@O2 @picoflu I binned O2 after a brief 2 year spell of misery with continued call dropping. The acceptable solution for them was a home signal booster. No good to a mobile technician back with EE and happy. If your on iPhone check Wi-fi assist is off it savages internet.

Your customer service has been awful at this difficult time @O2. We had to call your bereavement department so many times to sort out the bill you said you’d wave, and this has caused us much stress and anxiety. To then contact us again on FATHER’S DAY is extremely cruel.

@O2 Cor, O2 have the worst ever customer service. No contact 4 weeks after death..then 4 letters wanting £19 paid, with them instructing debt collectors. No process checking if calls have been made or age of the acc holder.should introduce new process due 2 covid

@O2 Done that, got sent a message saying you had a problem and to phone you on 202, this number didn’t work so I just inserted the new SIM card and got a new number, you couldn’t even find my account using my O2 number

@O2 @InesonMatthew Yet 16 phone calls and you have done nothing to resolve the issues. Perhaps being shamed on social media is the only way to get things resolved. But I wouldn’t hold my breath if I were you Matthew.

@O2 I am now three weeks into trying to resolve my missing phone. I have called 202 at least 6 times and had the same conversation with no progress whatsoever. Utterly useless customer service. DHL claim to have lost the phone, my contract is with @O2 so this is not my problem
