    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    @O2 Our postcode is publicly posted everywhere, we run a business from it! There’s nothing else to dm about. We’ve just got NO phone signal so our phones aren’t ringing & we’re missing calls on both networks.

    @O2 when are you going to sort the signal and data out in the M28 it's been poor for years. I'm at home and I only get 1 bar signal and H on data not even H+ and it's really slow.

    @O2 Hi are the issues in LE12 too?? Had no signal all day and the same in LE5. Although I'm with @giffgaff they run on your network. When you have family in hospital, and can't call out or receive calls, this is adding to the stress!

    @O2 what a shambles, was mis-sold a contract in June. I called 2 days after it was taken out to cancel it. I am now on my 4th call to o2 as it is still active and now effecting my credit score!. Every agent agent "assures me its cancelled" what do I do

    @O2 hi I’m currently abroad in Italy and my roaming doesn’t seem to work. This happened to me when I was in Rhodes earlier this year too. Seems to get stuck on 3G and I can’t access the internet. Please can you help? I’m travelling on my own so it’s quite a struggle without data
