@O2 HELLO!! I’ve been trying to pay my bill for two days now (it’s due tomorrow) whenever I try and pay, the money bounces back. I’ve used different bank cards now, all with money in and still the same so it’s not a problem with my bank.

At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

@O2 I’ve been trying to get some help re roaming. I tried before I left the UK and didn’t receive a reply until I was in USA. I guessed and bought bolt on but it’s not what I need. No one is answering. The service is abysmal.

@O2 Me and my partner are having signal issues in North Wales, we both have to put the phone into airplane mode to ‘reset’ then signal. Poor signal for a couple of days now!

@O2 @O2 it seems to be just data as I can send and receive texts. I've tried connecting to other networks but it cannot connect. Movistar is the network my friend with the same O2 service was auto connected to.

@O2 Why is the signal so poor in the Uk.. Sitting in Harwich with a supposed 4G signal, but no internet connection…. So annoying as once I land in Holland in the morning I’ll be on 5G but don’t get to use my data in hindered…

@O2 please sort out your coverage, moved house last month and I can't make or take phone calls as the signal is nearly non existent and if I leave the house and have no WiFi I get "H" or "E", can't keep going on like this.
