Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@O2 o2 needs to stop telling lies to their customers!!...the signal in Enfield is intermittent at best😡..4 months and still the same..being told birds have nested in the mast...its just one lie after another...they cannot be trusted to tell the truth or to carry out repairs!!😡👎

@O2 hi tried calling you 8 times to pay off a device plan got cut off on automated service when eventually got through advisor was rude and Condescending he then cut off and never had Courtesy to call back is this how you treat long standing customers with new contract ?????

@MiggleM @O2 O2. If you care to read the other comments this not an isolated case. It’s nationwide. You 4G is atrocious. I never experienced anything like this on Vodafone (13 years). I regret leaving them for the promise of better coverage.
