    Hiya @O2 i just brought a contract online from you & payed my upfront cost + for a plug, however the first attempt of payment was apple pay which apparently declined so i then payed using a different card - however you’ve taken both payments so ive been overcharged - help? 😢

    @O2 It was a refurbished Doro phone. Customer Services offered the opportunity to buy a different one, but I needed that one to replace one that was broken. To be honest I would expect stock levels to be reasonably up to date -it is still showing in stock and available today...

    @owl_mid @O2 @EnglandRugby same problem help and contact pages are not loading. trying to call them is a waste of time too. the auto bot just hangs up.
