At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

I have received fraudulent phone calls & text messages from @O2 yet nobody there is interested. I didn’t have roaming when I visited Spain & nobody was able to help. I want to leave O2, 1st call ended with fee being waived; cut off; 2nd said it couldn’t be. Appalling service.

@O2 Can't get anything from o2. Hours waiting on hold to speak to be hung up on instead speaking to someone. No service on phone or watch since setting up esim so can't even call anymore. Will be fighting way to local store to cancel at the weekend
