    @O2 im at the end of my contract have taken a new one out with a different network but want to keep the same number so waiting for them to change it over. they said when they sort it itll cancel itself but just want fo make sure as i dont want to be paying to lots of bills

    @O2 after 12 years with you your customer is very poor not impressed- no reception in Wilmslow all staff could do is say go and get a new SIM card not even investigate whether a mast is down 🙁

    hi @O2 please can you advise. spoke to someone else today that said the same. so it's better for me to cancel my call plan after the device contract ends and start again as a new customer... why not just give existing customers the same deal

    @MissWhyOh @O2 @AppleSupport I wouldn't just say this is restricted to XR my wife has an 8 and she has had connection, internet and sounding like a robot issues for 12 literally counting down the weeks until she can bin O2 and get with a decent provider and a decent phone.😠😠

    @O2 Thank you, I would never have signed my contract for that reason, I only signed because I was told I would get that discount and they did the maths for me. I have DMd, please could my new deal be cancelled? I will return the phone on Saturday.

    @O2 Yesterday you text me to tell me my airtime plan will be going up by a combined 12%. Can you at least do something about the constant scam calls I get!? I’ve had the same number for years, on 3, EE, and O2. Never had an issue until I went to O2. 😡

    @virginmedia @O2 Your service is awful. I have only been with you for 11 days and have had engineers out twice and now two complaints and no help whatsoever - absolutely disgusting way to treat customers. No care or consideration at all. You should be ashamed

    @KKOB @O2 30 mins phone call to cancel the watch data plan, which is something at least (should be regulations around easy sign up, difficult cancel…) Other operators aren’t much cheaper even with the rise.

    @O2 Day 8 of no signal as you have a damaged mast. Now being told you’ll update by 4 March which will be 16 days with no signal. No compensation as you say you cannot guarantee a fault free service. You’ve just put your prices up. What am I paying you for?
