@O2 I had a issue with my billing and spoke to several of your phone assistants who did not help much at all, kept batting me off to Ariel Direct who also were useless. I finally got through to Tracy who explained the situation in 2 mins and resolved the issue, pls reward her.

@O2 the s25 ultra has to be the worst phone on the market. Screen flickering and the WiFi is terrible, a lot of the time I have to use mobile data to do anything but because your coverage is so bad it's practically unusable
