As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

@Langers1981 @O2 Offt I have been a customer for years but their service was bloody awful this year. They messed up my renewal & sent me a new sim I didn’t need and it took loads of calls & arguments to get them to acknowledge the mistake. No apology but I did get compensation eventually 🙄

@virginmedia You can follow your own complaints practice by actually coming back to me within the time frame given. Still no contact from you. I will just go to OfCom with my complaint. They will be interested to know how you are scamming your customers into @o2 contracts.
