@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

Has anyone had any success ending a mobile contract early due to ongoing poor quality service? @O2 continues to be unusable in Manchester City Centre. Since my previous tweet I’ve had a load of people confirming the same. It’s absolutely dire.

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you Jason for responding. I was moving to @O2 because you wouldn't offer me a decent offer and you don't give any rewards. O2 were offering both of those but have messed my new contract. Neither of you give a good signal. I don't know what to do.

@O2 absolutely rubbish service today. Needed a new contract as a consumer away from the business account. The local store was happy to take my money and sell me a new device promising i can do a number swap to be told it would be £47 EXTRA 1/2

@O2 Yes, service on old sim. Put new sim in this afternoon at around 1.30. Haven't received anything, but was told when I signed up that the number would begin porting when I put the new sim card from o2 in my new iPhone
