  @O2 @picoflu I binned O2 after a brief 2 year spell of misery with continued call dropping. The acceptable solution for them was a home signal booster. No good to a mobile technician back with EE and happy. If your on iPhone check Wi-fi assist is off it savages internet.

  @O2 are you having issues with your card payment system? I’m trying to pay the reservation fee to upgrade but no method is working. Cards, Apple Pay or PayPal. I have funds in the account and have also tried 2 individual accounts Incase it was my bank.

  @waynetuckwell @O2 It's honestly ridiculous. I've given up on them now I don't think they'll fix it. I was with O2 before it was even O2 but this last year has been nothing short of shambolic. If it's not full 5g giving me 5mb/s it's the fact I cannot look at my own accounts.
