    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    This was @O2 mistake in allowing a fraudster to open an account and yet I'm the one being punished. Your fraud team do not seem to care. I even had to use a GDPR SAR to find out what the supposed debt was! I'm hoping you can finally help me to get this issue resolved.

    @thedogman_918 @ThreeUK @O2 You’re well out Chris, one of the few companies charging roaming again. They’ve let me down twice now when I was abroad. I’ll change when my contract comes up.

    @thedogman_918 @ThreeUK @O2 I’ve been with O2 for over 10 years and the last two calls received from them ended up with me getting a reduction in my monthly payment! They were seeing if I wanted an upgrade! So helpful and great signal always

    @thedogman_918 @ThreeUK @O2 Aye when the bb is working. Thousands all over UK have had problems with that and intermittent wireless. Thank goodness we now have FTTD here now - neighbour has a Scottish provider for BB. They even outdo Virgin speeds and are at least £15 cheaper. Scottish Cust services too

    @o2 how long is it acceptable to have a mast not functioning properly and yet you keep charging the same rate? For months I've had a sketchy 4g signal and the status page keeps saying another month for an update. Talk about naff service.
