    @O2 Constant drop out in the centre of Manchester due to congestion. Got told by a representative that: After speaking with our Network Service Team, the level of service you’re receiving is the expected level within that area. And it's part of T's and C's.. So tough luck.

    @o2 Do NOT use #o2recycle it’s an absolute CON! I sent my perfect condition iPhone 7 to them on an offer of £115, only to recieve a revised offer today of £57 because they claim the screen is now cracked. It’s not their problem though apparently, I should speak to Royal Mail...

    @O2 It’s the phone signal... or lack of it. Always had a full signal at home, but since the weekend a “ no service” is displayed. Away from home, all ok.

    Be prepared to have high blood pressure when calling @O2 to resolve any issue. 7th time calling , constantly being put on hold and cut off , having to explain my situation over and over again. Over 2 hours later and my problem is still not resolved. Disgraceful customer service

    @O2 I’ve just had a random number messaged me asking who I was as I had apparently called them and asked how they were and hung up. They provided a screen shot with my number as incoming then above they tried to call me back. Help as I didn’t call anyone I didn’t have my phone 🥺
