    @O2 iv been unable to make or accept calls /text messages since Saturday. Other people in my area have same problem. Rely on phone to connect with elderly family & also for work. When will this be resoloved?

    @O2 An absolute customer service Omnishambles. How can you sell tickets to customers who can’t access the platform to buy them? Spent hours trying to access platforms. Been an O2 customer for nearly 15 years, and seriously thinking of going elsewhere after today.

    @chlo3matthewman @O2 @viagogo Tickets on there for over a £1000 now, O2 clearly weren’t experiencing issues with ticket demand unless you were an ordinary customer who wanted them at face value. Very very poor

    @O2 I recently finish my contract on my phone and switched to Pay as you go O2 and every since my sim was activate and even though I kept my number I have daily scam calls from india claiming to be carphone warehouse or text saying my parcel could not be delivred. WTF O2

    @O2 @virginmedia "You need to be a customer of both O2 and Virgin Media to be eligible for Volt. Right now, Virgin Media isn't available at your address below. " I've been with Virgin for 6 years, it's them that's making me switch to an O2 sim (that I don't particularly want)!

    @O2 Of course you want it private. alas im not inclined to support your request. you treat customers like dirt and expect them to just pay and smile. vodafone seem like a trustworthy company more then you and they are one of the worst companies around says alot about o2 #o2sucks

    @bmay @O2 I used to be with O2, moved to GiffGaff and never had any problems - all done online very swiftly.
