    Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

    As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

    @O2 I've just taken out new sim only plan with 'roam in 75 countries at no extra cost'. Can I confirm that this is a contractual and cannot be removed/changed - as its the only reason I've taken out the contract and will need to cancel if not. Cannot find answer anywhere. Thanks

    @O2 not a happy customer. Upgraded my phone to a Samsung Galaxy S21 with 1 week delivery. As soon as i placed the order i had an email to say out of stock. Now you can't tell me when it will be delivered. Not impressed at all.

    @O2 hey guys, over a week now there has been intermittent signal in cf62 area. Was supposed to be fixed by 8pm Saturday, still not working. You are losing people job opportunities. What are you doing about it

    @O2 I want to amend my redeemed extra to something else, but tbh, not sure I’ll bother as If I want to end, change that I don’t trust you will be contactable to do this. Feedback - telephone service - 5/6 options, maybe and then wait in the queue to get answered - not just cut off

    @O2 i am in a poor signal area i can’t get any calls or something… even my wi-fi is not very good 😐.. can’t you offer it soon? Or it’s just premium feature for pay monthly 😐..
