Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@O2 No response to DM: Internet on and off all morning. Contacted provider who says you haven't reported a problem. Switched router on and off. Data also uses 02 so no phone either. My business is based at home and I'm very stuck.. #O2 #CustomerService #IsThereAnyoneOutThere?

Hi @O2 I’ve been charged £42.92 for 22mb of data usage in Turkey. At no point did I travel to Turkey. I’ve contacted support and have been advised it would have been accidental roaming and I should have checked before I travelled.
