@O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

@O2 Can you please help? I just upgraded, requested a sim swap, device still says “no service” but both devices old and new have all details/apps and can still message from both. What do i need to do? Can i wipe the old device? Remove sim?

@O2 Can you give Ian a big thanks from me with his help cancelling my contract (don't worry, I'm not going far!) The process was so easy and he didn't pressure me to upgrade to a rubbish deal @VodafoneGroup + @ThreeUK should take notes from him!

@O2 @VodafoneUK Long term. Sim swaps, network refresh etc But nothing resolved it. Colleagues suffer too. But because I didn’t experience it in first 14 days nothing can be done. Pity. As nothing will be done to help with 2 affected phones we will be seriously considering moving 7 contracts
