    @O2 £38 for an iPhone 7 handset only in store at Bolton. MyO2 offer is £38 phone and handset. I’m disabled & would have liked support face2face but the assistant said they can’t compete with online deals!! That’s ridiculous! @PiratePaul2705

    @O2 Hi, yes I’ve spoken to someone but it’s still not sorted out . I’ve to ring back again which is awful. I was sent the wrong phone I sent it back Monday and it’s still not been received . I paid my last phone off so I could upgrade . I’ve been billed fo the wrong phone as well .

    @O2 @VickiWoo29 "our team" need to start getting things back online soon... Unless the issue was some denial-of-service attack, in which case the website(s) could be down a while yet. Please say it was "just" a system failure with no backup, not one of these encrypting malware attacks!

    @O2 for weeks when I'm in work I've had slow or no Internet... when I've checked service status it keeps saying a mast isn't working as it should and an engineer is on the case.. but as I've said... its been weeks... have they got lost looking for the mast?
