@O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

@mumsnetMcr can you possibly help at all? Im a new mum, and struggling having a new born baby, and now recently found out that @o2 have allowed two phones taken out in my name. They advise people watch the house to collect the phones I have a new baby, this is scary.

@O2 I mean ... my phone hasn't changed, the settings haven't changed and it's been reduced from 2 bars at best to emergency calls only after your "improvements" to the network... but as you like to communicate in emojis let me try it this way .... O2 = 💩

@NeilHarrison211 @madebygoogle @O2 Just sold my P6P last week! The pro sucks with that curved screen, battery, and fingerprint scanner. And what is up with the Internet quick setting? It's not so quick. Bring back wifi and lte toggle. Anyways, I took that cash and just ordered me an iPhone 13 Pro Max. Can't wait.

Hi @O2 I'm trying to set the call forward feature but keep getting a message saying there's a network or sim error. Tried switching off and back on and removing the sim card, but no joy. Any ideas please?

@O2 Sooo, ordered a new phone that had In Stock Next Day Delivery. Next day I get a text saying out of stock. Then get a call trying to sell Me another one. What a joke. How do I cancel and get one from Sky mobile? I have no idea when My 'next day delivery' actually is...

@O2 I can’t log in to my O2, it even told me at one time my number wasn’t registered. I’ve been with you for 10+ years. I click customer service, it tells me to log in to my O2, I go round in circles.. help
