There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

clayton berry (@cleggytaxi) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, EnglandToday is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

On Disney I’m referred to O2 where I’m able to upgrade very easily, add on extras easily but to cancel and view- impossible

ariff *LIVID-19* (@raz_007_) reported@O2 Hi. I double checked & no issue on the phone settings side. This issue was originally reported on 6 Feb at around 0830am to 202. The error was recognised on the customer service side and a form was filled out to resolve with a 24 SLA. I am still waiting and still unresolved 😢
