@O2 your coverage in the Gravesend and northfleet area is getting worse . I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years and am seriously considering leaving. Can you maybe send a signal booster. This will not only help with my problems but also my customers while I’m at work.

Dear @O2 why in Northfleet where a good signal used to be found. Is it now complete toilet I’ve been a customer for many years but due to the terrible inconsistencies I may have to look to @EE or @VodafoneUK as they have far superior signal strength here. Is this going to improve

@O2 I have been a customer of yours for decades. But I am seriously considering moving after this mornings farce with the priority app. Had it loaded ready to buy much heralded tickets only to be thrown minutes before sale and then unable to get back on. Bloody rubbish.
