As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

@O2 Thanks for getting back to me. I’m always very cautious of buying online since last summer. I went to purchase a speedboat - nothing fancy just an old tug. I payed £2700 only to receive a model one around the 1/600 scale mark. Never again!

Oh great been with @O2 on a contract less than a year and they’re rising my bill over 10% in April. 🙄 Was with the sister company @giffgaff for over 10 years and never had a rise. Proves this rise is just shameless money grabbing from O2.

@O2 Hello, I only signed a new contract with O2 because I was told I was eligible for a 20% discount on my tariff if a family member living under thecsame roof is also an O2 customer, which he is. I was also told the discount would apply for the length of the contract.

@O2 I just looked now and I’m not sure if this will reflect my order. However the s22 ultra in white is now saying up to two weeks for delivery but other colours are saying available on the 25th. Just wondering if that will cause issues?

@O2 I have now called your customer service 3 times to try and get my old number transferred to my new sim, still no success and its approaching a week since I first tried, I was told this would be a simple process.

I ordered an iPad SIM from @O2 - and was sent a SIM that used a @giffgaff number (which doesn't work). O2 won't sort it out because it's a Giffgaff number - unbelievable!
