I was sent the wrong phone I sent it back Monday and it’s still not been received . I paid my last phone off so I could upgrade . I’ve been billed fo the wrong phone as well .

First class service even with technological failing in the store helped my upgrade on 01/05/2021 helped me upgrade to iPhone 12pro max best customer service I’ve received from o2 thanks Jake

Why am i paying for a service i cant use. Been told to use wifi or hotspot. Been happening fir weeks now.

Sometimes I hang up, sometimes I play them at their own game and keep them engaged for 20 mins before telling them to foxtrot oscar.
