    Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

    As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

    @O2 hi there, I was wondering if you could help? My brother switched from PAYG to a Pay Monthly SIM. His new SIM card arrived on Monday but his phone number, still hasn't switched from his old SIM to the new one. We followed the instructions, but nothing has changed. Please help?

    @O2 I still can’t make or receive calls since yesterday evening after pairing my Apple Watch. I was told there’s an on going issue and that it should be resolved by noon but still nothing ?

    @O2 Any update on the incoming/outgoing calls issue? Not a great introduction to O2 on my first day as a new customer. I’m due to transfer my old number from a different network tomorrow. A bit concerned that will leave entirely unable to contact anyone!

    @O2 @suptoxi I've sent numerous dms and you've checked my postcode and everything is 'fine', except it's not as 4g signal keeps switching to H or H+ every few mins. Only been a customer for a couple of weeks. Not impressed.
