@O2 hi i live in the postcode area OL9 , for the last 3/4 months the signal has been horrendous!! Lucky if I get 1 bar of 4G and once I can make a call I’m lucky if it doesn’t disconnect or if I move it cuts off… not great when paying a fair bit for a contract! #help

@O2 horrible company! Scammed my husband into a contact with you by promising him you'd retrieve his voicemails of deceased relatives (which was a lie!) Then ruined his credit score (whilst trying to apply for a mortgage) saying he hasn't paid his contract when he cancelled it!

@O2 Trying to transfer a number from 02 payg to new 02 pay monthly sim card is proving impossible. "Keep my number" web portal reports error. Online chat continually busy (after I have typed in my query), dialing customer services cuts off. Help please, this should be simple.

@O2 absolutely disgusting customer service. In a rural area with a extremely ill person just released from hospital, no other phone and 02 deactivates my sim twice because of incompetence then replies once every hour. No way to call 999 if needed.

@O2 Everywhere!!! And the compensation I'm owed is still yet to hit my account. You guys even offered to waive the fee to cancel my contract early and yet 2 different managers dealing with my case haven't called back. I'll DM if you can guarantee a call from someone in management
