Hiya @O2 i just brought a contract online from you & payed my upfront cost + for a plug, however the first attempt of payment was apple pay which apparently declined so i then payed using a different card - however you’ve taken both payments so ive been overcharged - help? 😢

Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@O2 When you apply for the 6 months free, I only realised after completing the process, I got to the screen where it told me an email and text will be sent to me and then to login to my 02 app. Sorry, I feel like a right idiot.

@O2 Well I'm in my house today and 4 calls wouldn't connect to me but when I phoned the person back it connected no problem.. and just checked that and network is fine in my area
