1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

@O2 why does is take less than a hour to open a phone contract but 9 months to resolve a credit file issue that your team created. Which may I add has negatively affected my Credit Score to the point that I cannot get a mortgage. 👍
