    Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

    As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

    Hi, so I've just taken out a contract with @O2 and from the moment I turned on my new phone I've been getting multiple fake Samsung account verification codes with bP2ROrn3fZQ at the end of each text. Has anyone had this issue? after researching bP2ROrn3fZQ .....

    @O2 @virginmedia I signed up to O2 mobile through virgin media about a month ago because I was needing a new SIM and it worked out well. Prior to signing, I checked that you have 5g coverage in Dundee and your site said the signal was excellent. I've not had 5g yet, why is this?

    @O2 any chance of sorting out ur mast problems in the bt82 area, it’s been an ongoing issue for over a year yet nothing ever gets resolved! Complaints fall on deaf ears.. I’m sticking to my side of the contract (payment) is there any chance you could fulfill your end!!
