Sorry to bother you @MarkEvansO2 It is now Day 3 and our 5 business phone contracts with @O2 are still blocked with the Fraud Team. No reason given, no help. We are a small business losing money. 28 calls to @O2 yesterday and a visit to the store, 15 years with you. Very poor CS
