    @O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    @O2 the phone is my mothers. shes 85 years old and regularly falls. the phone is her only life line as shes deaf so cant hear on the landline... so your network not working is a major problem for her

    @GeorgieMcFletch @O2 Priority is going down the pan with the rest of the economy, when companies who can afford to, o2 being one of them, should up their offers whilst the economy is tough to maintain their loyal customers, they have decided to do the opposite! Not impressed at all! #o2
