Absolutely awful customer service from Awais at @O2 call centre. Takes 5 days to get an unlock code so that I can use my phone on another network and my o2 line finishes tomorrow! @Ofcom @WhichUK manager was in a 'meeting' and will get back to me by 9pm tonight. #stayawayfromo2

@O2 I appreciate theres obviously a serious issue, I’ve never known signal to be down for so long at one time. There needs to be a conversation at some stage regarding a substantial reimbursement on this months tariff, because to not have any signal whatsoever for this long is a pain

@O2 Your list absolutely sucks! You've included countries like Reunion, Martinique and French Guiana, which are far way from Europe, but Faroe Islands, a part of Denmark between UK and Iceland, is not included! How the hell does that work???
