    As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

    Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

    @O2 spent 1 hour 15minutes on customer contact line 202 yesterday. Simply to transfer O2 contracts - expired! Talked to 4 different people (3 based abroad) - went through ‘security check’ 4 times!! Been a customer for years - NOT GOOD ENOUGH - CRAP SERVICE Communications Coy? 🙄

    @O2 I was told there is a mast outage near me, why I wasn’t told this and offered a refund previously for 6 months poor signal god knows!! What’s happened to you recently!? Used to have perfect signal and good customer service now it’s absolutely shocking sort it out!!!!!

    After years of poor service & terrible broadband with @SkyUK I left. I joined @virginmedia through @O2 and am saving £30 PER MONTH with better service & better signal. Sky’s weekly “please come back to us” letters are painful, even offering me a higher price than I’m paying now!

    @O2 I have a phone with a o2 sim only contract with unlimited data, it’s at the end of the 18 months and has gone up to £43 a month. Is there a way of getting it down because on the website it says it’s £30?
