    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    @O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

    @O2 Can you please help? I just upgraded, requested a sim swap, device still says “no service” but both devices old and new have all details/apps and can still message from both. What do i need to do? Can i wipe the old device? Remove sim?

    @O2 @virginmedia @o2, spoke to one team member who cancelled my contract, at least I think he did as I had the same conversation last summer and payments have still been coming out of my bank! Transferred to "customer service" who strangely could not hear me to deal with my complaint 🤔

    @O2 I was a victim of ID fraud back in December. This was reported immediately to O2 and the accounts were closed on 18-12-21. It is now the 12-04-22 and the defaults are still appearing on my credit file. I’m moving house and can’t get a mortgage because of this. Please help.

    @O2 The fact it’s in 3 seperate locations, where my current projects are located, suggests it’s on your side. To use the excuse that there is too much traffic is also ridiculous as means you have over sold your network.

    @O2 I was looking for a new phone & went into your stores of the 5 members of staff there not one come over to see if they could help me not even a morning as i walked around if you want to know the store were this bad customer service happened just ask,

    @O2 @virginmedia @02 #awful called to cancel SIM last summer and Dad's been continually taken, tried to speak to customer service and I'm certain they were pretending they could not hear me! 😡

    @O2 @virginmedia @o2 #contact if your customer service team can not hear their calls how do complaints get resolved? No email address to complain to, do I have to write in? Should I just proceed direct to small claims court?

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s a mobile network issue as I explained above as @o2 have advised! That’s a total now of 7 days without being able to use our data which I am paying for!!
