clayton berry (@cleggytaxi) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, EnglandToday is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

Can you please check yrselves why central Harpenden (shopping, parking etc) does not have a useable 5g signal? I am going to change networks as are many other users because we cant even pay to park, shop etc
