    Hi @O2, getting random calls from numbers that are the same as mine barring the last 3 digits... If I call them back the number is immediately disconnected and not recognised... Anything you can do to help/prevent/explain this? Thanks

    @O2 over an hour on the phone to you 8 days ago. Was promised a tech callback for the next day, which didn't actually come until Sunday. He told me a new sim was sent last Tues. Where is it? Is someone walking here with it or are you trying to be this bad at customer service?

    @O2 no email address anywhere to raise a complaint with o2. No one that can actually answer any calls either. What should I do? just paste all of my thread on twitter. The poor service I have received is ridiculous! I was after a smart watch. Now I have to start a 14 day return

    @O2 Your always sorry but nothing actually ever gets done about it. Just fob me off saying "well at time of point of sale, you will have signed to understand". I have already persuaded my whole family to go to a different network one of your competitors, and I will tell more people.

    Having nightmares with my o2 network and the operator my wife spoke to was extremely rude,not impressed at all since we switched networks.@o2
