    Hi @O2 , what's going on with your provisioning systems ? Waiting 48 hours for a sim swap isn't on.... Customer services have no idea what's happening

    @O2 can you please explain why I have no data on any network outside the EU? I’ve signed up for the higher travel data allowance, I’ve restarted the phone and still there is no 3G/4G coverage at all. No answers or replies on the My O2 chat either

    @O2 It is incredibly inconvenient,as you know. The latest 24hr period will be ending 6:30 tonight, by which time support looks like it will be shut . I have been rebooting regularly to check
