    @O2 wow I have never been through a worse IVR in my life. I can only guess no one has ever tested it from o2. All I want to do is port a number from EE to o2, I have a PAC number ready but might have to give up!

    @MarkEvansO2 I have just forwarded an email to you from .@O2 customer service who have not detailed the full complaint I have raised regarding poor signal and service at a specific location since 2019, that affects multiple customers and devices. I look forward to Your response.

    @O2 Quick to get things off the open platform, not so quick to respond to your private DM request. Why is that, I only want the CEO email address because customer services are inadequate at dealing with a complaint and noting all of the detail in the complaint.

    @O2 HELLO!! I’ve been trying to pay my bill for two days now (it’s due tomorrow) whenever I try and pay, the money bounces back. I’ve used different bank cards now, all with money in and still the same so it’s not a problem with my bank.

    @O2 any idea whats going on with your shop on Regents Walk Tedcar as closed today ad its handy for me to go in If and problems saves going to Hill Street Centre store in Middlesbrough. I don't need any help ect today just curious as to why its shut or if shut for good. TiA

    At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

    @RoyalMailHelp @O2 is it normal for neither of you to take responsibility for an item that has gone missing after being posted at a post office in @O2 packaging?! Your post office adviser never gave me a tracking number just proof of postage! This was coming up on 2 weeks ago!!!

    I call back and outline my problem. Again. In detail. The @o2 adviser then transfers me to the fraud team line. An recorded message says: "Due to the outbreak of Covid 19 the fraud team are only contactable via email" And then it hangs up.

    @O2 @ofcom I have 4got10 my pwd. Yr site sends me to a step to answer a security question which I can't rmmbr. This means I will nvr be able to reset the pwd. Oh, yr agents either hang up or transfer me to the wrong dept. What do I do🤔 #CustomerService

    @O2 No help needed, was just a bit annoyed at getting 2 text messages on Xmas day reminding me about my bill which I have DD set up for. I was just being grumpy, I understand it’s automated and computers don’t celebrate Xmas so no worries 🎄

    @O2 the last time I had to deal with your phone help is was the same situation. your stores are closed why have you not invested in more staff working on the phones
