    @O2 I entered priority Instant Win and didn’t win. Said won a Greg’s voucher instead but not shown. Tried to go back into the page but says code for Instant Win now expired! Does this get emailed as I have no proof? My partner has the same issue. Please advise.

    @O2 I have yes. But the way it was dealt with is unacceptable. A simple text "Hey you missed a payment" would be nice rather than "Were sending debt collectors and disconnecting your devices" would be better. My account has been upstanding for years and then 1/4 payment fail for this

    @O2 you offer contract laptops including "Samsung Galaxy Book Go" and "Samsung Galaxy Book". might help to put the RAM on the website as your online "help" staff can't seem to find out and one doesn't know what RAM is....

    @O2 hey, I just went to pay my phone bill as I believe my device has been disconnected and I’m locked out of my o2 app now and I have no reception on my phone to call due to disconnection, any help?

    @O2 My 70 year-old mother-in-law started new SO contract. Has new SIM and wishes to retain her old number. Customer service number has cut her off 3 times - request via the MyO2 app was rejected. In-store couldn't help her. Getting very close to cancelling the contract.

    @O2 @melioramark My elderly mum is paying for a service that you are not providing. Your voicemail says go on the app, the app says speak to customer service or go in store. She can't get in store due to poor health so how can she resolve this issue. Been hung up on twice by customer service
