As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

@O2 how has your signal gotten WORSE???? I’m sick to death of this now. My phone costs me £55 a month and it only works properly on Wi-Fi? Can you please help because ever since 5G came out it’s been AWFUL. Completely useless network
