As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

@sarehow @O2 02 4g has got worse and worse in SW over past few years. Plymouth city centre and barbican is non existent. Says 4g but no connection at all. Go mile or so out it works but very slow. South Devon and Cornwall the same. I.have to use my BT wifi in Plymouth.

@virginmedia Part4: same team also advised me to get a O2 sim, saying that if I add that sim to my existing package, I will get 4£ per month discount. Which I didn’t get. Upon talking to O2 customer care, they said loyalty discount is for older customers. @O2 @TheO2
