@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

@O2 The Fraud team looked into it ONLY after I complained to customer service. They informed Experian for a removal. But now falsely passed my information onto Lowell. @O2 still finding a way to harass me for money when it it’s YOU who should be compensating me!

@O2 Turns out your bill was set up right, but the over charge by @virginmedia on their part of the contract has now made me cancel the O2 one after advice from VM on WhatsApp. Looks like that has now cost me the Volt benefits on the account.

@O2 why does Aura not offer either much of interest or more importantly a pass thru to your customer services… It’s impossible to reach your customer services! I’m using your app. I login in. Truly difficult to reach info or anything close to any chat with your team.
