@O2 your coverage in the Gravesend and northfleet area is getting worse . I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years and am seriously considering leaving. Can you maybe send a signal booster. This will not only help with my problems but also my customers while I’m at work.

Seriously @O2 what have you done? Go to sign into Virgin O2 media page to get my phone bill and get "we have moved this page" and then back to login screen. no one to contact, no way to get in touch?! Time to switch phone providers? Can't even log on to my account! Frustrating

@O2 never been so disappointed with your service! Had my account hacked 3 times in 4 months.. dispute have 3 fraud cases raised,, still get warning letters for non payment and now have more charges in my account and nobody seems to want to help!

@O2 I’m having trouble getting into my account. Sometimes I can see stuff, other times not; plus where is my data indicator - I use it to keep tabs how much data I have left? It’s gone! Very confusing. The visual was easy to understand :(

@O2 I’m seriously considering leaving you after 25 years if you don’t start improving the 5G signal in the areas of Hornchurch, Romford, Chadwell Heath, Goodmayes, Seven Kings and Ilford. The level of service is pathetic for an established network. It rarely works! Sort it out!
