Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

@MarkEvansO2 @O2 brilliant todays excuse is that covid pandemic has stopped you taking over my number properly and I need to be patient for the team in India to do it. Told them they have tried 4 times so how has the pandemic caused this problem. They really need to read notes.

@bunn_debbi @O2 Deb I contacted @O2 for you and they claimed they’d contacted you. They have the worst customer service, they can treat you like this. No phone for a month and getting told lies every time you ring, not on
