    Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

    As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

    @ShlomitSofer @O2 Thank you! If I find a solution (obvs I’ve cancelled them all…) I will share it. Phone is main social contact for child with complex needs so making it secure rather than removing it entirely is what I want to achieve, plus refund if possible as she is a minor.

    Hey guys @O2 I've just noticed in the app that when I check my data usage, under Unlimited, it says 650gb. I've come close to that figure a couple of times but never yet exceeded it. If I did actually use that amount, would I be cut off until the next refresh. Cheers, Kev
