At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

@cassieperryman @O2 Contact customer service then go into a store and theyll sort you a sim on the spot. Took 5 minutes. They took 50% off my next bill for the troubles ever though its Royal Mails fault because of the strikes. Still a pain in the arse though!

@O2 It’s very frustrating. The delivery yesterday didn’t arrive, then @DHLParcelUK (falsely) claimed they couldn’t get access. I went into an @O2 shop just now - they said I had to ring customer services. I spoke with someone who said they’d help, and the call dropped after 16mins.

@O2 So...Day 10 of new phone/contract with 02: iPhone STILL not working.Made a 4th visit to 02 Burnley store today-Tyler called your 'escalating team'. It calls out BUT does not receive calls or texts."This person is unavailable".Not an auspicious start to this business relationship

@Thrombo69 @O2 Same here, I worked for them for many years and have never changed network, but it's dire at the minute. I'm missing so many important calls it's untrue.

@MacandTG @O2 Same issue here!!! Still no SIM, being charged while waiting for it, order says complete!!! Have requested a replacement but again the tracking number isn’t recognised and O2’s own tracking is again stuck at ‘processing’….
