    Got tickets for Skunk Anansie via @O2 Priority but they are etickets with no physical counterpart. Presale elsewhere has physical tickets for same price, and I can't help but wish I'd known about that one instead. I have almost all my ticket stubs for the last 2 decades!

    I'm not interested in @O2 deals for Disney+ or speakers or 5G. I'd just like my network connection to work properly in busy Manchester locations at peak times (...once we are allowed outside again). Too often we have three-bar 4G signal but no data. /endOfRant

    After being told this and considering the ****** experience both me and my parents have had with @O2, we phoned up customer care and asked to leave. But we were told that to change airtime network, we had to pay off the entire device plan too which was like £450.

    @O2 HAS THE WORST SERVICE EVER! for the last 5 days I have been unable to make any calls out. Came across the biggest emergencies this year and I was trapped without any solution as I couldn’t even call out to o2 customer services on my phone and still can’t!

    @virginmedia Finally have working Internet 9 days after installation. What a stressful experience, I hope no customer has to go through that. As for @O2, that's another story to get my money back after @Virgin sales team added a sim card to my account. Your staff are rude on the phone.

    Moral of the story, don’t take out a contract with @O2, not only is their network ****, they also lie to you and they don’t give a **** about your concerns, feelings or feedback. @O2, I have a simple message. Sort your **** out, stop ******* over customers and do better.
