@O2 known issue affecting quality of calls and 4G reduced to 3 G. Spoke with your Helpdesk who are aware of issue in BL3 area but no fix date. Why am i paying for a service i cant use. Been told to use wifi or hotspot. Been happening fir weeks now.

@O2 hi i live in the postcode area OL9 , for the last 3/4 months the signal has been horrendous!! Lucky if I get 1 bar of 4G and once I can make a call I’m lucky if it doesn’t disconnect or if I move it cuts off… not great when paying a fair bit for a contract! #help

@O2 8 hours wasted trying to login to get my "priority" sales access, then it turns out that thousands including loads of scalpers have been buying the tickets by bypassing the system without even having to be verified O2 customers. That's me done, taking my custom elsewhere now.

@O2 I honestly don’t know who you have sold them to! Disappointed that the app has been down since last night and not worked all day. Then I know of people who have managed to get them through other sites when they aren’t even an o2 customer. Don’t promise things if you can’t deliver
