Lucky if I get 1 bar of 4G and once I can make a call I’m lucky if it doesn’t disconnect or if I move it cuts off… not great when paying a fair bit for a contract! #help

They have told me there is limited availability, however as a loyal customer it seems I am not entitled to it. This needs looked into.
