    @gemma_thomas @TheVampaGirl @O2 No, i did last time but got nothing back. Roaming should be included in Europe still, how much is “too much”? So rude. Ive been with them like 16 years or something.🙄

    @O2 Can you please help? I just upgraded, requested a sim swap, device still says “no service” but both devices old and new have all details/apps and can still message from both. What do i need to do? Can i wipe the old device? Remove sim?

    @O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

    @o2 Train from Plymouth to Birmingham. 4 hour journey, for no more than 20 minutes of the journey was there a usable signal on either of my phones (one Apple, one Android). Not really sure if there are network faults or just minimal coverage, either way it's very poor.

    FML what is it with me & crap service providers @O2 move to non roaming fees and here in #Copenhagen I have no coverage which has cost me 2 business phone calls + personal & relying on hotel internet #notahappybunny cant navigate outside on Google maps 🌍

    @O2 your customer service SUCKS! Trying to get through to you for days. Online chat asks me to download the app that I already downloaded. Start a conversation says no agents available and can't find number to call. How do I get in contact with you about problem with my phone?

    Wow! New nightmare. Tried to leave @EE for @O2 .... It's been 3 weeks and no SIM card still and O2 are already billing me. Called to cancel and they say they can't authenticate me as the last digits of my bank acc aren't correct? Funny as that's where you took my money from! Ugh

    @O2 I have given you the PAC code- but my new phone or old one are not working. None are connected to a network and haven’t for most of the day. I cannot call! And your virtual chat does not appear. Any ideas?
