Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

Hiya @O2 i just brought a contract online from you & payed my upfront cost + for a plug, however the first attempt of payment was apple pay which apparently declined so i then payed using a different card - however you’ve taken both payments so ive been overcharged - help? 😢

@O2 Extremely poor customer service from O2. Upgrade due last year, attempted to upgrade recently but it was placed on hold due to a “technical error” (confirmed multiple times BY YOUR TEAM). When we tried to cancel instead, told we owe £400 and no resolution offered.

@O2 @Crdv3 My monthly bill has gone up by £10 also, been with o2 over 20 years! Not had any kind of long customer benefits or reductions. Will not be upgrading with them next time
