    As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

    Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

    @O2 I would still like to leave your services. Keeping me on hold for two hours pretending you can’t find my details and then hanging up is ridiculous. I pay £8 a month I’m sure you will survive. I would just like to move to a service that works.

    @tescomobile not happy with the signal you use with @O2 I'm on contract and signal is bad my partner same network but PAYG has a better signal can someone explain this

    @O2 I am very disappointed with the customer service I received at the middlesbrough store. When going in for a replacement Sim and a pretty straightforward process has now taken nearly 3 days to resolve because of the incompetence of member of staff! Still not resolved

    @bradd_NFT @O2 It's been steadily getting worse for months. O2 5g in a O2 5g area seems non existent. 4g can get to 20mbps at best, 0 at worst. And we're paying for this.

    @O2 had a power cut in HU12 0PU. All EE back online but o2 still down. Tried reporting online but won't let me just says we are aware that our network gets busy in this area. We'll it isn't tonight as there is no signal. Please raise the fault internally
