Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

@thealmeister @O2 I had the exact same issue and I roam a lot. Spent hours of my life trying to resolve. I’m the end I ended up terminating my contract instead of upgrading and came back as a new customer and it worked. Network team just kept blaming the roaming network, but happed across EU.
