    Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

    As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

    @O2 sort out your customer service! On hold to sort out a problem that I was told multiple times was dealt with last month! Because I am making a complaint I told the call handler in the payment team that I am recording the call he hung up!

    @O2 fully the worst phone company. They’ve cut me off and now disconnected/deleted my number with no warning and no emails/calls/letters about this. Bank statements state the bill has come out so this can’t be the problem and this is very unacceptable. I’m contactable now!

    @O2 most shocking poor customer service in the teesside park store middlesbrough, not only are they advertising phones and tariff's that have expired but when i asked to talk to the manager via assistant he totally ignored us, finished his computer work then walked away !

    Funny how "My O2" on the @O2 web will allow any amount of buying and upgrading but won't allow me to cancel one of my airtime contracts?

    @O2 He replaced the sim. Said it should work. Got home and it's still the same. No network and won't receive calls. Went back and they're saying they can't help now. 6 months left on my contract but not being given what I pay for. So what are the options? I can't afford the upgrade.

    @O2 My contract has been live for a week now, and you still haven't ported my number. And I've already been charged; no delay THERE. Your chat and phone lines are permanently busy. So let's get this sorted today, or cancel my contract. Hardly an auspicious start.
