Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

Hiya @O2 i just brought a contract online from you & payed my upfront cost + for a plug, however the first attempt of payment was apple pay which apparently declined so i then payed using a different card - however you’ve taken both payments so ive been overcharged - help? 😢

I have to say I used to think @O2 were a decent company, its a shame that the service i am getting get worse by the week, they have had my phone for weeks and it was meant to be 3 day repair, they dont have a clue what they are doing
