I was sent the wrong phone I sent it back Monday and it’s still not been received . I paid my last phone off so I could upgrade . I’ve been billed fo the wrong phone as well .

Even then, we have to call back to request it on the day. Why do we put up with this type of customer service??

Been on the phone for over an hour tonight and got nowhere! Sort it out!
