@O2 pressured into a 36mth contract, handset still being paid for but not fit for purpose (overheats, drops calls, straight to voicemail, Wi-Fi signal awful) Complained so many times but no reply! Bring on January 2022 as I will not be an O2 customer!!! Phones don’t last 3yrs
