@CHartleyPhotos I’ve been with O2 for years, searched via compare sites and bagged 20gb data, unlimited calls and texts for £8, couldn’t turn it down. That’s a 12 month sim only contract. @O2

Shambolic service from @virginmedia and @o2. My dad was sent an O2 SIM. I've been on the phone for an hour, 4 different numbers and still non the wiser on how to port his number to the new SIM. Call centre staff just don't listen or have no idea what I'm asking of them.

@O2 More than 2 then. How’s the technical fault going? I mean no one here is concerned that a global telecommunications company is taking so long to fix a fault with its own communications infrastructure or anything don’t worry we are all just curious….
