    Dear @O2 why in Northfleet where a good signal used to be found. Is it now complete toilet I’ve been a customer for many years but due to the terrible inconsistencies I may have to look to @EE or @VodafoneUK as they have far superior signal strength here. Is this going to improve

    @O2 Come on guys, Termination of Contracts only with letter or Fax in germany? Why not with mail like other companies? It's 2025!!! Your service regarding the structure of the website, your keyword function within the search, and your hotline are already completely unfriendly to customers, even if every employee on the hotline babbles something about top service! After more than 20 years I'm out! You're annoying me till the last day!
