    Dear @O2 why in Northfleet where a good signal used to be found. Is it now complete toilet I’ve been a customer for many years but due to the terrible inconsistencies I may have to look to @EE or @VodafoneUK as they have far superior signal strength here. Is this going to improve

    @O2 Help! I got a new contract on Thursday and called your contact centre on Friday to swap my existing number to my new phone. Something has gone wrong and I can’t send/receive calls/texts on either number! Please can someone contact me as I can’t ring you!!
