    So @O2 take the bar off my phone at 1700 hours and nearly 6 hours later the bar is still there even tho they told me it would be removed after 10 minutes, not like I need to use my phone or anything. I’ve only been a customer for 12 years and only spent about £5000 on them

    @lmjwoww @O2 Exactly... their response didn’t help at all as I had already been on their website. I would say they don’t currently have 5G in Manchester. Contradicting the info on the website. 😡

    @O2 I phoned and the woman I spoke with said the amount showing in 'usage cost' was my overall bill as opposed to being in addition to what was showed under 'handset cost' which I've never know to be the case before. Is this correct?

    @O2 your online service shocking place order await code doesn’t arrive for 3 hours no only chat after 20 mins to your call centre it hangs up code finally arrives and site day session expired call the shop #genius but who wants an upgrade anyway?? #o2mobile

    @O2 my husband has been having continuous problems with his phone since it arrived last year, its on contract and It only charged on fast charge for 2 weeks then since then it hasn't. Also issues with the sound on and off. It's now gone again. @SamsungMobile
