    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    @O2 Can you please help? I just upgraded, requested a sim swap, device still says “no service” but both devices old and new have all details/apps and can still message from both. What do i need to do? Can i wipe the old device? Remove sim?

    @O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

    @O2 what is up with your mobile signals!? Since your merger with Virgin Media the signal that was normally okay has fallen through the floor to the point of being non-existent! Sort out your infrastructure!
