@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@O2 Got a call from tech support but they couldn’t or wouldn’t help without a vast amount of account detail that O2 already knows about me. (CaseRef 527). No help at all. I’m suspicious about anyone asking for information they should already have.

@O2 Not interested at all in looking into the matter to see where the failings in your customer service are happening? What’s happened at O2 you used to be the best service and provider. Just a “oh sorry bye”. You have a 1.2 rating on trustpilot for a reason, Vodafone has 4.6
