@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

Problems with @O2 In November I needed to change the account my bill comes from so went on the website, entered the username and password I was given. There were no devices or accounts there. I attempted to call them 5 times during November, December, January 1/

Hi @O2 I just had what I think was a scam call from 01233 466027 A guy with a very heavy accent started rabbiting on about customers complaining about high Monthly bills. It took me 3 attempts to interrupt him & tell him I was on PAYG, then he just hung up! Hope this is useful

@parchot @EnglandRugby @O2 If the aim is to be better than NZ and SA SIMULTANEOUSLY then picking Nowell at all is futile. He's a good club player, but for some reason the public's obsession with him as some great int'l is misguided. He has no point of diff v the best, nothing top defenses fear & is slow.

@O2 I have been told today that I can’t without buying an additional Bolt and increasing a spend cap and the person that sold it to me told me was wrong and told me incorrect information. I would like to make a complaint. I would not have purchased if I was told the correct info!
