@O2 No, no, no. ‘Lots of’ refers to the 3Three Network customers, whose presale went quite smoothly. Unlike O2, they anticipated unprecedented demand. They got it right. You got it momentarily wrong. Admit it and apologise, but please don’t lie to your customers to save face.

@O2 priority app has been down since last night for me. Have always been logged in and then suddenly last night I was logged out and haven’t been able to log in since. Cannot even access the web page using O2 data…something is not right

@O2 are giving @TicketmasterUK a run for their money when it comes to absolute shambolic ticketing and lack of communication when dealing with big events and high demand. Nearly 6 hours after release and app still not working!!! @peterkay_co_uk

@Yidguru @peterkay_co_uk @O2 No, thank you for trying to help, appreciate it. I’m not holding my breath for any on Saturday now, viagogo has probably bought them all, and selling for stupid amounts 😢😡

What a shambles @O2 is now, network coverage is poor and priority app don’t work, should have changed when I had the chance at end of last contract #o2

@O2 Didn't you think this through? Set up a system that can cope with demand for millions more than you anticipate to cover your asses. A major fail by yourselves

Almost 6 hours later and @O2 priority still down. We see with all ticket sites, can’t cope with demand time after time. There has to be a better way. And don’t get me started on the crooks already selling them at inflated prices 😡 shouldn’t be allowed.

@O2 I rememeber servers crashing 10 years ago for tickets. Imagine, it's 2022 and a network provider doesn't even have enough bandwidth for themselves and 4 hours later they still can't fix it.
