Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@O2 @virginmedia @itvtakeaway Please do not buy sim cards from this dishonest company. they made a 15 percent hike this month, because of the air pollution (they said it would not exceed 4.3 percent) I have never seen such a fraudulent (dodgy) company in my entire life.

@O2 Not sure how that page helps. I have 4G data and a mobile data connection. My other apps are working (Amazon Music, Signal, etc). Just seems to be your SMS app that's borked!

So @O2 we’ve had no reception in our village #Bovingdon since at least 3 April and currently no indication of when it will come back. We have vulnerable residents who are disconnected, residents whose businesses depend on connectivity. For those who do get through to customer 1/

Very disappointed with the service from @EE. 89yr old emergency lifeline PAYG phone disconnected without notice. Claim to be UKs No1 network but your customer service is shocking, leaving my dad stranded. @O2 @VodafoneUK

Nice work @O2 I try to pay my bill several times with you but with no joy , you then refer me to a debt recovery agency as though we haven’t spoke , and they send a letter to pay via a website that doesn’t exist #nicework #greatcustomerservice I’ve been a customer for 20 YEARS !
