hi @O2 please can you advise. spoke to someone else today that said the same. so it's better for me to cancel my call plan after the device contract ends and start again as a new customer... why not just give existing customers the same deal

@MattJaggar @O2 If you live anywhere in Huddersfield or Mirfield don’t bother. The signal is awful! Can barely get 3G let alone 4 and if the SIM is going in an iPhone not bought from them then they block wifi calling capability. Wish we’d never bothered
