Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

@O2 been a customer with o2 since I was 16 and honestly cannot believe how much of a dive customer service has taken!! 3 weeks trying to get through to someone, tweeted to then still get no where with slow responses!!! Then phone cut off!!

Anyone know how to cancel a SIM card plan from @O2? I’m trying to get a copy of my receipt for my SIM plan to prove how much I owe and they won’t give me a copy without coming into the store, which is impossible since I’m back in the US. #O2 #advice

Also adding to this, when my sister who lives in the UK was trying to sort this out for me over the phone, O2 employees hung up on her. Great customer service there 🙄 #o2 @O2

From a 20 pounds monthly subscription, @O2 has been able to charge me 150 over the last 3 months, with hardly any use. Such a gorgeous surprise when reading my bank statement. My worst experience in the UK. Go to @ThreeUK and avoid O2 at all cost. Really tricky & dishonest.

. @O2 Having a terrible experience with your service. I upgraded my contract on 22 September for click and collect and still haven't received the phone. O2 customer services keeps telling me to visit the shop but the shop tells me they didn't receive the order and to contact O2.

@O2 It's okay give with o2, still not giving me an option to speak to an actually human. Again just a link to trouble shooting, do you know how to read? I asked to speak to someone on the phone, but that clearly is too hard. Goodbye
