    @O2 Can you please help? I just upgraded, requested a sim swap, device still says “no service” but both devices old and new have all details/apps and can still message from both. What do i need to do? Can i wipe the old device? Remove sim?

    @O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

    @O2 what's the point on having o2 priority when it doesn't work.waited online for an hour and let me select seats but then say its sold. Yet some ********* can buy 6 tickets just to double the price to sell on.system is a joke
