Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

Hi @O2 You took the local (GL11 5HD) mast down on the 20th to upgraded and said you'd be finished by the 24th. The coverage checker is now suggesting it won't be back before 30th. What went wrong?
