    At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

    @O2 Disgraceful customer service. Been trying to talk to a customer service rep for weeks and keep getting hung up on. Terrible

    @virginmedia @O2 Well they have just screwed up my number port from EE and the customer reps make me feel like I have done something wrong. Told it would be addressed urgently, by which they mean 3 to 5 days. They were not impressed when I said I hope you don’t need urgent medical attention.

    @O2 more **** customer service. Trying to return a handset. 45 minutes on the phone, spoke to 3 diff departments. Oh you're with cancellations. I can't do that. Through to cust serv. Oh you need cancellations. Back you go. Oh you're with upgrades. Back to cancels. Jokers.
