@O2 An absolute customer service Omnishambles. How can you sell tickets to customers who can’t access the platform to buy them? Spent hours trying to access platforms. Been an O2 customer for nearly 15 years, and seriously thinking of going elsewhere after today.

  • ShanRebec94
Shannon (@ShanRebec94) reported from Sale, England

@chlo3matthewman @O2 @viagogo Tickets on there for over a £1000 now, O2 clearly weren’t experiencing issues with ticket demand unless you were an ordinary customer who wanted them at face value. Very very poor

  • SawdayJames
James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 Hey - I have checked the guide. It’s not my device as it worked 100% better on a recent trip to France. It’s not the environment as this is something I experience everywhere (in Leicester, in Manchester, on trains, at festivals) - but your signal checker says I have good 4G.

  • OliverBanks
Oliver Banks 🇺🇦 (@OliverBanks) reported from Manchester, England

  • atlr
Alexander Robinson (@atlr) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 Hi. Yes, she is unable to relay the code to me. I was also told that, in order to cancel the account entirely, I’d also have to relay a code. I registered a security word when I set the account up. I’ve provided this. But I am still unable to admin/run my account. This is crazy.

  • TwoEyedGovernor
Sherwin Clark-Assoon (@TwoEyedGovernor) reported from Manchester, England

  • DaveWrigh
Dave Wright (@DaveWrigh) reported from Manchester, England

@BruceDevlin @grantmathieson @O2 I work in the industry (not for O2 though, although I have had internal dealings with them) and that does seem like a very odd course of action to recommend. DM me with your issue if you want and I’ll see if I can point you in the right direction?

  • howierice
Howard Rice (@howierice) reported from Sale, England

@O2 @virginmedia @Curlykidlife Hi Virgin Media. Have just moved my sim over to O2 and as an existing VM customer applied for my free Volt upgrade. O2 have doubled my mobile data and you have upgraded my broadband. However you have now almost doubled my monthly payment. VM customer service cannot help ?!

  • sonnisamosa

@O2 Yes it says 4G, I have no idea what’s going on. Is there an issue certain areas possibly?

  • SawdayJames
James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 Well I said I am having problems with my 4g, you told me to follow the guide which told me to use the network checker, I showed you the results of the network checker and you said 4G isn’t about speeds. So what’s the point in telling me to use the network checker?

  • elgobsucram

Always good finding 3 unknown direct debits to @O2 2 months *after* reporting fraud, especially after they refused to refund the charges to gambling websites I’d never even heard of

  • TomTugendhat

Don’t pretend this is temporary. This is universal. It’s constant. I’ve spoken to your teams about it in Kent for years and you do nothing. The signal has got worse but your prices have gone up. @O2 is the worst for signal.
