@O2 I assume the phone upgrade journey via the My O2 app wasn't tested properly as it gets stuck in a loop trying to verify some new virgin media credentials (via email magic link and SMS OTP). It then crashes out back on the O2 site and your basket is gone. Really poor!

@O2 how do I speak someone who can actually help me with my order? I placed an order do the iPhone 17 on Saturday and paid for a Sunday delivery, after HOURS on the phone all I have been told is that it is stuck processing, but no one can escalate this to someone who can help?!?!
