@O2 hi i live in the postcode area OL9 , for the last 3/4 months the signal has been horrendous!! Lucky if I get 1 bar of 4G and once I can make a call I’m lucky if it doesn’t disconnect or if I move it cuts off… not great when paying a fair bit for a contract! #help

Really disappointed by @O2 disgraceful customer service. Tried various times to organise a replacement sim and now they've locked my account! Any attempts to contact me on my existing number are futile as I have lost my phone!
