    Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

    As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

    @O2 @Ticketmaster @TicketmasterUK please help me out. i bought Olivia Rodrigo tickets via the ticketmaster account, when I try to log in on the o2 app in the “my tickets” tab it says that my account is incorrect, although I created the account with the same e-mail and everything.

    @1stSimona @O2 @o2 Customer service has gone downhill fast since merger too. Can't do so many things in app so have to call or webchat. CS agents seem to be there purely to keep you in a loop.

    @RealDaveB @O2 Good luck getting your account unlocked they locked mine last December an still can't use my o2 app or website constantly told we contact you within 5 working days. phoned them an sent complaint. lucky i can pay over the phone otherwise I'll would be ******

    @O2 Thanks phone not working in hospital so on a kindle will deal with this when I get out of hospital in a ton of pain right now
