    @natashas_notes @O2 @cafenero @O2Priority It’s not possible in Birmingham to get one after 3pm on Tue or Wed any more. Until last month we always got one every Wednesday at tea time if we wanted (sold out Tuesdays) but now they sell out on both days by 3pm. There’s no reason to be with @O2 now - no phone signal /coffee.

    @O2 Any known issues with the phone service in Tamworth and Lichfield. I can barely make phone calls and it shows I have 4g but the Internet is awfully slow.

    Try dealing with @O2 when something goes wrong abroad. They failed to provide the service I renewed my contracts for, then turned it into a catalogue of poor advice, broken promises, endless delays and a complaints process that doesn’t even work. Completely unacceptable.

    @Ofcom I had a scam call from “@O2 ”. The scammer knew everything I had just discussed with a real o2 rep I had just had a conversation with. I raised a complaint with o2 stating there must be a data leak or o2 employees acting as scammers. 3 years ago - nothing. What can be done

    @pmw_77 @scampaboy @O2 Best ever yesterday. Absolutely no phone signal at Manchester airports brand new terminal 2. Could not connect to wifi. Couldn’t access tickets to check in for our flights. Had to go and stand outside to get a ******* signal. 😭

    I live in Huddersfield been using 02 for 15 years. I barely get 4g and usually scrape a couple of bars. Signal has got much worse last 2 years. Can barely stream music in my car. No signal in my house ffs Now in Majoroca. 5G and 5 bars. @O2 Why is our service in Uk so bad?

    @kokeshimum @O2 London 📞 : I piggyback off Vodafone with @lebara & I get a better signal that my next door(s) whos with VODA for £4.95 for 20Gig and its the same signal 😤

    @kokeshimum @O2 @O2 exactly the same with me currently in El Campello, fantastic 5g signal in the hills yet in Norwich my phone has “2 bars 5G” and I can’t load nothing
