@O2 I accept O2’s T&Cs that you’re unable to guarantee a fault free service, however doesn’t change that I’m paying for a service which isn’t working. surely that’s unfair? DM’d you the full postcode as requested.

@O2 2729 number i cant connect to just says it will transfer me then curs me off... same as the other one, tried everything it's just getting a bit ridiculous now never had this much trouble with a network before

@isaiditbecause @O2 110000 didn’t pay the final bill so won’t be entitled to a refund?? I was O2 customer for years and spent thousands with them..when I fell on hard times they turned their back and shut my accounts and passed them over to a debt recovery company...no loyalty

@O2 so, just held for 24 mins to speak to James Wilson customer services manager ( given these details from your customer services representative Michelle) only to be told by Basil ( another customer services representative) that ‘ I don’t know any James Wilson’,he cut me off

@O2 just sent you a DM. Two months old phone won't charge and has no battery left. Tried all the tricks (reboots, change charger, plugs etc). Nothing works. Tried the 02 community, the 02 help option (definitely not a real person). No help. With no shops opened, what do I do? Thx

@O2 am trying to reinstate data sharing after upgrade... Whatsapp chat/online chat all say I need to call.... after hours trying to get through on the phone I finally beat the algorithm - and was in a que to speak to a real person - and 10 mins later the line was cut.. help!
