Hiya @O2 i just brought a contract online from you & payed my upfront cost + for a plug, however the first attempt of payment was apple pay which apparently declined so i then payed using a different card - however you’ve taken both payments so ive been overcharged - help? 😢

Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

Beware anyone thinking of joining @O2 they’ve just hiked up their rates and limited free data total usage when in Europe #ripoff also just merged with @virginmedia so expect the service to fall of a cliff when the call centres are rerouted to virgins Singapore call centres

@virginmedia more internet outages. No communication to say you are doing work in our area which always seems to be the case. Your customer service gets worse and worse. I'll be dropping my @O2 contract at the first opportunity now you have merged.

@MartinSLewis They're all at it. Got notification this week that annual increases will be 3.9% above RPI with @O2 so it looks like gouging cash from your customers is the new customer service

@O2 can you please inform me why your website is telling me that the phone I've ordered is in stock, but i have received an email saying otherwise... missed out on a good deal and I'vebeen a customer for years, quite frustrating 😒 feel a bit misled.
