    @O2 I have WiFi. I can’t believe in the U.K. in 2021 that I rarely have a workable phone signal. We all pay huge amounts of money to your company. Surely universal coverage is not to much to ask?

    @O2 customer for over 20 years and customer service is shocking!! Goes with the coverage too. In a major city and can’t even can get any coverage!!
