@O2 Hi, I’ve just tried to connect whilst outside a tube station and it’s done the same thing… there isn’t an option to “register”, the “Help Signing In” doesn’t provide any relevant support and I tried to call 202 but after selecting options to speak to an O2 Guru it hung up on me?

That was a bad bad move. Over 12 years, @O2 cheerfully siphoned more than £5000 from my account. When I discovered this recently and stopped the DD, they sent the £75.82 due to a collection agency (Lowell) who continue to hound me.

@O2 Yes it's fine, I just use my phone for certain devices that are locked out of the network for security reasons. Thanks for acknowledging the issue. Perhaps update on here to general audience when you get an estimated fix date? Thank you.

@O2 @O2 - you may legally be within your rights to keep the more than £5000 you siphoned from my bank account for service I NEVER USED and was unaware of, but... HAVE YOU NO SENSE OF DECENCY?
