@Andrewislington @O2 I’m also stupidly brand loyal, hence being a customer for 29 years! I mean generally it’s ok for me coverage wise - it’s just the customer service that’s been “Virginified” or in other words “gone to the dogs”. ( I’m not a fan of the virgin brand at all )
