    The guys at @O2 store lower #bullring are rude. We have as a family 5 contracts and there is a way to speak to customers. Sales adviser even manger thought it was ok. Very rude here. Will go top floor from now on.

    So far today: @NOWTV failed our change from @bt_uk yesterday so no broadband. @O2 signal is poor so phones are no use & our @FreeviewTV signal is terrible. So no internet, data, @NOWTV, or @FreeviewTV. Oh, and a child needs to revise online for exams on Monday. Fantastic.

    Absolutely awful customer service from Awais at @O2 call centre. Takes 5 days to get an unlock code so that I can use my phone on another network and my o2 line finishes tomorrow! @Ofcom @WhichUK manager was in a 'meeting' and will get back to me by 9pm tonight. #stayawayfromo2

    @O2 Any known issues with the phone service in Tamworth and Lichfield. I can barely make phone calls and it shows I have 4g but the Internet is awfully slow.

    @O2 why isn’t the o2 priority app not working? It asks for me to log in which I hit the sign in with o2. it sends me a code and when I put that in it just take you back to the beginning asking to log in and I have to repeat it all over again?

    @O2 Hi, I have done that multiple times. My O2 gives me a button to "Join Virgin Media", even though I already am, I click it, and am taken to "My Virgin Media", where I am already signed in, this then gives me a button saying "I am already a Virgin and O2 customer"

    @O2 you’ve erroneously charged me almost £45 for using my phone abroad, when I’ve already paid for the travel bolt on allowing me to use my phone abroad without extra charges! No one ever seems to be available when I go to use the chat function to discuss this. Please fix
