    Thread: Twitter people I need some help. I’ve had my broadband with @SkyHelpTeam in excess of 15 years & my mobile with @O2 for not far off. I used up my data early this month, only happened a couple of times that. Topped up for 1GB on Wednesday for £10 & already it has gone.

    @O2 asked to end my iPad contract a few months early & settle the balance, after 30 days received a rather blunt letter in the post stating that this balance may be passed to a debt collection agency! This isn’t good customer service for a current o2 customer of over 15 years!

    @O2 you are an utter disgrace. Not willing to offer the same tariff on upgrade that you are offering new customers! It is honestly cheaper for me to leave at the end of my contract and rejoin. Problem is other networks are offering the same for less so it really is cheaper to go.

    @O2 If your teams are busy and you’re averse to hiring more staff, why not let customers be able to cancel add ons themselves? Instead, O2 want to save money by not hiring more staff, but still expect customers to sit on hold to cancel an add on which should be possible via My O2 😡
