    So @O2 take the bar off my phone at 1700 hours and nearly 6 hours later the bar is still there even tho they told me it would be removed after 10 minutes, not like I need to use my phone or anything. I’ve only been a customer for 12 years and only spent about £5000 on them

    @lmjwoww @O2 Exactly... their response didn’t help at all as I had already been on their website. I would say they don’t currently have 5G in Manchester. Contradicting the info on the website. 😡

    Never going to get @georgeezra tickets. @O2 priority is pointless as both they and Ticketmaster had no tickets the second they went on sale so not sure how anyone got them. Good news though, they are on sale on @viagogo for a great price of £676 per ticket. Absolutely shocking

    @O2 terrible customer service. Spending over a thousand pounds a year on numerous phone contracts and you are not able to suspend any of the services you are paying for unless you are prepared to report your phone as stolen. Disgraceful treatment of your customers.
