  @O2 @TalkTalk can’t believe the farce of Talk Talk telling my Dad to move to O2 then 10 days later O2 telling us to call Talk Talk over issues with the PAC code and Talk Talk telling us to call O2 instead. Been on the phone for over an hour tonight and got nowhere! Sort it out!

  Network service from @O2 has fallen dramatically over the last few months. It's absolutely appalling in central London. Once my contract expires I'm off. Unfortunately I still have a year and a half left and they've said it'll cost over £234 to break the contract. 😡
