I'm not interested in @O2 deals for Disney+ or speakers or 5G. I'd just like my network connection to work properly in busy Manchester locations at peak times (...once we are allowed outside again). Too often we have three-bar 4G signal but no data. /endOfRant

Oh what a surprise. @O2 have yet again failed to take my direct debit payment. Every month I call and they assure me the next payment will be taken but it never has. Sheer incompetence!

Literally the WORST experience upgrading with @O2. I wish I hadn’t bothered now. 5 days later and my phone which I’m paying for and unable to use is just going hub to hub with the delivery provider. Nobody can tell me why or give a reason. Disappointed doesn’t even come close 😩
