@O2 Quick to get things off the open platform, not so quick to respond to your private DM request. Why is that, I only want the CEO email address because customer services are inadequate at dealing with a complaint and noting all of the detail in the complaint.

@O2 wow I have never been through a worse IVR in my life. I can only guess no one has ever tested it from o2. All I want to do is port a number from EE to o2, I have a PAC number ready but might have to give up!

@O2 HELLO!! I’ve been trying to pay my bill for two days now (it’s due tomorrow) whenever I try and pay, the money bounces back. I’ve used different bank cards now, all with money in and still the same so it’s not a problem with my bank.

At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

Would never recommend @ThreeUK - poor network (often getting <10mbps + poor call quality), poor customer service and even when leaving to change network again, they managed to mess up my number port to the point my temporary number doesn't work! @EE and @O2 highly recommended

@O2 2 hours on hold to try and pay you money, pushed from pillow to post because of your system errors. Waited 6 weeks for a manager to call. Absolutely shocking. Might as well buy a pay as you go chip 😡
