@O2 (1) Yes but I used to connect to virgin media WiFi on the underground, not WiFi Extra. Now that the virgin media network doesn't exist any more, I need to get on WiFi Extra and it isn't connecting. (2) yes I can connect to o2 hotspots above ground. Plz advise.

I can’t believe I was on the phone to @O2 for a good hour and all senior members of staff refusing to come to the phone to answer queries about random, large charges on my bill. Instead leaving a less qualified member to try and help with absolutely no support or assistance 🤢

@O2 5 attempts to order a new phone, 5 fails, over 6 hours on the phone to you. Credit check failed twice as one done on previous day twice. Not credit status problem just your process. 2 of the calls were over an hour and cost me £8+ in total on the home phone. Still not sorted!

Have to say the mobile signal for @O2 is trash in Weymouth Dorset Shows 4G and 5G on the phone But no internet connectivity Luckily I have a @ThreeUK I can connect via Wi-Fi hotspot from my other phone @ThreeUKSupport
