At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

@O2 HELLO!! I’ve been trying to pay my bill for two days now (it’s due tomorrow) whenever I try and pay, the money bounces back. I’ve used different bank cards now, all with money in and still the same so it’s not a problem with my bank.

@O2 bought new phone for daughter last July. Was told I would get phone call before 6 months offer ended to talk about reducing my tariff…..today my bill has more than doubled and had no phone call!!! Very poor service from you!!!

@AdeBroadmore @O2 Hiya, don't work for O2, but there's a national outage of the system that makes PAC (and STAC) codes work at the moment - I'm surprised they've not mentioned it yet - I would advise trying again later today or tomorrow, it's affecting all UK networks

@O2 I don't have a phone to do that, only a tablet. (The contract which has finished is for personal WiFi hotspot)I really really need a link to the written chat to get in touch with an agent to cancel asap....I can't afford the payments
