    Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

    As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

    @O2 Thank you, they’re regarding applying my O2 open code to my account, I had issues doing it myself so called the CS team who advised no issues they’ll add it there and then and call me back to confirm it’s applied, no call backs and nothing showing on my bolt-ons.

    There is a lot of confusion at O2 as well where first I went to the @O2 Stamford store they informed me they could not help and I had to contact Samsung directly. Even when I told them my friend just took his device into the store and it was sorted out I was told I was mistaken.

    @delroyc89 @O2 My signal has improved a little but it's still slow and I can't hear people on the other end of the phone. I have rang them numerous times and all they say is I'm sorry etc etc but I'm tired of hearing it now. Thanks for your reply though

    Hey @O2 as soon as I landed in California hours ago I get no signal. I have roaming enabled but still. Help pages raise the same issue with no answer to it. I need access to sms for some 2SV systems.
