    @lmjwoww @O2 Exactly... their response didn’t help at all as I had already been on their website. I would say they don’t currently have 5G in Manchester. Contradicting the info on the website. 😡

    1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

    Anyone recommend a good mobile provider other than @o2? I know no one will be perfect but there must be a company out there who can actually provide a usable phone signal? I have full 4g at the moment but having to use train wi-fi instead because absolutely nothing is loading.

    I do not need the traitorous government to alert me to any kind of danger, I'm quite capable of working that **** out myself, as someone else said, the fact they have been handed everyone's number is a breach of GDPR as no consent was given, @O2 will be sent notice of breach.

    Guys guys, lol, guys, remember when @O2’s 4G signal wasn’t utter **** because they weren’t trying to ore people onto 5G devices and contracts? Remember when their 4G contract used to be cheaper, yet perform better. Good ol’ days.

    I have to say I have never received worse customer service as I have done recently from @O2. Having upgraded the contract last week Sunday and subsequently found a better deal with @sky, I took the phone back to the O2 store in Edgware the very same day (TBC)

    The biggest mistake I made in 2022 was switching my mobile network to @o2 It is just terrible. Nearly every city I go to my partner, on @vodafoneuk gets great signal. I'm in Exeter tonight and I've got h+ which is basically the story of using O2. Why is your network so poor?

    Don’t know what’s the point in paying stupid amounts of money every year to @O2 when their signal even in the middle of Exeter is shambolic. Makes it even better getting a text a few weeks back saying my bill is going up 13.4% - won’t get a better service for that, I suspect.

    Hello @o2 Me again. I have no service at all at Penygillam, Launceston. Even though I'm sitting by a window.Your map says there's 4G coverage here. I'm really unhappy that I've been missold a network that doesn't deliver. How do I end my contract please? @vodafoneuk is fine.

    Lousy customer service @O2. End up finding shops can’t access my account bc change of software. So go home. Wrestle with web site. Finally upgrade phone. And pay you for privilege.

    Anybody else struggle with @O2 signal ? Regular in or around city centres and reception for internet is rubbish, always failure to load or forever to get messages page cannot load. Pay too much for shoddy service, think I’m gonna buy myself out and go elsewhere.
