    Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

    As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

    @OneVoiceMarket @O2 Right?! It is SO frustrating getting a different promise each time we call, for none of them to be delivered. They’re horrendously bad and now he has this debt hanging over him.

    @O2AcademyGla Absolutely hate the priority app, never works for me, goes to ticketmaster and shows priority and artist presale happening but doesn't take me to the right place , I go to a lot of gigs and its just the worst, need to get rid of this @O2 sim as I dont get a benefit !

    @O2 Since yesterday I've been trying to get through. Can't make outgoing calls or texts, have no landline, app doesn't work and can't get help through virtual assistant. Service is appalling. Can you direct me to another means of urgent contact? I am also complaining to @Ofcom.

    Seriously considering leaving @O2 after over 20 years. Been trying to upgrade contract and despite logging into O2 and being recognises it then pushes me to Virgin media who then don’t recognise me. Just gave up trying and locked out of account now. Very poor service.
