@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@O2 Yeah moving my number to pay as you go to pay monthly, keeps saying something went wrong but no box is highlighted to say what I’ve done wrong. Guy on the phone said there is an issue with the form, but just want the number transferring asap so I can use new sim with my number

@al3xjw @O2 Did this get resolved for you? I exchanged messages with them via twitter and the app and got nowhere. Totally useless bunch.Think there is something they are mis-advertising that they don’t want to come clean with - basically that their roaming service in USA is severely capped.
