Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

@O2 It’s showing as busy but no matter what area’s I check around where I live it’s showing as busy, this is constantly a problem for me so I’m not happy at all. Pointless for me to have a phone that just constantly has networking problems.

@O2 @decembersOurss The que and waiting time is the same so that doesn't make sense. Priority used to happen 24hours before. Time to change network i guess

@O2 absolute worst telephone company, avoid at all costs! I have tried cancelling a contract now 5 times within the first 14 days, even after being contacted by the complaints department and given compensation the contract is still not cancelled, absolute joke of a company.
