    Why does @O2 refuse to give you internet connection whenever there’s more than 4 people near you… Surely there’s enough infrastructure in Manchester to support 4G?! Every single time I’m in a city centre, my data just doesn’t work. It’s a joke

    Word of warning to anyone upgrading with @O2 double check it is an upgrade and not a new contract. I did what I believed was an upgrade - they made it a new contract. #Frustrating #Unhelpful Now expected to pay for 2 contracts 🤬🤬 Over 10 years with them. Never again 😡

    @O2 Texts are working to say someone has tried to call me. I asked my sister called me she got a message from 02 to say I was unable to take the call. When I call someone anywhere, either at home or here in Greece it is as though the phone is dead. I have re set network settings

    @MarkMowbrayNE @vodafone @O2 If you are happy enough with the O2 coverage then Tesco mobile uses their network and I’ve always found prices reasonable.
