Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

@Bart1991Oliver @O2 There was a time my account was locked, I tried changing the password to give me access which continued for a long time after contacting support no response, I contacted #techietask_support on Insta and it was positive. I think they can help you too
