    @O2 Can you please help? I just upgraded, requested a sim swap, device still says “no service” but both devices old and new have all details/apps and can still message from both. What do i need to do? Can i wipe the old device? Remove sim?

    @O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    @O2 Worst network and customer services ever!!! Signal is really poor and they have got my bill wrong for the past 3 months. Speak to customer services and they just say it will get sorted. Suggest people choose another network because O2 are rubbish.

    Been a loyal customer of @O2 for 20 years, never missed a payment and paid off many devices. Went in store to treat myself to the new Apple Watch and for absolutely no reason, they wanted £300 conditional deposit that I’d get back in 3 months…what? Got one with EE instead. 😚

    @WeAreOpenreach So an update is the 3rd January at 5pm. So we will have been without service for 17 days. What an absolute joke. I WFH. I've gone through my data and paying through the nose with @O2 for more. Sort it out Openreach. @TalkTalk

    @O2 I will DM you now. That mast must have been down for several months then. The signal has been rubbish for over 12 months now. And the O2 store knows all about it. Maybe worth speaking to staff in your O2 store.

    @EE Been a customer for over 10 years! Charging roaming fees in Europe whilst @O2 include it! How can you expect any sort of loyalty if it’s not given! Roaming is an absolute rip off! Change your policy!

    @virginmedia I’ve never experience such incompetence between yourselves and @O2. Still trying to deal with an issue since September! Requested a manager call back after going round in circles and still nothing… shame on you both! This is what being a loyal customer gets you!

    @O2 Update: have finally managed to get through to a manager at o2 regarding my number still not ported over properly, guess what they dropped the call on me as they couldn’t solve the issue, didn’t call back , absolutely disgusting behaviour!!!
