    @O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

    @o2 Help please. I signed up on My O2 for the Disney 6mths offer. Nothing. Did it again got a text from you saying I'd hear on 48hrs. Nothing. Now offer closed. Please sort!

    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    @JuJulesberry @MartinSLewis @O2 Same happened to me. I’ve noticed has happened to others also. Had it in writing that it was confirmed to continue my device plan monthly, yet received a letter asking for full payment by 5th Dec. O2 call centre are no help, waiting for a call back within 48hrs. Disgusting!

    Cranleigh’s broadband outage today really highlighted how unacceptable the lack of mobile phone signal is in my villageSeeing that my MP @Jeremy_Hunt had had a constructive meeting with @O2 CEO a few months back I was hoping for significant improvement in coverage but no avail !
