Mikki (@_Mikki1993) reported from Bury, England@O2 I phoned and the woman I spoke with said the amount showing in 'usage cost' was my overall bill as opposed to being in addition to what was showed under 'handset cost' which I've never know to be the case before. Is this correct?

Julio Afonso 🇲🇿 🇵🇹 🇪🇺🇨🇭 (@Julio_Afonso522) reported from Manchester, England@O2 Why are you refusing a contract to a new customer just because they don't have a credit score? Person working full time with a good pay, bank account. Why refusing a contract?

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Wayne Tuckwell 💚🖤 (@waynetuckwell) reported@O2 How is your internal Helpdesk Ticket number sensitive information? what are people going to do with it..... fix your s**te website?
-
Sarah Loughran (@SarahDruscilla) reported@O2 Thanks I used it & we get “good outdoors”. That is a definite reduction in service as it used to be good in & outdoors. Why have we experienced a reduction in service?
-
chris (@chrishughesuk) reported@O2 This is for my son, so it would be paired with my phone but he has his own number, that all good ? If so could you tell me how to sort this out if customer services can’t please?
-
Smush2 (@SirSmush) reported@O2 so for £3 extra a month we as loyal customers can get O2 Satellite as a bolt on to stay connected in more places than ever before. So is that why I’ve heard people with connection issues? Trying to get people to buy this? Not here this is free.
-
Teresa Bourne (@TeresaBourne) reported@O2 Any idea when we will get a decent signal in ME 10? Virgin engineer had to go for a 10 minute walk yesterday to get enough signal to transfer our router, paying every month and having to rely on landline is ridiculous.
-
Darren Coomer (@coomerdarren) reported@O2 Unfortunately this doesn't work once ive entered my email address it asks for a password and thats it really pissed off
-
Mr J (@Mr__J_J) reported@KerZE87 @O2 Yep, and also had the cheek to inform me that I can pay extra for O2 satellite for better signal. Now been told expect mast to be fixed in 6 months. Was told that over 1 year ago.Once out of contract I will be looking elsewhere, I dont like subsidised networks as can be throttled
-
W (@NWIWC01) reported@O2 @Happyengland79 The mast in tameside doesnt work either, my signal is always awful. Im leaving when I have time to ring around places
-
Mr M (@Superflymarco) reported@O2 Yes I’ve checked and logged in and apparently I was alerted previously my bill was going up extra which was outwith my agreement increase and I had a limited time due to this to terminate contract freely. I don’t wish to do that but I do wish my bill to be less like before.
-
Sum1st (@Sum1st) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE That is so true. In Oxfordshire an intellectual heavyweight, you cannot get reliable signal in the city centre an don't signal in most places you drive to. My son went to a school trip to India and another one in Wales. Guess where he was out of reach....in Wales.
