@O2 wow I have never been through a worse IVR in my life. I can only guess no one has ever tested it from o2. All I want to do is port a number from EE to o2, I have a PAC number ready but might have to give up!

At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

@O2 went in my local 02 store to tell them it's taking me forever to get connected to any call. Just to be told that there's a problem with a mast and once that's fixed everything should be ok... Poor excuse if ever I have heard one. Not once did he ask where I live???????
