    @O2 Constant drop out in the centre of Manchester due to congestion. Got told by a representative that: After speaking with our Network Service Team, the level of service you’re receiving is the expected level within that area. And it's part of T's and C's.. So tough luck.

    As if the network congestion issues in many parts of the country weren't bad enough @O2 have excelled themselves with dire customer service agents. I'm named on my husband's account but one agent shouted at me you only deal with the account holder and then hung up.

    For months I have been complaining about @O2 network. Central Manchester, Bolton Town Centre, Liverpool Town Centre, Edinburgh, Glasgow, etc... I pay over £300 for that privilege. And now you want to reducing the customer loyalty discount...this customer won’t be loyal!!

    @O2 £38 for an iPhone 7 handset only in store at Bolton. MyO2 offer is £38 phone and handset. I’m disabled & would have liked support face2face but the assistant said they can’t compete with online deals!! That’s ridiculous! @PiratePaul2705

    @EE Hi JT. Not yet I’m focussed on having my £742 back from @O2 then I will have a look and start a contract. The customer service and signal is appalling from O2 so I’m looking forward to changing to a reputable service provider.

    @O2 I have asked you guys to sort it repeatedly and it’s never fixed. Your advice was ‘use 3g’ but even that doesn’t work. :( I have been with you guys for 14 years and im disappointed you haven’t fixed my problem

    @carleyjones1 @O2 No! I never use all my data or minutes. The bill for May- which comes out on 11th June, was only £38 something. I checked the app and I’m up to date. There is no reason to take such a large amount. I can’t even talk after having my tonsils out, it’s a pain in the arse x

    I will be cancelling my @O2 contract ASAP I’m giving you more than £30 a month and getting no signal at all for 8 hours every evening during my shift could you please send me a code to keep my number.

    @O2 We have performed FFR necessarily, as this problem has persisted over three phones. This is an issue of inherited number. Very weird. We've been in touch with the previous user and they are aware. Changed their details etc. It's still happening.

    @O2 How comes pay as you go SIMs cancels down after six months but pay monthly sim only don’t cancel down after six months? Unless the customer requests to cancels it or it’s cancelled down to bad debt.

    Absolutely disgraceful service from @O2 Am trying to sort out issue with my contract over the phone and they hang up the call. I will be cancelling my Direct Debit so they can't take any more payments. And I will be buying a SIM only deal from another provider.

    Had my phone stolen last Tuesday and a whole week later I am still without service because @O2 keep messing it up. Replacement handset arrived Sat and have spent over an hour a day since on the phone to them to get signal back to no avail. Feel completely and utterly let down
