The guys at @O2 store lower #bullring are rude. We have as a family 5 contracts and there is a way to speak to customers. Sales adviser even manger thought it was ok. Very rude here. Will go top floor from now on.

So far today: @NOWTV failed our change from @bt_uk yesterday so no broadband. @O2 signal is poor so phones are no use & our @FreeviewTV signal is terrible. So no internet, data, @NOWTV, or @FreeviewTV. Oh, and a child needs to revise online for exams on Monday. Fantastic.

Absolutely awful customer service from Awais at @O2 call centre. Takes 5 days to get an unlock code so that I can use my phone on another network and my o2 line finishes tomorrow! @Ofcom @WhichUK manager was in a 'meeting' and will get back to me by 9pm tonight. #stayawayfromo2

@O2 network for 24 hours leaving at higher risk because if anything happened within that time frame she wouldn’t have been able to contact anyone 6 hours away from family and her support system I have watched call to several different customer service agents just to be messed

@O2 Yeah checker says its working fine but it's clearly not. Neither have signal at work in Walsall, always drops out in little Aston, and Sutton coldfield, thankfully have WiFi at home there but yeah all the time it drops out. And now it's worse
