@GunnComics @O2 I'm with another provider but had an awful interaction with them recently. Hours of frustrating calls. I find it odd that these firms seem set up to cofound and cheat customers (all while paying their employees sod all no doubt) and everyone just seems fine with it.

@GunnComics @O2 Yeah, I'm with Three and tried to cancel an old contract and enact a new one. Instead, they demanded that I cancel the new contract and upgrade the old one for more money, or they wouldn't transfer my number. I was conned out of an additional £5 a month. And this took HOURS.
