@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@O2 Thanks, is a brand new sim and number, ordered it a few days ago. Have no signal, and unable to login in my o2 as I need a code from the number. Keeps saying the sim card failed to connect to o2.

Just had a call saying - after a long incoherent spiel - you @O2 had selected me for a 20/30% discount "Are you the account holder?" I was asked "How do I know you are actually @O2?" I responded "Why are you wasting our time, stupid!", then hung up on me. #timewaster #whome?

moved to Volt package.. effective from today - @O2 already charged me from the 15/11 and no sim card. @virginmedia customer service bit useless with this..
