At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

@VMO2News @virginmedia @O2 And it’s a good lesson in not hiring pencil pusher strategists to your fraud head position. Hire someone who has worked the fraud queues, understands the process and investigation. Actually wants to solve the problem not present ‘better close times’ to their seniors 🤡

Once again, the world famous @O2 customer service strikes again; Visit 2 different stores & told to call instead; Spoke to SEVEN different agents & cut off by each one🤬🤬🤬 STILL no further forward with a simple return! @O2 you are a disgrace - couldn't run a bath🙄

@O2 Send me the details of the current ceo please ( email address) and I'll happily pass the email to them. Having dealt with customer services many times and nothing has been resolved, there is a technical infrastructure issue that requires proper investigation.

@O2 little bit disappointed. 2 of 3 places I spend leisure time have faulty masts, main out min 2 months, working one data slow. Offered £5 credit, but just want out of contract without paying for service I won't be using. SIM only. Why the penalty?

@O2 Into the shop for the 4th time & will see if it’s finally sorted tomorrow. Asked what we should do if it isn’t having visited the shop 4 times & spoken to the call centre. Was told we would need to call customer support or visit the shop. Total disregard shown in P’boro shop 🙄
