Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@O2 Hey O2 been in a que 45 mins to customer services to give my pac code to port my number from ee. Why is it taking so long. When I phoned ee there was NO waiting time. Not a good start. Not impressed, not at all. This is how you treat new customers???
