Hi @O2 I’ve been calling 202 for 3weeks about issues with your service. I’ve been repeatedly promised calls, none have happened. Yesterday 202 hung up when I asked to speak to a supervisor. I’ve emailed the complaint team, but haven’t heard back. Can someone get in touch please?

Absolutely useless business service from @O2, I’ve supposedly used 8GB of data since the beginning of the month. Not sure how as I’m mostly at home or work on wifi. Anyway just tried to call to up my allowance. They’re closed. #fail Time for a different network I think.

@raymccreath @O2 Maybe you should plonk yourself in an @o2 shop to call customer services and stay on the line until they resolve it. For added effect get a T-shirt printed describing your situation. Potential customers in the shop would find that very helpful.

@O2 Day 89 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 I sent a DM yesterday as I was quite upset about the situation I’m in. I have yet to receive a reply and am unable to call you. It’s very unusual to be getting poor customer service from you when you’re normally very helpful 😔
