Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

@O2 I have DMd you the contact details (again). A month to not even have a vague idea when we'll get a reply is pretty poor you must admit. Even if you're busy as all of your customers are complaining.

@O2 just phoned up to take an insurance out on my new iPad Pro been told wrong information so phoned up to get some advice your staff are rude and do not listen. They also did not let me get a word in Edgeways. Not happy when I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years! 😡

@wgardner101 @ThreeUK @O2 I’ve always been pleased with Three but the reception on the Fylde coast is dreadful. I’ve noticed no difference with 5G so I’m not fussed about that. Time to change network 📱

@O2 is there an issue with the network. I can recieve calls but can't use data or make a phone call myself. Been like this since 1500hrs

@O2 since getting many messages about necessary work being done nearby my phone call signal has deteriorated dramatically. I can’t have any length of serious conversation at all in my house or outside in the garden where I go to improve my signal. I’m in S6, Sheffield. 🙄
