As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

@O2 @Brian_McLachlan So it’s busy for data where he is? So why are you not increasing the bandwidth? This increase in demand can’t have magically happened, this is over time. So why do you continually fail to adapt to these demands? Your coverage everywhere is increasingly getting worse.

@O2 2 hours on hold to try and pay you money, pushed from pillow to post because of your system errors. Waited 6 weeks for a manager to call. Absolutely shocking. Might as well buy a pay as you go chip 😡

@O2 I have made 2 complaints you where meant to remove my amazon subscription that your advisor added to my account without my consent in Feb and refund me. But instead you have put a complete closure on my account from 06/07/25 and no one knows how to fix this. #poorservice
