Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

Bought tickets last month to see live online concert of New Order at the O2 in London. Never received my link, and have been in a cycle of customer support by @AXS_UK and @O2 for weeks to try to get refund. One customer supt points to the other. Horrible customer service
