As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

@O2 Joined 11/05, told I have to pick my O2 benefit in 28 days but my account still isn’t active. Called in but tech had to escalate, no return call. Complained and I get a reply every 5-7 days to find out it still doesn’t work. Waste of time moving to O2. Garbage.

@O2 telephone customer service is definitely by far the worse customer service, completely waste of time! Cut off three times for just a simple task and all failed miserably.

@O2 such bad customer service recently. Been over 48 hours and my sim swap is still not complete after multiple phone calls. Desperate to just cancel my contract before the cooling off period is over but keep being hung up on. Please help 🙏!!
