    I'm not interested in @O2 deals for Disney+ or speakers or 5G. I'd just like my network connection to work properly in busy Manchester locations at peak times (...once we are allowed outside again). Too often we have three-bar 4G signal but no data. /endOfRant

    @O2 spoke to at least 3 people a day in a week and my phone still isn’t working. very unhappy with your service and that every single person I have spoken to has told me something different. I don’t trust you as a company and im praying that they release me from contract #OverO2

    Really want to upgrade my @SamsungMobile s7 edge with Vodafone to a @HuaweiMobile p30 or p30 pro on my @VodafoneUK contract but they're so expensive compared to @O2 :( 7 YEARS a customer, and no deals to be had

    1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

    @O2 Caffè Nero not aware of the new deal on Priority app and thought it was only from Mon-Thurs. Not sure if it’s because of my drink choice that the QR code came up as invalid - I ordered a large, single origin mocha which used to work on the previous deal. Help!
