At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

@O2 I can’t get through to @O2! Waited 45 minutes on the phone already. I placed an order on Saturday for a new phone and contract, the £30 deposit was taken from my account but I’ve had no updates. Please advise? It’s not giving me much confidence in your customer service

@O2 is there a reason your 3 main masts in Bath do not work as they should? I am unable to get any decent internet signal, I have tried EVERY problem solving tactic you have given me, but it still doesn’t work - what are you going to do to stop me going to another provider?
