    @O2 Hi. Yes, she is unable to relay the code to me. I was also told that, in order to cancel the account entirely, I’d also have to relay a code. I registered a security word when I set the account up. I’ve provided this. But I am still unable to admin/run my account. This is crazy.

    @O2 awful service. Called to pay my device plan in full, was on the phone for >1 hr spoke to 5 different people in 5 different teams that couldn’t help (Customer Service, Retentions, Payments, Billing & Upgrades). My dog would’ve give a better service than what I received today!

    @O2 I am tired of using your My Network app to report no service, only to get a "Our network monitoring system hasn’t currently identified any issues at this location" SMS back. There is NO DATA in AL5 2RU - the centre of Harpenden town - for several months. It needs fixing!!!
