As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

@O2 Day 7 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 once again I have no data network in Bournemouth today. Tried everything to resolve, on/off, remove sim etc. showing full 4G. Wish I’d never moved from Three. Still waiting for a complaint to be resolved from August!

@O2 get to your lewisham store at 1530, they say they’re short staff come back at 1645, I do and have been standing outside till now, 1705, at least have the decency to update me when you’ve passed me going back in- just rude!!!

Hi @O2 we’ve been in Blackpool most of the day and have little or no signal until we were leaving. Do you have a known issue, a lack of cell towers or something? We’ve been half a dozen times this year and it’s always the same on 3 different phones.
