@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

@O2 Can you please help? I just upgraded, requested a sim swap, device still says “no service” but both devices old and new have all details/apps and can still message from both. What do i need to do? Can i wipe the old device? Remove sim?

Txt after text saying it will be fixed in this many days that many days but nothing. Myself and my wife missing calls text and can’t use our data is so inconvenient 😡, a few time speaking to @o2 expressing this issue to be told a manger would call back as I raised a complaint.

Hey @O2 quick question. Why is it sometimes easier if I switch down to 3G for my internet to work when travelling on a train. Often my phone says it has signal and 4G… but actually there is no internet connection. It’s 2022. Is it too much to ask for signal everywhere?

@LeftBack2 @O2 I’m also having issues. A quick Twitter search of O2 4G reveals a LOT of people are. Like Jeffrey says, don’t be patronising & admit there’s an issue somewhere. For me, it’s breach of contract

@O2 your network and coverage is a load of S**t in my area. It never works, my phone keeps cutting out half way through a call. rang up customer services and been into the store many times and all me & my wife get told is we will look into it or address it to the relevant team
