    As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

    Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

    @O2 - I have been on unlimited data since October 2018, on the same tariff since. I haven’t changed anything, and my o2 app confirms I still have unlimited data. Yet my data is not working. Can you please fix urgently. This is a P1!!!

    @Ofcom @O2 I've been trying to do that but they refuse to contact me to discuss the complaint. 3 separate people have promised that a senior member will call (with deadlines) and they don't.

    @virginmedia After many calls to @O2 and having to raise a formal complaint, it has now been resolved. Such a shame a simple error tool a complaint to be resolved.

    @CitizensAdvice @o2 for me not to be able to cancel my subscription from the o2 website or the @disneyplus app/ website, is this not a subscription trap? On Disney I’m referred to O2 where I’m able to upgrade very easily, add on extras easily but to cancel and view- impossible

    @O2 Hi. I double checked & no issue on the phone settings side. This issue was originally reported on 6 Feb at around 0830am to 202. The error was recognised on the customer service side and a form was filled out to resolve with a 24 SLA. I am still waiting and still unresolved 😢
