Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

@O2 Since yesterday I've been trying to get through. Can't make outgoing calls or texts, have no landline, app doesn't work and can't get help through virtual assistant. Service is appalling. Can you direct me to another means of urgent contact? I am also complaining to @Ofcom.

@O2 absolutely ridiculous service husband switched up 2 months ago and still getting charged for 2 devices, been into store they can't help, spoke to several people on the phone and nobody can get it right 😡😡😡

Genuinely @O2 must be stupidest network to exist. You call to tell them your phone is lost, and in the same breath they say they can only verify your identity via the phone that is lost.

@O2 Why am I getting daily calls from random mobile numbers claiming to be O2 and threatening amongst other things deactivation of my sim. when challenged that they're not really o2 because its a random number they hang up. Is this a known scam ?

@O2 can someone from your fraud department get in touch with me please. I've phoned your customer service team seven times now who have confirmed fraudulent activity resulting in a large sum of money going out of my account. The fraud team have not once got in touch with me!!!

@Happyengland79 @O2 Leave them, it’s what I’ve done. Although I still have the phone trying to cancel the contract (which they’re making so difficult) they don’t care about anything other than the money. I’ve questioned why so many times the signal being poor and there’s no apology in any way.
