Hello @O2 your network coverage across the UK is awful: there’s about one street in Manchester where I get a useable 4G signal and nowhere else. Definitely isn’t my devise as I’ve just been aboard and the signal worked perfectly. What are my options please?

Really unimpressed with @O2 Contact Centre customer service. Working in customer service myself, I know changing a direct debit date shouldn't take 30 minutes with 2 agents, a dropped call, being called back, and then being told I need to call again tomorrow This should be 2 mins

@O2 please can I understand my refund for an order has not been done? I spoke to a customer representative after a week now and been told that it’s not on your system so I can’t get a refund? So why was a deduction made from my account and why was a receipt issued afterwards?

@O2 hi i live in the postcode area OL9 , for the last 3/4 months the signal has been horrendous!! Lucky if I get 1 bar of 4G and once I can make a call I’m lucky if it doesn’t disconnect or if I move it cuts off… not great when paying a fair bit for a contract! #help

@O2 I have no issue with waiting so long as you will have it in stock? I was told next Saturday on the phone for delivery this am and then received an email to say it's not in stock. Hence the confusion 😕

@O2 how can you sell a phone, take the money then tell the customer its not in stock and not tell them when it will be? Absolute disgrace of a company. Trying to get in touch with customer service is a joke.

@O2 Got a call from tech support but they couldn’t or wouldn’t help without a vast amount of account detail that O2 already knows about me. (CaseRef 527). No help at all. I’m suspicious about anyone asking for information they should already have.

@O2 Not really, they just said it was a technical issue & they’d look into it, that was another week ago. No follow up to their original text acknowledging my issue which was logged on 12th Jan.
