@O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

Been subjected to the worst episode of customer service I’ve know with @O2 5 calls, inconsistent advice each time. Most ironic thing is that the hold music, apart from being shite, sounds like it’s being played under water and is turned up to 11. It’s a phone company. Jeez.

@O2 I’m not sure what number it is that you want. My mum went into store, they wouldn’t even look at her phone so I doubt they made a note of her phone or customer number. This isn’t the first time she’s had poor service in that store. Luckily she’s able to go into the Brighton store

@O2 Day 5 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 Not impressed, just changed my daughter PAYG tarif, and it told me to add credit. Added credit, it was immediately taken out as the old tarif. Just logged on and there's no credit on her account, no allowances and no online support.

@O2 please could someone help I have contacted O2 four times and been promised four times my number will be switched over and now over a week later still no further forward, promised calls back not called, not sure where else to turn, apart from end my contract under cooling off
