At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

@O2 HELLO!! I’ve been trying to pay my bill for two days now (it’s due tomorrow) whenever I try and pay, the money bounces back. I’ve used different bank cards now, all with money in and still the same so it’s not a problem with my bank.

@O2 - a mast has been down near my house for approx 6 weeks now meaning my phone and data are often unusable. I work from home and rely on my phone to earn a living. Every time I speak to customer service I'm assured someone is 'likely' on the case and I'll get a call back.

Why is @O2 so God damn useless and don't even do what you've requested numerous of times, like changing my name on my account since last year 🥴 Can't wait for the plan to end so I can DITCH this network company for good!! Don't even get me started on signal etc 😤
