@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@O2 Can you please help? I just upgraded, requested a sim swap, device still says “no service” but both devices old and new have all details/apps and can still message from both. What do i need to do? Can i wipe the old device? Remove sim?

@O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

@matt55809 @newcaslass @O2 It’s the same every year it’s just on the odd occasion you get lucky and get through quick enough and early enough. Years ago there was no queuing system then they brought one in but managed to somehow create the worst queuing system in the world

@O2 I received a blue Monday voucher for pizza express and when attempting to use it the code didn’t register and was not valid. Restaurant never had this happen before and was quite embarrassed.
