    At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

    @O2 HELLO!! I’ve been trying to pay my bill for two days now (it’s due tomorrow) whenever I try and pay, the money bounces back. I’ve used different bank cards now, all with money in and still the same so it’s not a problem with my bank.

    @O2 over 3 weeks later and the local mast is still not working properly, and the date for an update has been pushed back again. O2 live chat is the only thing keeping me with o2, but it’s come to a point now that I think it’s time to move on.
