@O2 you have taken money from my mothers account for over 2 years for a phone she returned , and we have spent over 6 weeks trying to get the refund you agree is due , fobbed off from pillar to post and no one is helping , is this really how you treat your most vulnerable clients

@O2 Thanks for sharing that, but it still doesn’t help me get to @TheAthleticUK and talk to somebody. I’ve been an O2 customer for 15 years and whilst I appreciate the problem is with a 3rd party it’s your name attached to it and I’m really disappointed.

@O2 this is becoming ridiculous...I pay a premium to have #o2insurance and may a claim, pay the additional fee for a 24 hour service and still 10 days after I still don’t have a device and a working phone! #o2 #o2complaint so angry 😡

@O2 are you ever going to fix the data speeds in the Ne639bb area? I've been waiting for over 7 weeks now. It's ridiculous! It doesnt take this long to do work or to fix a mast as your website keeps saying.

@O2 getting absolutely fed up with the way I am being treated by o2! Spent so much time over the phone/ on the chat being advised my issue is resolved - only for it not to be. You advise me it’s a ‘technical error’ that is resolved …. Still at square one

@O2 Great, so if you understand my frustration, how about you arrange for somebody to do something apparently radical for a communications company and erm....call me back??? That would be a start towards delivering just a modicum of good customer care?
