    @O2 HELLO!! I’ve been trying to pay my bill for two days now (it’s due tomorrow) whenever I try and pay, the money bounces back. I’ve used different bank cards now, all with money in and still the same so it’s not a problem with my bank.

    At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

    @virginmedia I have more than 1 monthly contract with @O2 and am a VM customer for bb, do you get the speed boost for each contract or just on the first? I asked VM cs but they couldn’t answer the query and sent me to O2 who of course sent me back to VM. Do you know the answer?
