    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    I'm actually appalled at the service from @O2 these past few weeks. I've had 2 orders cancelled with no correspondence to tell me that it's been cancelled (my son's main Xmas present), I have faulty earbuds that I was promised a callback about that didn't happen, and CS have kept

    @O2 @O2 are the worst network ever! I've been trying to cancel an account since October! Numerous calls and hours of being on hold I'm being sent threatening letters and emails. I own you no money and I have returned the brand new unopened phone back in November! Scam!!!

    Ordered a new iPhone 12 pro and decided to switch over to @O2 from @EE been with them for years now but their customer service is appalling as well there offers. Plus got told I had to wait 8 weeks for a phone o2 said I could order for next week. Wont be sad to see the back of EE
