Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

@O2 5 and half hours I've been trying to get on to your broken priority! Ive already lost pay as had to take time off to attempt to get tickets at stated time! 3 network had issue and sorted theres in 50 mins? I wanted tickets to see a joker but this is absolutely a JOKE!!

@O2 I rememeber servers crashing 10 years ago for tickets. Imagine, it's 2022 and a network provider doesn't even have enough bandwidth for themselves and 4 hours later they still can't fix it.

@O2 No, no, no. ‘Lots of’ refers to the 3Three Network customers, whose presale went quite smoothly. Unlike O2, they anticipated unprecedented demand. They got it right. You got it momentarily wrong. Admit it and apologise, but please don’t lie to your customers to save face.

@RadioCity967 @hattiepearson That person might not have known about you trying to ring as @O2 is down. Just checked downdetector. Yesterday there was problems with a few networks.
