    @O2 how difficult can you make it for customers? Can’t cancel my contract online because it takes you round in circles and can’t cancel on the phone as it cuts you off saying to try again tomorrow, I’ve been trying for days!!! Can someone actually help me please?

    @O2 I now haven't had working data or outgoing texts for over 6 weeks, with multiple phone calls and visits to the local o2 shop - waiting on a trouble ticket response but this is getting ridiculous! I really like o2 but sort it out....
