    Got tickets for Skunk Anansie via @O2 Priority but they are etickets with no physical counterpart. Presale elsewhere has physical tickets for same price, and I can't help but wish I'd known about that one instead. I have almost all my ticket stubs for the last 2 decades!

    @O2 was meant to swap my number over to you guys from 3 network but you haven't!!! So that means I'm still running two phone contracts! My 3 contract ended on monday!! They wont cancel my contract until the number swap is done !! Please help!

    @craigrookleeds @O2 Well I'm on 3 and my contract ends tomorrow. I got another phone the other day on 02 but when I put the sim in I've got no network lol. I've asked to swap my number to 02 so I'll see if I get a network tomorrow

    @O2 Hi, yes I’ve spoken to someone but it’s still not sorted out . I’ve to ring back again which is awful. I was sent the wrong phone I sent it back Monday and it’s still not been received . I paid my last phone off so I could upgrade . I’ve been billed fo the wrong phone as well .

    @Stephen1970t @O2 I think a physical sim is the way forward, never had an issue swapping them over. Takes 2 seconds. Esims are not user friendly at all. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them to an older family member or someone who’s not tech savvy after this experience
