    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    @O2 Correct, not all the time,but far too frequently which is causing issues using my phone, it was fine on Voda and EE.

    Trying to call @O2 to talk to someone after being sent texts by them asking me to do so, And it says call ended every time I use the number sent to me, Try o2 customer service it tells you 2 press 1 and then cuts u off.... WTH is going on.?

    @O2 hey quick question, is there a way to get the latest APN settings for my phone, I only ask as I keep having issues with getting a signal on it. I’ve reset the network settings to see if this would help but it hasn’t. Thanks

    @DHLParcelUK can you check your DMs and confirm our parcels are arriving today, without a doubt the worst courier service we’ve dealt with - not sure why @O2 use you - you must cost them business

    @O2 I ordered an upgrade that was due to be delivered this morning. I checked the tracking and it says it is being returned to the depot - no one attempted to deliver this. I am incredibly disappointed with this service.

    Worst decision made was switching from @VodafoneUK to @O2 legit worst signal all the time. This is gunna be a looooooong 3 years 💔
