    @O2 wow I have never been through a worse IVR in my life. I can only guess no one has ever tested it from o2. All I want to do is port a number from EE to o2, I have a PAC number ready but might have to give up!

    @O2 HELLO!! I’ve been trying to pay my bill for two days now (it’s due tomorrow) whenever I try and pay, the money bounces back. I’ve used different bank cards now, all with money in and still the same so it’s not a problem with my bank.

    At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

    @BritishGas £46 to be on hold to your customer service line. That’s just wonderful when people are struggling to pay bills. @O2 a warning might be nice that calls to that number will be charged and are not included in free minutes. Absolute joke.

    @O2 desperately need help figuring out what is wrong with my data. 2/3 weeks ago its strength dropped very dramatically and its now entirely unreliable. Tried a new sim, staff member noticed one of my bolt-ons had been turned off. Local mast fixed. Still ****. Nothing is working

    @O2 Cannot sign into O2 account or get through to a real person on live chat, if I ring it's over £3 a minute to talk to anybody & you have to go through push buttons etc. Am extremely fed up. I should have received a new SIM card last week & it aint arrived yet. Can you help?
