We had to call your bereavement department so many times to sort out the bill you said you’d wave, and this has caused us much stress and anxiety. The acceptable solution for them was a home signal booster. No good to a mobile technician back with EE and happy. If your on iPhone check Wi-fi assist is off it savages internet.

Not sure how or why but it’s bad because they told her it was her sending picture messages off the WiFi and didn’t tell her it’s a scam. They even have an link to check premium numbers on the bill so I’m almost positive the call handlers knew it wasn’t my mum doing this herself and it says received texts and not ones she had sent!

I explained again my mum has dementia to be told will need power of attorney. Your staff are so insensitive at such a difficult traumatic time.
