At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

@O2 I’ve been trying to get through to o2 all week to cancel a contract!! It often says 30 mins wait until I say cancel contact then it’s over 1hr! Please contact me asap! This is ridiculous.

Barbara in payment management at @O2 just hung up on me after I told her I was going to jump off a bridge. That’s really good customer service that is! I thought they have a duty of care towards vulnerable customers? Clearly not!

Typical @O2 call centre. Waiting for a while, phone hanged up without answering. For two calls made by a customer, they only answer one. Changing next month to a better supplier.
