    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    @o2 customer for years... recently offered Disney Plus for 3 months free and had same experience as countless others: it doesn't work

    @O2 only for a few people unfortunately! still nothing and still no contact or update....what on earth is going on! 5 days now and no help at all!!!!

    @O2 Still no joy. This was supposed to be available within 24hrs yet 5 days later and still not able to activate. I’d find it more believable that the service was busy if I didn’t have to be up for work at 3am, the link still wasn’t working at that time of day
