Told voucher had been redeemed but not credited to me and to get refund from shop/Post Office. They said take problem to O2. No refund. Another PO scandal?

Finally got onto a supervisor who said pay or we will face service disruption, I told them I would pay but wasn’t happy, they reissued the threat and hung up.

Steven Lynn (@StevenL24817437) reported@O2 Formal complaint - Business account . All 3 numbers failed simultaneously - no data, calls or texts. Left stranded, couldn't get an Uber or check bank accounts. Now you've tried to take £394.14 when my usual bill is £116 and spend caps are in place. Your complaints form is also broken. Disgraceful service. #O2
