@O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

@O2 I'll aks on here as I've been ignored via every other channel. My local store had computer problems on saturday so couldn't sell me a pixel 7 pro. I wanted the phone along with the free Pixel watch. I've now noticed the deal has ended. I'm going into the store tomorrow... 1/2

@GeorgieTheGeek @O2 That's the same here, some from here have done a petition and sent it to ombudsmen, will phone them later and see how much I have left on my contract I was going to upgrade but their customer service is shocking

I’ve spent a week trying to get my past as you go number transferred with @O2. Only to be told each time that there was a technical error & a new request would be made. Today I finally got to a manager who informed me it’s a known widespread issue, massive waste of time & money
