    As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

    Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

    @O2 @virginmedia HELP- I have both services at the same address. O2 say virgin media isn't at my address but it is. O2 have boosted my mobile data but Virgin try to sell me an O2 SIM or say i can have an upgrade for extra cost.

    @O2 Hi again @O2 - I am very concerned about being charged for potentially going over a data allowance as I have zero clue how much I’m using. I know you have a system issue but is there any way I can speak to somebody to get clarity on where my usage is up to? I really need to know.

    Since I've had a 5G SIM, my 4G signal has been absolutely shocking! Where I live I rely on 4G! I don't know why you upgrade people to 5G SIM cards when they don't live in a 5G area!! 🤬 @O2

    @johnsub40 @O2 Signal at my house is pure crap and thinking of moving to another supplier. Calls dropping out and constantly one bar of signal for every one in the house
