    Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

    As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

    @O2 hi I brought a tablet from you back on December 10th it was a Samsung cashback, Samsung are having trouble with the codes on it can I send them to you guys to check that I was given a real product in store please? As the warehouse is saying they can't read the codes Thank :)

    @O2 signal is shocking, always been with them and never had any problems however the last year or so my signal has dropped in a number of areas that I am frequently in and I'm honestly considering going with someone different because of it! so frustrating!!

    @O2 had no network or working sim for 8 days now. 02 support said will call back in 10 min - still waiting after 3 hours today. Previous call to support / they didnt even call back and its been 7 days! Now on 3rd sim -no one seems capable of fixing the problem. Shocking service
