20 years with @O2 and this will be my last contract with them come September the staff in the Blackburn store need a lesson in salesmanship when sat in front of a customer looking down at their phone texting is not a great way of convincing people to stay with the network

@O2 I am now officially, sick and tired of O2 network, bullshit excuses and the garbage, over priced phone (s21 Ultra) that has both 4g /5g network issues, crashes, suddenly gets hot, drops calls etc etc. I want my money back and a PAC code. I am switching to another network!
