    Hiya @O2 i just brought a contract online from you & payed my upfront cost + for a plug, however the first attempt of payment was apple pay which apparently declined so i then payed using a different card - however you’ve taken both payments so ive been overcharged - help? 😢

    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    @c_l84 @O2 The network in my area has been shocking for months, if you can’t get what your paying for then maybe retweet complaint with BBCWatchdog, WhichUK, Ofcom, Martin Lewis tags. Need to get this issue fixed

    @ibiza_music_edm @O2 Damn, that’s annoying. Only advice I can give is try keeping iMessage/FaceTime off for a bit (like a few hours) then give them both another toggle a couple of times. Then repeat. I think it’ll get there like mine did eventually…🤞 I’m coming from TalkMobile to O2!
