Definitely isn’t my devise as I’ve just been aboard and the signal worked perfectly. What are my options please?

Lucky if I get 1 bar of 4G and once I can make a call I’m lucky if it doesn’t disconnect or if I move it cuts off… not great when paying a fair bit for a contract! #help

I’ve only been a customer for 12 years and only spent about £5000 on them

It's a nightmare.

I wasn’t offered the option of a human.After being a customer for 2 decades - it forced me to think of the cheaper alternatives.
