    @O2 how can you sell a phone, take the money then tell the customer its not in stock and not tell them when it will be? Absolute disgrace of a company. Trying to get in touch with customer service is a joke.

    Why does @O2 refuse to give you internet connection whenever there’s more than 4 people near you… Surely there’s enough infrastructure in Manchester to support 4G?! Every single time I’m in a city centre, my data just doesn’t work. It’s a joke

    @O2 got a new Pay as you go SIM card. It's not expired and my phone shows a signal, but when I register the number so I can then top up etc the verification codes aren't coming through. Any advise?

    @Farmeronecow @O2 That's why I left. Well that and when I complained about the signal I got told I needed to buy land and get planning permission myself and then they would look at putting one up. Moved back to @EE and normal service resumes.

    @O2 Hi, since Dec all my incoming calls show as UNKNOWN in caller ID & call history. I've tried resetting my phone, swapping the SIM to another phone - issue persists. Seems like a network/account issue. Can you look into this or reset my account settings? Thanks.
