If you have any sense at all don’t use @O2 !You call no one can locate your account after you paying it all off in august 2022 but they have now referred my account to a debt agency but they can’t prove I am due them money! Advise your solicitor will call & the managers Hang up!

@O2 I messaged you last year reporting issues with my phone connection. You apologised & gave me 3mth refund, sorry to say it’s horrific AGAIN! Within a mile of home it constantly disconnects or when talking goes robotic or garbled! Blooming nightmare to make calls
