    As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

    Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

    @O2 lost my number 2 weeks ago, no one seems to be able to help me get it back, how is this fair. School holidays, young & teenage children, and I cant use my phone or be contacted. Please sort it out. 6 years I've been with you.

    @O2 has to been one of the worse networks in the uk at the moment for signal and service ! Never got data and as soon as ur somewhere busy it’s just can’t handle nothing !

    @O2 once again my signal has dropped out. Missed a call, managed return it only for the call to last 1.5mins because of no signal Husband's phone hand no signal at lunchtime. I have DM you this morning as requested, no reply yet.

    @fionagordon5 @O2 One of the issues I have, retweet your compliant add BBCWatchdog and Which magazine to the post. This is ridiculous, need to get something done. The network was excellent now awful.

    Hi @O2 i have no phone signal anywhere for the past 4 days whilst in the USA on my UK iPhone. Please can you tell me how I can sort out. I’m trying to arrange a memorial for my father and it’s nay on impossible!
