    @MarkEvansO2 I have just forwarded an email to you from .@O2 customer service who have not detailed the full complaint I have raised regarding poor signal and service at a specific location since 2019, that affects multiple customers and devices. I look forward to Your response.

    At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

    @O2 any idea whats going on with your shop on Regents Walk Tedcar as closed today ad its handy for me to go in If and problems saves going to Hill Street Centre store in Middlesbrough. I don't need any help ect today just curious as to why its shut or if shut for good. TiA

    @O2 HELLO!! I’ve been trying to pay my bill for two days now (it’s due tomorrow) whenever I try and pay, the money bounces back. I’ve used different bank cards now, all with money in and still the same so it’s not a problem with my bank.

    @O2 Quick to get things off the open platform, not so quick to respond to your private DM request. Why is that, I only want the CEO email address because customer services are inadequate at dealing with a complaint and noting all of the detail in the complaint.

    @O2 wow I have never been through a worse IVR in my life. I can only guess no one has ever tested it from o2. All I want to do is port a number from EE to o2, I have a PAC number ready but might have to give up!

    @O2 @BigIssue This has to be a laugh I pay £90 a month for two contracts and I can never get signal can’t even send a Snapchat or open an email while it always says 4g then I get the usual a mast is down in your area this last has been down for the last 3 years

    Disgusting customer service from @DPDgroup_news & @O2 - due to have receive a delivery today, delivery driver arrived in street did not knock on the door or attempt to find. I went out to speak to the driver who confirmed he had my delivery then marked it as refused. Video proof!

    Scam Warning - if you with O2 and you get a call from this number 0333 188 2196 just hang up, it’s a scam. They are trying to get you to give them a security code which O2 explicitly advise not to share with anyone including anyone from O2. #O2scam @O2

    @o2 - failed direct debit, don't re-request, send snail mail and tell you they'll cut you off in 7 days from date of letter. Dated 6th dec arrives 12th dec. Cancel direct debit. Literally any other company - reapply for direct debit amount again a week or so later. 🤯 #stoneage

    @O2 @BigIssue And it gets better went into the local 02 store the man serving me was more interested in the women walking past than trying to help and ends it by saying “sure what do you want me to do about it”

    @O2 i was advised to cancel my direct debit before my bill date and set it up a few days later - after a huge mistake (my bill had a £52 charge on it), I set it back up over the weekend and paid my bill - and now you’ve cut me off? Can you help?
