@O2 wow I have never been through a worse IVR in my life. I can only guess no one has ever tested it from o2. All I want to do is port a number from EE to o2, I have a PAC number ready but might have to give up!

At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

@O2 HELLO!! I’ve been trying to pay my bill for two days now (it’s due tomorrow) whenever I try and pay, the money bounces back. I’ve used different bank cards now, all with money in and still the same so it’s not a problem with my bank.

@O2 I’ve looked plenty. Please actually invest in your data infrastructure so it can handle the capacity you’ve sold. Just saying “oh it gets busy here sometimes, so the service we provide might be utter crap” isn’t good enough.

@O2 We can keep it private but hey O2 it’s ok to be treated worse than you treat poo. To be ridiculed and poked fun at because you suffer with PTSD and left outside a store in a panic attack and when even the security guards your staff members called refused to support the store.
