@O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@AndyMeanie @O2 I would but I literally just upgraded and I cant really afford to pay off the whole contract right now. Bit **** when roaming is included and they knew I was going to be away.

@O2 This isn’t what I’m talking about, it’s not network issues, it’s a problem with your poor coverage. I have horrible coverage all over Bristol and have done for a long time now. My friends on other networks have no issues.

@O2 I don’t know what is going on with O2 lately however their coverage and service has been terrible for months now. Where I used to have signal, nothing now. And it is not just me. Everyone I know who has @O2 is complaining about the poor service.

@O2 why has my iPhone told me that you have turned 4G off on my account ? I mean COME ON I know signal with you guys is horrific but WHY is my 4G turned off ????
