    Dear @O2 why in Northfleet where a good signal used to be found. Is it now complete toilet I’ve been a customer for many years but due to the terrible inconsistencies I may have to look to @EE or @VodafoneUK as they have far superior signal strength here. Is this going to improve

    @O2 The issue we have is for the last 4/5 years I’ve been paying for a phone I can’t use out and about where I stay. The signal is completely not existent. Which was no use when the school couldn’t get a hold of me to inform me my daughter had taken a bad fall at lunchtime.

    @O2 Day 29 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.
