I was sent the wrong phone I sent it back Monday and it’s still not been received . I paid my last phone off so I could upgrade . I’ve been billed fo the wrong phone as well .

And I have had weird issues with Vodafone and EE not connecting, no idea why, some calls go straight to voicemail despite the phone being charged and in range. Technology inconsistency sucks!

Then, she said she unlocked it and I should be able to access it in 3 days. The whole thing doesn't make sense. And I phoned their number not a fake one :)
