minute to RECEIVE calls. UMM
