@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

Why is it when I’m due a phone upgrade the thing starts crashing and struggling, intermittent sound on calls and FaceTime, slow internet performance on data and WiFi. Multiple times in a row. I’m calling foul play @O2 @Apple

Not a great call with @O2, still being charged for a number that they can see I requested to be cancelled in Oct 2019, they want to cancel from tomorrow ! first agent agreed a refund, 2nd agent not very helpful after 1hr+ on the phone
