@O2 Hi! Why is the internet in my town so **** for? Its been like this for over 3 weeks now. It takes atleast 5 minutes to get a signal when i switch my mobile internet on!

2/2 @O2 I’m currently sat at Wolverhampton station and I have 1 bar or 4G in what is a major UK city. Absolutely nonsense that these problems continue to happen. I thought it was bad enough not getting full 4G in my house in Kilmarnock but this is just amateur hour at its finiest

So far today: @NOWTV failed our change from @bt_uk yesterday so no broadband. @O2 signal is poor so phones are no use & our @FreeviewTV signal is terrible. So no internet, data, @NOWTV, or @FreeviewTV. Oh, and a child needs to revise online for exams on Monday. Fantastic.

@O2 I’m unable to remember my security question answer in order to change my password to view my a/c the system won’t accent any answers to other questions & customer care is unobtainable. It’s rubbish & unhelpful. I feel very cross!!!😡

Your customer service has been awful at this difficult time @O2. We had to call your bereavement department so many times to sort out the bill you said you’d wave, and this has caused us much stress and anxiety. To then contact us again on FATHER’S DAY is extremely cruel.

@O2 I finally got it to work by using my phone (copied the code and went to the website from within the O2 App) which gave me the option to select a promotional ticket type. So I think this is an issue that related to my IPad Pro. Thanks for getting back to me.

Very bored of @o2 right now. Our loyalty discount didn’t turn up on our bills. So I phoned and had a long chat… not seen a refund for what we’d been overcharged, latest bill just came through and it’s totally random. Urgh. Thumbs down, would not recommend 👎
