    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    @o2 Help please. I signed up on My O2 for the Disney 6mths offer. Nothing. Did it again got a text from you saying I'd hear on 48hrs. Nothing. Now offer closed. Please sort!

    @x_gemma89_x @O2 The network is terrible, better connected ? Only to my bank account! If you look there’s loads of complaints. If they don’t fix it then may retweet your compliant with tags for BBCWatchdog, WhichUk and ofcom. The only way this is getting addressed is by us getting issues known

    @O2 No unfortunately I don't leave my home (health reasons) so I just don't know why it suddenly only gives WiFi option to do the updates never happened last time

    @jonnyrb89 @O2 Also having the same issue since April. Been contacting the support team, unfortunately being told the same thing over again. Issue still unresolved. I’m either sounding like a robot or can’t be heard at all. Extremely frustrating.

    @O2 hi I have been waiting for my number to be transferred to o2 sim since 11/08/2022 & still waiting, have no network to make or receive calls , especially to contact my wife as we have a 9month old baby, made numerous calls to o2 given different information each time..
