@O2 slightly dissapointed that I saved the cinema ticket deal codes yesterday as you state to use at a later date. However I've gone to use them and now your saying they've sold out! Does it say no where in the terms and conditions that saving the codes doesn't work!

@jcjojo444 @O2 I’m a patient person but I’m told my issue is being passed to a senior adviser and manager to resolve but I must wait (another) 24 hours. I’ve been calling daily and told to wait yet another 24 hours. I’m now looking to go back to my previous provider. #useless

@donna_hgate @O2 The guys running the social media don’t have a clue about any of it, just copy and paste ill educated admin folk who just send useless links out that don’t help anyone. Clearly they don’t use O2 themselves
