    @O2 Can you please help? I just upgraded, requested a sim swap, device still says “no service” but both devices old and new have all details/apps and can still message from both. What do i need to do? Can i wipe the old device? Remove sim?

    @O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

    @gemma_thomas @TheVampaGirl @O2 No, i did last time but got nothing back. Roaming should be included in Europe still, how much is “too much”? So rude. Ive been with them like 16 years or something.🙄

    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    @O2 absolutely shambolic customer service trying to sort an issue with credit score. Spent hours on phone with 8 customer service agents - still not fixed - despite 15 years loyalty. So unhelpful. Can you fix?

    @O2 had such a terrible customer service experience. My dad tried to change his contract to a new sim only deal only to then be set up on the completely wrong contract. Received a text the next day saying an iPhone 14 would be delivered

    @O2 the year 2023 and still no signal in Queensbury West Yorkshire but you still charge me £40 a month, think I've been done 😫
