    @carleyjones1 @O2 No! I never use all my data or minutes. The bill for May- which comes out on 11th June, was only £38 something. I checked the app and I’m up to date. There is no reason to take such a large amount. I can’t even talk after having my tonsils out, it’s a pain in the arse x

    As if the network congestion issues in many parts of the country weren't bad enough @O2 have excelled themselves with dire customer service agents. I'm named on my husband's account but one agent shouted at me you only deal with the account holder and then hung up.

    @O2 I have asked you guys to sort it repeatedly and it’s never fixed. Your advice was ‘use 3g’ but even that doesn’t work. :( I have been with you guys for 14 years and im disappointed you haven’t fixed my problem

    trying to get a credit off @o2 is an absolute nightmare, 3 months they have been promising it’ll be in my account! Fuming!🤬 Worse customer service ever! I can see me getting away this long with not paying my bill! Worse than useless!

    So @EE launched their 5G network. While on the other side @O2 have not only announced a date but we sometimes barely get 3G in major towns and cities across the UK. Can’t wait for my contract to run out to switch providers

    @O2 What an incredibly drab response. I'm thankful I've been able to cancel my contract without charge because of this. Saved £885 in cancellation fees. If you'd actually responded to questions instead of relying on copy paste corporate responses, I might have stayed. Shame.

    @O2 Hi Team. I am looking to terminate my contract after the email this morning around changes to T&C's which I am entitled to do. I have been told however I cannot keep my number if I terminate early? Please can you advise?

    @yellow_lellow @TheNiightFox @O2 Actually you can. My wifi was down and i told my work phone has been upped to include extra data for hot-spotting and if that doesn’t work then to use my own data and they’ll reimburse me.

    @MartinSLewis I've had notification from @O2 today that they will impose a 25GB limit on Data Roaming in the EU then £3.50/GB. But because they are changing the terms of the contract I have the right to cancel the contract within 30 days.

    So @O2 have an ‘outbound’ team who call you to give you an offer which initially wasn’t possible. Only problem is, you can’t call this team back to redeem their offer because they dont accept inbound calls?? What is actually going on here?

    @O2 paid for a new phone this week, delivery due. Instead I've found out today the credit check failed and I've been declined. No email from O2. Payment has left the account though. Livechat of no help. Waiting on O2 to tell me what happens next
