@gemma_thomas @TheVampaGirl @O2 No, i did last time but got nothing back. Roaming should be included in Europe still, how much is “too much”? So rude. Ive been with them like 16 years or something.🙄

  • Stephke_C
Stéphanie C (@Stephke_C) reported from Newhaven, England

@AndyMeanie @O2 I would but I literally just upgraded and I cant really afford to pay off the whole contract right now. Bit **** when roaming is included and they knew I was going to be away.

@O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE O2 was so bad in Southampton that I moved to EE, which is a fair bit better. O2's 5G was even worse than its 4G.

@worstall @O2 @vodafone Maybe they'll help improve matters like they have with equity investments in local broadband...

  • markbishopuk

@TomTugendhat @O2 Root cause is captured regulation. Your party had 14 years to fix it

@PaddyBriggs @TomTugendhat @O2 WTF are you talking about ? Mobile phone networks have never been privatised,

  • ebamsky
    Skylier (@ebamsky) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 You're right. O2 should be the worst. I've used Three (more of coverage than quality problem) which was fair, I've recently ported to EE-based provider from O2.

  • BebbMalcolm
    Malcolm Bebb (@BebbMalcolm) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE So which government mobile phone network do you use? 'Cos I don't see the connection.

  • tonymcgarahan
    Tony McGarahan (@tonymcgarahan) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone What a rude response when they have reached out to try and help. Not a gentlemen. And not a officer 's reppnse. Arrogant and entitled. Why post your original message?

  • FursieRS6
    Fursie (@FursieRS6) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Third world problems. Talk to people rather than posting this bull ****

  • drhanko2
    Dr Hanko Honkasson (@drhanko2) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom Tugendhat suggesting that somehow the Government is responsible for very poor coverage by privately run mobile networks in Dulwich, and that taxpayer should be funding improvements for companies like EE (2025 profits £1.2 billion) as infrastructure rather than cycle lanes.

  • IanCutress
    𝐷𝑟. 𝐼𝑎𝑛 𝐶𝑢𝑡𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑠 (@IanCutress) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE What did you do in the years you were in government to fix it? Plenty of time to do something, and yet. Stop virtue signalling and find some introspection.
