    haha, just had an (obviously scam) phone call from someone who claimed to be from @O2 … when they asked how the service was and I said it was poor, they hung up

    @O2 An absolute customer service Omnishambles. How can you sell tickets to customers who can’t access the platform to buy them? Spent hours trying to access platforms. Been an O2 customer for nearly 15 years, and seriously thinking of going elsewhere after today.

    @O2 when are you going to fix the mobile signal in Manchester? Hardly anything in the city centre and I need to rely on Wi-Fi. Definitely not worth what I’m currently paying for it

    @O2 My son has lost his phone, hes received a SIM but not the phone he ordered as he has to confirm a link by email. He cant confirm the link as he needs his phone for his email as they send a text for log in!! No one seems to have a solution can someone help?

    Hi @EE. My calls have been dropping quite frequently since switching from @O2 in January (never had a problem before). Are there any known issues in the Cardiff area? Had both vaccine jabs now (Pfizer) and am really hoping this isn’t causing the issue. Thanks.

    Anyone else have shocking signal with @O2 in Linwood?! 1 bar all the time 2 at a push if I’m having a lucky day, can’t phone out or take incoming calls cause the signal is that crap! Pay £49 a month for a phone that I can’t even use! So frustrating!!

    @O2 4G being playing up for weeks now. Some days my internet won’t load at all on 4G other days it’s fine! Been told no known issues. Never had a problem before and been with you 15 years!
