@O2 So in Norwich city centre 5g simply does not work despite having a full signal, your response was working as expected as no faults reported, and at home I get 1 bar 4g despite your status checker saying good signal indoors or outdoors 1/2

@O2 O2 are so useless, I lost my phone, can't get through to any support without calling them, chat bot tells you it can't help and tells you to go away. No one ever helps live chat, no way to do online. How am I supposed to block my sim and phone if no one is willing to help

hilarious that @O2 tell me the cost of calls/texts going up by around £60pa to cover the cost of powering their network when half the time i can't use my phone because their network is so bad. can't wait for my contact to end so i can leave them after over 10 years as a customer.

@O2 I’ve received an email this morning stating that my bill will increase by almost £5 per month. Quite frankly, that is a ridiculous price hike p/m, do I have an option to terminate my contract over this?

@O2 #o2 Just been notified that my phone bill is increasing by 13.4% from April plus another 3.9% on top. Outrageous. I wager the bills won't go down as inflation reduces nor will their staff be rewarded with a salary increase. I will be leaving 02 at the earliest opportunity.
