    @mrandrewdickson @O2 I could explain but it'll take ages and tweets ain't long enough. Most likely a cell site is jiggered and as a result network congestion being an issue if I'm keeping it brief.

    @O2 Thanks, I did that check and it is telling me no but unofficial websites are saying that your network is having issues, strange. Never had this happen before.

    @O2 By do it better I mean with EE I can change my mind anytime on a handset there is no 'one time limit' or stupid returns page misleading people.

    RT mrandrewdickson "I should add it's often not in the centre of London that I lose reception, so no big concrete buildings getting in the way. Sounds like a capacity issue so if @O2 could maybe look at ways of improving their service on that front please that would be great!"
