There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

Hours on customer service calls and a callback arranged that didn't happen. 1 of them saying the account was deleted, the other saying its active, another denying they've taken the money at all. Mr A (@AberdeenVeteran) reported@kokeshimum @O2 I was visiting family in Warrington (pop 216,705) last week . O2 coverage so poor and in the spots of 5G near to the M62 motorway hotel I was staying , the data speed of 5G was 7.8 mb/s when I tested it.
