    @O2 @JMitchell1284 I've now rung again and managed to log a complaint. The porting department is closed until Tuesday, nothing can be done until then which is frustrating and extremely inconvenient. Like James I lost my service on 29th dec.

    @O2 @JMitchell1284 I’ve had the same problem since the 29th and customer service couldn’t be less helpful - apparently they have no idea when I will get signal again and people have promised to phone my boyfriend with an update then haven’t followed through. It’s not acceptable at all!

    @O2 please help with my number transfer from my previous network - old (Three) SIM disconnected on 29th Dec as expected but new O2 SIM has said "SIM not provisioned" for 24hrs and counting. No service at all since then which is not ideal. Can you please look into it?

    Been ignored by @O2 for days about an issue that’s been ongoing for a year and they’re withholding money they owe me - if you want my advice, go with a different network. They **** up your direct debits, admit it’s their fault and ignore you when you try to correct it.

    @O2 @JMitchell1284 I rang customer services this morning and was told to wait for the back office to complete their investigation, no timescales provided. I then asked to submit a complaint, customer service hung up on me.
