I'm not interested in @O2 deals for Disney+ or speakers or 5G. I'd just like my network connection to work properly in busy Manchester locations at peak times (...once we are allowed outside again). Too often we have three-bar 4G signal but no data. /endOfRant

@O2 I phoned and the woman I spoke with said the amount showing in 'usage cost' was my overall bill as opposed to being in addition to what was showed under 'handset cost' which I've never know to be the case before. Is this correct?

Oh what a surprise. @O2 have yet again failed to take my direct debit payment. Every month I call and they assure me the next payment will be taken but it never has. Sheer incompetence!
