As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

@O2 the refund has been dealt with, i received 3 confirmation texts id have it within 7 days of the 2nd of December… i am still waiting. Needless to say i have been left in quite a bad financial position due to this over charge - especially at this time of year!

@O2 sent my phone to you via o2 recycle on Thursday 9th, got an email today saying you still haven’t received it…should I be concerned? Sure the parcel label said it was tracked 24 hour service so should be with you now?

@O2 I will see if she is happy for me to call I believe there is a password on the account, it's just the inconvenience of it all. And as I advised promised a phone cable with her phone, she is just unhappy and will leave it but feel not good service

@O2 Network is literally non-existent, can't load the O2 Priority app or anything else walking up and down the high street, forced to give up in the end. It's been the same for months now, really is pointless paying for mobile data. How do I go about cancelling contract?
