    At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

    @O2 Yes, I've done it and uninstalled apps one by one that I installed just before the problem started. It's only done it once since but I can't get on with the phone, I'll just pay it off quick as I can then I can swap it. Thanks

    @O2 Why are you advertising next working day delivery when you are not delivering? Been waiting 3 days now - no updates, stuck on 'order being processed' and your online help people are no help at all. FALSE ADVERTISING!

    @O2 I've not had this issue before. Even when I left work and the 3 hours before getting the notification, I had full signal. So God knows 😩

    Hey @O2 , question!! My iPhone 12 Pro max has issues when turning on or off, it glitches and taken ages to do either .. is this a fault in the software or a phone issue ? #apple #iPhone

    @O2 I SWEAR TO GOD IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH YOU!! Absolutely ******* typical... all of you cellular providers are as bad as each other when it comes to needing to speak to customer service!! 😡 Your stupid automated system keeps hanging up! I hope it gets hacked🖕

    @O2 I'm currently on a big data bundle, app is offering 2gb for £5 pm 12 month contract, does a contract give me access to a better frequency range than I can get just now?. My speed test is poor.

    The moment you get @BBCWatchdog involved, companies start to act really nice. Very sad I had to involve them in our conversation @O2 . What you done was not right, and it won't happen to any other customer again

    I am very shocked and sad that @O2 have decided to charge me for texting an 079 number in the U.K. I wonder how many loyal customers they have done this to. Customer service has not been great. I'm still waiting for a Manager to call me back, its been 1 week already. #O2
