clayton berry (@cleggytaxi) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, EnglandToday is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

This is despite me confirming it during the ordering process and them having a record of it on my account. Really poor service.

While we do this, you might have some trouble with your calls, texts and data but we're working as fast as we can to get things sorted.
