@O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

@O2 @ikennaekwonna O2 service is absolutely awful. There is no customer service. I have an issue with the mobile date on my Apple Watch for more than 5 days and they just passed me to O2 store, customer service, teach support team and … but they are completely irresponsible and just lying
